    उपर्युक्त विषय के सन्दर्भ में आप से नम्र निवेदन के साथ कहना है की मेरा टेलीफ़ोन नंबर[protected] है जिसका बिभाग के द्वारा बिल नहीं भेजने के कारन हम सही समय पर बिल नहीं जमा कर सके, जिसके कारन टेलीफ़ोन की सुबिधा बंद कर दी गई जब टेलीफ़ोन की सुबिधा बंद हुई तो हम ऑनलाइन चेक कर के बिल 1403.00 रुपया Date[protected] को जमा कर दिए लाइन फ़ोन फिर भी नहीं छलु हुआ, फिर दूसरा बिल ऑनलाइन चेक किया 207 .00 रुपया DATE[protected] को जमा किया लेकिन फ़ोन आज तक बंद है कॉम्प्यूटर बोलता है की बिल जमा नहीं होने के कारन फ़ोन बंद है BSNL ऑफिस में पूछता हूँ तो बोलते है बिल जमा है चालू होजेगा लेकिन आज तक लाइन फ़ोन बंद है और बिल भेज जा रहा है

    अतः श्रीमान से अनुरोध है की बिना फ़ोन की सुबिधा दिए मुझसे पैसा जो लिए गया है उसे वापस किआ जाय और मेरा लाइन फ़ोन किस कारण से बंद है उसका जबाब मागा जाय /

      Sir, my BSNL Landline no is[protected]. I don't know how a service of "Hungama" is activated the charge of which is included in the Bill of my Landline. Even after requesting many time in the customer care of BSNL, they are not deactivating it. They say to request in [protected] in which no on receives the call. Pls help me to dectivate the site.

      Even after request on 24/09.2016, no activity is processed by BSNL till today. Please help me to deactivate "Hungama" in my BSNL Broadband at the earliest.

        My landline no is[protected]...I had not activated any hungama facility but they are charging me for such facilities. First of all deactivate all such facilities and credit the charged money to my account

        I have been charged INR 102 + sevrice tax around INR 14 for the month of August.It will be charged for the september usage as well.Please stop it immediately

          Lot of complete given but no action.
          Comp docket no[protected],[protected],[protected], and[protected] and also i complete given to bsnal kaup officer [protected] and[protected] no one take action. Phone no[protected] no response, always busy tone.

          If it is not possible, please disconnect my land line.

            It seems a few months back the hungamma games and music have been activated as free, but now it has been charged, since the network problem during the activation days, we never used the hungamma games or musics.                 Dear sir,
                I have taken connection of bsnl landline and broadband in month of jun16 as broadband plan 650 rural. I according to plan bsnl has to provide unlimited net data plus free landline calling from 9pm to 7am. But bsnl is not providing landline service with satisfaction. my landline is always having problem of phone dead/dialing tone/disturbance in line. from month of july I have hardly used my landline for total of 05 days.I have complained multiple times still no solution.
                sir,
                I have spent rupees 2511 + rupees 1200+ rupees 1900 on initial installation as initial installation, cost of charges telephone instrument and router.
                please look into my matter.

                  I am bsnl customer (Broadband user). My bsnl connection is cut before 3 days and i also complained to bsnl on 20.09.2016 but no respons.
                  Every month i am paying my bill properly to bsnl so i accepted good service from bsnl.
                  Like a problem is came every month and i handel loss in my cybercafe. But bsnl ever month recovery my full broadband bill.

                  So this time i want to less my broadband bill till to cut my connection.

                      I am a customer BSNL mobile No.[protected].It is prepaid account. I have not activated any other services for my mobile. But, my account is debited to some other services . This type stealing money from my account earlier also happened in the previous years. I have submitted letter and complaint in this regard. They have stopped and the same mistake is continued now. I need the statement of account of my above mobile for the period from july to till date. It may be sent to my [protected]@gmail.com. The unauthorized debit shall be credited to my account immediately and departmental action shall be initiated against concerned employee. If not, the matter will be taken to the consumer forum for claiming damages.

