Hi, at 10 am today i bought one packet britannia milk bikis from local shop. Whn i opened the pack the buiscuitsi eaten 5 buiscuitsi after 6 buiscuitsi was not good to eat that's very bad burnt pls correct like this problem before packing.. I never expect from britannia buiscuitsi because that woonderfull product on india pls consider my complinent...

One of the biscuit of britannia industries, marie gold contains a plastic thread. I was eating biscuits with tea in morning. I was trying to break biscuit but one of the biscuit did not break because it contains a plastic thread which is harmful. I have breaked biscuit in two parts but then also it has not separated, it is joint. As i am enclosing some photos of this biscuit to rectify. I want that please look into the matter....

Hi, yesterday 10th nov i have bought this food product from malad shop then i eat sum piss of the cake, that time little injured in my mouth then i spite the cake because the the hard plastic is in side of the cake this plastic is hard, transferable & pointed. If supposed this food product eat some child so what happen please think about this.

I have been a huge fan of britannia products for a very long time, even though the markets are flooded i choose only britannia only for great experience. But today evening when i was sipping my cup of tea with britannia good day, i found overbaked biscuits. I found that entire packet had biscuits that were burnt (Over baked) and were half black. It affected the taste of the biscuit and reputation of good day.

I got a call from shine.com they told me that can u come delhi for submitting the document and paying 2050 rupees of security.. Then i was gone with blank folded. And i payed 2050 rupees and my 12 marksheet and my b. Tech engineerings document i submit there and they fixed my training in bhopal at dated 17 sept 2017.. And real fact in that the training is not in britannia center but in other products company. Now u tell me...

Today, one hair of white colour found in britannia's good day butter cookies when i was eating the same. Britannia is very much careless to maintain quality and also playing with the health of consumers. My faith on britannia has been over. Complaint lodged at their customer care through telephone as well as through email but not received any reply from their end so far. It shows company's negligence and carelessness....

Hi, at 6.30 am today i bought one packet of nutri choice from local shop. Whn i opened the pack the buiscuits were all powdered. I immediately went to return the shop keeper refused to exchange. And he showed all other packets were same broken pieces can be feel from outside. He told the dealer delivered like that only. Pls help for resoultions. Thank you...

Sir i have seen britannia vacancies in quiker. And i have applied for it. They called me and asked me to send documents and resumae. So i have done the same. And after 5 days they sent me a call letter and said i have to pay 550 for uniform which is going to handed over to me by corrier. So i have paid. They asked me to send the details which i have done for payment. Again they said that have to open salary account for you so u have to pay...

We have been consuming RUSK for the last few years. Of late we find the quality has deteriorated. In the month of April/ May the RUSKS were over cooked .All sides were blackened and had a burned smell. The current pack
is undercooked- more whitish than brown. In both the cases it is Mfg. by Jhaveri Flexo India Ltd. The quality control dept.has to be more vigilant other wise you will start loosing your customers which you cannot afford...

I had guest at my house. And I offered britannia nutri choice biscuits. And In one biscuit my guest actually found a hair strand. It was very enbrassing moment for me. I have contacted britannia toll free number and registered a complaint about it. But they dont seem to take this into consideration. The concern person used to call me back and just say, "our executive will meet you in few days." And now its a month, but there is no response...

Yesterday, 2 of customers had returned biscuits who had purchased 3 packets each (These are our daily customers of this biscuits)

They had returned me packets in which over baked biscuits - tase was very bad (Having burn smell)

From such a reputed brand this is not at all acceptable
