Hello sir, my name is neetu.I purchased a 4 pack of britannia cake fruit fun. But when I ate it its taste was not normal.plz sir check it because after ate it i felt a stomach pain.Otherwise i take a strict action aganist company.My contact no. is [protected]

Bought 3 packs of little Hearts and one among them was packed empty. I don't know if it did happen to others, but this happened to me twice. On the first time I was quite relaxed on the matter, but later on when I discovered that this is happening every now and then, I thought of bringing this issue to public because there may be many other victims of this. Be aware of the consumer rights and everyone has a right to demand an explanation for such scams. I still have a packet that is new air tight, and still empty, just in case for a proof to show. I hope Britannia, a multinational company does not do such and responds to this query asap. Thank you

I bought good day Rs.20 pack, on its wrapper I found printed as free recharge worth Rs.10, find 12 digit code inside every pack powered by freecharge, when I tried to find how to recharge, I found 12 digit number inside the wrapper and there was a direction mentioned as to log on www.freecharge.com/goodday, Also, mentioned as this offer is valid upto 15th December 2014. I used the same online and it asked to register my details like name, email id, phone number etc., after entering all details there is no option to enter the 12 digit number anywhere at that website just consumed my 50MB data and time about 1 hour also, collected my details. Please see the screen shots what, I saw on their whole pages top to bottom. SO DO NOT BUY “GOOD DAY”, THEY ARE CHEATING.

This is something very important and shocking

I had purchased britannia marie vita packets. From star bazar, phoenix mall, pune branch which belonged to lot no- a081420 with packing date-02/08/14.

Soon the next day i opened the packet, i found bug while eating the biscuits. I have the picture taken of the same but could not attach it due to size limitation. I have also kept the packet to show if some authorized person demands to confirm. This merely tells what kind of hygiene/check is followed by the production and quality control check as packed date is not so old. I hope someone from britannia to read this complaint and escalate the matter. Hence i am also copying media reqpresentatives, comsumer complaint cell and fda.

Very disappointing and really feel cheated for the brand value.

Good afternoon sir, i was purchase Britannia cheese cube of price 112/- from reliance fresh, khatipura, jaipur on 13/08/14 with my other goods. when this cheese was opened we find this all fungus & can not use for eat . i contact them customer call center toll free no. & explain all problem, as per her guide line i dropped her a complaint mail with fungus cheese pics ( [protected]@britindia.com ) . then after two days i was received a call mr.ramesh sharma from jaipur who is a worker of company want to contact on monday & on monday he directly said '' aapko ham 1000 rs tak ka saman de denge esse jada nahi ab apki marji hei lena ho to lo ya mat lo '' i felt shocked is this a system of a multinational company to satisfied his consumer... after then every day i call them & write a mail but no any answer they gives me, only a complaint no.27448 is given by them... what should i do...i feel pain & many more from them behavior, system, attitude, product . etc. PLEASE HELP ME in this matter i have each & every thing related this matter. thanks sunil singh [protected]

I purchased a Milk Bikis biscuit packet from Puraswalkam, Chennai. When I opened it had ants walking on the biscuits. The packaging date of the packet is 04/07/14 and the lot no. is A071438. I called Britannia toll free they registered my complaint and promised a call back in 24 hours. When I got the call the executive says its not the mistake of the factory so he will courier a few biscuit packets to my address. I said that is not the solution to my problem, some action has to be taken. I am extremely disappointed with them and this behaviour is unreasonable.

We bought Britannia veg. Cake on 24th July from D-Mart, Anand, Gujarat.After opening the seal of cake packet two fungal spots were found with rotten smell of the product and at that same day we wrote to the Britannia customer care. They sent complaint number on the very next day. till date we are keeping follow up to know about their step regarding our complaint but we are very disappointed with their poor response. so now, i want you help me in this matter. hoping for quick and fruitful reply from your side. I bought a Britannia Milk Bikis in Coimbatore for my 1 year old daughter. When she was having biscuit, all of sudden she started coughing and vomited completely. While inspecting we found WHITE Nylon Thread in one of the biscuit she was having. We took her to the nearest hospital and consulted the doctor for any remediation. He gave one tablet for loose motion.
Please let me know what quality control you have in place to avoid such occurrence in future and also let me know what action you are going to take for this incident.

Thick Gummy Dark colored foreign matter found in 4 to 5 slices of "Britannia 100% Whole Wheat Bread" Lot no JA14 with expiry date 19 April 2013. This was purchased from RAMDEV store, Moraj Residency off Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai. Please take necessary preventive actions. Bread handed over to the store. photos attached.

I have a complaint regrading a Biscuit company BRITANIA ....as i purchased a Tiger Crunch day before yesterday and when i started to eat one of biscuit i found a Plastic wire in it and i get shock to see that as its so dangerous in terms of health , and i also do suspect about hygiene concern . This is my second complain again quality & quantity your Britannia daily fresh bread is very bad test. i dont know what's ur recipes u mentioned on ur wrapper & what using in ur bread. And ur all britannia Daily Fresh breads are very less weight what ur mentioning ur wrapper. please check ur products before going to market.

I bought a "Britannia daily Fresh Dahi 400 Gm" yesterday. While picking it I also saw "Nestle Slim" Dahi as well. I saw the price of Nestle was 40/-. I thought I don't need any slim dahi for 40/- and went ahead with Brittania. I thought the price is definetley less than or equal to Nestle. When I tried to see the price, I couldn't make clearly what the exact price was. As it was printed on the corner of the Cup. It was so "meticulous" that only the first number was not clear as it will get bent or unclear in the corner of the cup. The lid which has pricing on it will get folded on to the cup and which will be peeled off in order to consume it. So you end up thinking that it is 30/- or 40/-. But when I got it billed, it was Rs.50. I was stunned. What the HELL on earth is this curd made of to be priced such exorbitantly. Its a blatant ripoff from consumers. SO guys watch out.

These corporate Junk A#@#es are out of marketing ideas and are resorting to "SUCH UNETHICAL PRICING AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES".

I bought 2 packs of Britannia toned milk from a newly inaugurated Super market near to my house on 17Th Dec.

As i opened The second one yesterday after using The first pack,i found dirty smell coming and The milk tasted bitter.

The pack was not puffed or leaking when i bought it from The shop.

I took a small stone out of my mouth after eating a cake piece from a Britannia Cakes 'Yummy Fruit' Packet. (See photo attached). I am certain that this is a piece of stone and therefore Im filing this complaint. Here are the details on the pack - Pkd - 24/11/12, LOT No. B1112A9 (Photo attached). I have both the stone and the packet with me.

I bought packet of dahi (britannia daily fresh) from Food World, Infosys campus branch, electronic city, Bangalore, the date of purchase of 08th Feb 2012, to my surprise the sealed packet of dhai had fungus in it which is definitely not edible

Hi there !!

i am writing to bring to your notice of Britannia to take a check on the QUALITY of your products !

This is to bring to your notice , that i bought packet of BOURBON biscuits , a product of Britannia and to my surprise 90% of the biscuits have NO CHOCOLATE CREAM.

this could be interesting topic for media as i guess there is no more money for "Chocolate cream" as its all gone to Hrithik Roshan , who advertises for these biscuits. Is that the case !