                        I had never subscribed for hangama music on demand, movie on demand and games on demand services. still i have been billed rs. 150 for june 2016; rs. 410 for july 2016 and rs.410 for august 2016. i reuest you to order deactivation of above mentioned services and adjust rs.970 in the subsequent bills. i got a fake call from vodaphone no.[protected]toknow my bank account no. within half an hour after submission of my complaint on 21st night of 2016 so that the amount charged in excess be deposited in my account. some body from bsnl or your office is in league with fraudulent people.

I have already requested 2 times in this site to deactivate Hungama from my landline telephone account, last month and this month. But it has not yet been deactivated and "One Time Charges" for these two items have been levied in my bills for the past 3 months.                               I am having one bsnl telephone[protected] at my official residence inside bit, mesra (quarters) and i am also having broad band. i am paying rs. 1700 monthly. i have been paying all my bills regularly without any issue. you can imaging the amount i am paying but the service provided by the bsnl was very poor most of the time the line do not work. anybody can see number of complaints made from my mobile number in bsnl record as a proof.

                              But recently this land line was not working for the past 2 months. i have not used it since 1st of august 2016 because it was faulty. i made lot of complaints but they did not resolve. so i decided to discontinue the service of bsnl. i was looking for the e-mail of sdo of bsnl in ranchi. but i could not find any. but through one of my friend i got his mobile phone number. so i sent an sms on 30th august 2016. his number is [protected]. i also marked a copy to other bsnl staff who is handling my issue like mr. narsinghji (his mobile is [protected]. also mr. shantanu he is bsnl employee who have been helping me time to time. he is a good person but he even could not solve my issue. i also marked a copy to him.

                              Since my broad band was not working i could not pay the bill for the month of july. so my due to bsnl is only rs. 1700. recently i received an sms from bsnl stating that my bill due is rs. 5247 on 20th september. i am fully surprised by this. i am very annoyed by the way bsnl is treating their customers. can anybody help me.

                              Because of this faulty bsnl i could not do many scientific work from my home which has impacted my academic progress as well. who will compensate for the loss of my mental peace.

                              Interstingly the bsnl website complaint page also do not work.

                                I surrendered my bsnl landline phone [protected] on 02.07.2016 to sde, peddapuram, eg dist., andhra pradesh and i received a sms from you on 06.07.2016 having received my application and the reference number is[protected]. to my surprise even after two and half months also i have not received the refund of security deposit. hence, please look into the matter and arrange to send the refund to my bank account, account number i already furnished to you along with application/ send to my billing address with out further lapse of time, since you have already taken more than the normal time.

                                  I have never subscribed the above plans of m/s hunganma. i have been billed for rs.410 for july 2016 and rs.410 for august 2016 for tel. no. [protected]. please deactivate the services and adjust this amount in the next bills. the music ondemand charges for july and august are rs 170 per month, movie on demand rs.170 per month andgames on demand rs.70 per month i. e. rs.820 for two months.

                                    My name is Devendra Singh rathore. I lived in Akurdi area in pune Maharashtra.
                                    I went several times to akurdi bsnl office for new broadband plan and they said technician will come and see your area and give report whether they can give connection of landline and broadband.
                                    I checked with that technician he said sir it will take Time and they have to arrange some new telephone lines but I told him in that same building next to my door we have to bsnl landline connection. But the technician is saying no sir it will take some time and they will see what and when to do.
                                    I think this the reason other companies are growing fast and bsnl is not, that workers are not want to work.
                                    Bsnl company is launching many plans for us But due to this issue we are not able to utilise it.
                                    If you can answer to my complain it will be good if not I will tweet head of bsnl and give him all details.

                                        I got calls many times on my mobile phone for activating hungama.com service. I always said no for the offer then they did contact to another person in my family which was my father and as they doesnt aware about this modern concepts they just didn't get what it is and in conversation they talk like ok ok yes and the company did activated the service. Company just played a game as the literate person of family says no for the offer they conacted old generation persons of the family like mother and father and satisfied theri motive by cheating.
                                        When msg of activation come to on fathers mobile they told me about the same and i tried to conact company on its customer care helpline no 1503 they said its for mobile nos only then i called 1500 and 1504 then they said go to bsnl office when i go to office they said its online activation what you did so call to cust care then again i called all the above nos then at this time i got new no[protected] which does not answering the call
