I am from coimbatore and after repeated complaints my problem has not been solved.
The BSNL in charge whenever picks up the phone ask me to call other number and transfers the responsibility to others.

    Sir,

    With reference to the subject cited above I have the honour to make a complain through your esteemed autority against the BSNL office of Mon HQ wich is district HQ of Nagaland stste. That sir, Mon is a district HQ of Nagaland which is having 12 Districts. But comparing to other districts of Nagaland the BSNL service of Mon is very poor. It has been more than 20(twenty) days that there is no Network of BSNL in Mon District. This is not the first time also. There are many times happened like this in previous years and during this years also.

    So, BSNL postpaid users have big loss by paying rental Bills many times whereas they couldn't make even one call aso since there was no network of BSNL for many days. Besides, nowadays Nagaland Board of School Education has introduced IIT in different schools and made complulsury to have broadband. So many schools of Mon District have taken broadband connection. But IIT practical classes cannot be conducted due to poor service of BSNL.

    Since the BSNL is not functiuoning properly almost all the people of Mon District of Nagaland are after the Private Companies like Airtel, Aircel, Idea, Relience etc. The main reason is even the JTO who is posted here in Mon is always out of station and other officers who are supposed to be in the office are not in the office. Only the fourth grade staffs are in the office.

    So I, on behalf of Mon District BSNL Postpaid user as well as a Principal of a Higher Secondary School draw your kind attention and requesting to give good service of BSNL in Mon District.

      My land line phone no.[protected] with broad band facility was out of order since 14th August. Due to holidays complaint could be lodged on 16th August.

      For 15 days in-spite of continuous follow-up with local complaint office, with SDO and even with DET Panipat, the complaint could be attended yesterday on 31st Aug.

      I dont know why SDO and DET could not got the complaint resolved. I have taken monthly plan, who will pay for the above period on non-utilization.

      Can BSNL understand the harassment I have faced during this period. I have been twice in a day was requesting the authorities for getting the phone operational. I have personally met SDO and Divisional Engineer Technical.

      This is happening almost every month or in 2 months. Two months back in June same had happened With Such a poor service it is difficult to continue with BSNL.

      One can imagine the life now a days if phone and broadband is not working for 15 days continuously besides mental harassment for the complaint not being attending.

      Why BSNL should not fix the responsibility?????

      I should not be charged for the above period.

        I applied to JE post and while making the online payment it showed that the link broken but the amount got deducted which was 1000 rs + service charges.
        Today i have again submitted the fees and then it is successful.

          I have personally visited account officer at sidco guindy complex who is incharge for west tambaram and handed over a request letter along with cancelled corporation bank cheque for refunding the said amount on 25.07.2016. He has informed me he will do the needful and refund the amount in the month of auguest 2016. Till date the amount is not credited to my account. I am a senior citizen it is not possible by me to commute to your office every time. Kindly do the need full and inform me action taken to my mail-id is ja. [protected]@gmail.com.

              I have made several complaints to BSNL already asking them to fix my landline connection. The service has been faulty for the last couple of months. This has been happening for several years now, at least twice a month the line gets faulty. I don't know why this is happening to my particular landline connection. Every time when bsnl service person come for repair I have to pay them Rs.200 per person(for 2 person). This is happening regularly and if I don't pay them they just don't turn up the next time when my line gets faulty. It's been two months now, I complained twice and no response or action taken so far. I'm seriously getting frustrated and am tired of complaining because I never get a response. BSNL customer service has never considered customer as a priority and always make people wait and hate life for it. I need a permanent fix for this which is why I'm now approaching TRAI hoping I would get a proper and quicker solution to my problem. I'm submitting this complaint on behalf of all bsnl users in a similar situation. Please give us the right fix.

                    I am resident of tatapudi village, kapileswarapuram mandal. Our village has very low signal connection. We are facing issue this issue from a long time, our village doesn't have any proper signals to make a phone call or receive one.

                    Signal connection is too low, which makes voice over talk and other voice can't be hear though the connection is estlabished.

                            We have been using bsnl broadband service for a year, and it have always been unsatisfactory. We have always called the service providers in our district for getting the speed or the broadband connection better, but it's like as if they are uninterested in providing us with better service, we have even called the SDO of BSNL office in our district but the service have not changed instead its getting worst, we feel so helpless that how and where to complaint to get a better service from your ridiculously useless department of BSNL broadband service.
                            If the service doesn't chane we would want a refund for all the months we have paid for the plan without even using it.

                              My prepaid cell number is [protected], i have sms32 plan. Not able to send any messages but every time i try to send message, message count is decreased and wasted. Past 5 days i have been contacting your customer support and every time they say they will rectify this problem in 2 hours but not rectified so far, most of the time when i call your call centre they put me on hold and never respond.

                              I find very difficultly to reach you people as well as get solution from you. Please rectify this problem immediately.

                                Nalanda District ke Bihar Sharif ke aagal Bagal Devi Sarai Biyabani Sathopur Sarvoday Nagar Maghra etc lagvab 50 jagah me network bud se badattar hai. 3 G net to kavi nahi milta hai. BSNL ka tower nazdik rahne par vi network nahi milta hai.
                                Jabki Airtel Aircel Vodafone Idea etc ka network bahoot aachha hai.
                                Isse spast hota hai ki Bihar BSNL ke kuchh officers dusre network se paisa lekar BSNL ka network jhanbhujhkar khrab kiye rahte hain taki consumers dusre network me chhale jayen.
                                BSNL ka sansadhan dusre company ke comparison me jayada hai Fir vi BSNL ka network bud se badattar rahne ka MATLAB hai ki BSNL ke kuchh officers beyiman corrupt chhor hain Jo dusre company se paisa lekar BSNL ka network jhanbhujhkar khrab kiye rahte hain.
                                BSNL ke officers ki sampati and anti users activities ki jaanch CBI IB se karbayi jaye .

I have duly logged the complaint thrice and even called the executives personally at triveni as well as durgapura telephone exchange but no one turned up nor the phone was erected. its very irritating and tedious job . why shall i pay for the entire month then if the phone is dead for half a month .                                     Debited my state bank of india sb a/c [protected], but not activated till date.
                                    Kindly reverse the amount to my a/c as earlier and intimate by e. Mail.

                                    There seems to be no such transactions done through bsnl portal web site: http://portal.bsnl.in on 01/08/2016, please arrange to provide the transaction details if any or ask the customer to approach the concerned bank / website incharge.

                                      When insert my BSNL sim on mobile tower not showing on mobile.so, please activate my sim No. [protected].This sim no is very important for me.
                                      Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I met an accident with my Car.

                                      Some people stolen my mobile during helping me for dragging me out from Car. I logged the police complain.

                                      You are requested to please provide me the call details of my prepaid mobile no. [protected] on my email id shaju.[protected]@adityabirla.Com. You are also requested to please let me know if there is any facility to know these details online.
                                      Telecaller informed if you want to download movies and songs you can enable HUNGAMA. But without our consent BSNL has enabled HUNGAMA and charged Rs. 17 per day without our knowledge and we never used it. After seeing bill only we came to know this. Is it another way of looting public money?

                                        I lost my mobile handset alongwith my sim card. My mobile no. Was [protected] i want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                                        My spouse ha. visited sarojany nagar newdelhi with bsnl mobile no.[protected] which we are using since 12 years. there was no network available and customer care centre has responded due to which we losses occured finencial as well as personal.
                                        Please deactivate Hungama TV. iam allready logged complaints on 27 06 2016 & 04 08 2016but no response. So i kindly request you to take necessary action please & also refund the amount.
