I have not received my BSNL Land Line bill for the month of July, 2016 so far. But the bill amount of Rs. 1359/- has been paid. I want to have hard copy of the Land Line telephone bill. Kindly upload the same in my mail ID.
I have a postpaid cellone number [protected] and has been using the same in my smart phone.

Unfortunately, at the moment I am unable to use Internet due to very slow or no response even if the phone showing H+.

Please help.

      Our Wi-Fi is not working since three days and there is no response from local office. Our old complaint no is [protected]. And if we call on this no[protected] they don't receive the call and even on this no [protected] please take a strict action, and there are many problems we are facing through this problem and in one month 15 days Wi-Fi doesn't work.

        I am Apratim from Uttarakhand.I switched on my router and after five minutes, I was offline.I just cannot understand that why this government ISP cannot maintain its continuous internet connection for five minutes and though it charges more than I expect.This network issue continues for days.When called, many of them, you won't believe it, are drunk on duty if they pick the phone.I do not know why the government is feeding this white elephant.

          I got reversed my hungama charges for July 2016 bill after my complaint. I also received the deactivation mail to email id. To my shock I received bill for August 2016 for Rs.248/- Kindly reverse the charges since I already paid. I already got deactivated the services. How I was charged for the month of August 2016

            I made a complaint at Hyderabad India about the landline dead through online and also from 198 so on. This was made 5 days back. The exchange is Nizampet. If an government organization like bsnl fails to act & rectify on such complaints that too in cities like Hyderabad. It is time for government of India V to take a view on such unproductive organizations at the earliest.

              Sir this is to bring to your notice that the hungama service was activated on the number[protected] registered in name of S.S.Pillai.
              The plan is of no requirement . So, Its a request, kindly deactivate the service from the above number. Do, it needful as the hungama service is adding more charges with the Bsnl Net Plan Bill.Do, the needful as soon as possible.

                  My BSNL landline Ph No 2420025 at Bareilly Cantt Bareilly is not working since last 8 days. I registered complained at BSNL no 198 with complaint no [protected]. Nobody attended the complaint but I received completion report on my registered mob no [protected].
                  I have again registered complaint, this time on No 1500 of BSNL provided in completion report message. Still awaiting for complaint to be attended.
                  Last time when this no went off road it took more than 15 days for BSNL to make it functional. They charged full bill for that period also.

                    Even after repeated followup for more than a month there is no action by he bsnl service to install net connection at my residence.i am already a user of bsnl services and needed another connection as we have shifted to another residence.
                    Never experienced such a bad response from a services team.probably bsnl dharwad branch is acting as a conventional government organisation troubling public

                        Sir,

                        With reference to the subject cited above I have the honour to make a complain through your esteemed autority against the BSNL office of Mon HQ wich is district HQ of Nagaland stste. That sir, Mon is a district HQ of Nagaland which is having 12 Districts. But comparing to other districts of Nagaland the BSNL service of Mon is very poor. It has been more than 20(twenty) days that there is no Network of BSNL in Mon District. This is not the first time also. There are many times happened like this in previous years and during this years also.

                        So, BSNL postpaid users have big loss by paying rental Bills many times whereas they couldn't make even one call aso since there was no network of BSNL for many days. Besides, nowadays Nagaland Board of School Education has introduced IIT in different schools and made complulsury to have broadband. So many schools of Mon District have taken broadband connection. But IIT practical classes cannot be conducted due to poor service of BSNL.

                        Since the BSNL is not functiuoning properly almost all the people of Mon District of Nagaland are after the Private Companies like Airtel, Aircel, Idea, Relience etc. The main reason is even the JTO who is posted here in Mon is always out of station and other officers who are supposed to be in the office are not in the office. Only the fourth grade staffs are in the office.

                        So I, on behalf of Mon District BSNL Postpaid user as well as a Principal of a Higher Secondary School draw your kind attention and requesting to give good service of BSNL in Mon District.

                          My land line phone no.[protected] with broad band facility was out of order since 14th August. Due to holidays complaint could be lodged on 16th August.

                          For 15 days in-spite of continuous follow-up with local complaint office, with SDO and even with DET Panipat, the complaint could be attended yesterday on 31st Aug.

                          I dont know why SDO and DET could not got the complaint resolved. I have taken monthly plan, who will pay for the above period on non-utilization.

                          Can BSNL understand the harassment I have faced during this period. I have been twice in a day was requesting the authorities for getting the phone operational. I have personally met SDO and Divisional Engineer Technical.

                          This is happening almost every month or in 2 months. Two months back in June same had happened With Such a poor service it is difficult to continue with BSNL.

                          One can imagine the life now a days if phone and broadband is not working for 15 days continuously besides mental harassment for the complaint not being attending.

                          Why BSNL should not fix the responsibility?????

                          I should not be charged for the above period.

                              I have personally visited account officer at sidco guindy complex who is incharge for west tambaram and handed over a request letter along with cancelled corporation bank cheque for refunding the said amount on 25.07.2016. He has informed me he will do the needful and refund the amount in the month of auguest 2016. Till date the amount is not credited to my account.                                   I have made several complaints to BSNL already asking them to fix my landline connection. The service has been faulty for the last couple of months. This has been happening for several years now, at least twice a month the line gets faulty. I don't know why this is happening to my particular landline connection. Every time when bsnl service person come for repair I have to pay them Rs.200 per person(for 2 person). This is happening regularly and if I don't pay them they just don't turn up the next time when my line gets faulty. It's been two months now, I complained twice and no response or action taken so far. I'm seriously getting frustrated and am tired of complaining because I never get a response. BSNL customer service has never considered customer as a priority and always make people wait and hate life for it. I need a permanent fix for this which is why I'm now approaching TRAI hoping I would get a proper and quicker solution to my problem. I'm submitting this complaint on behalf of all bsnl users in a similar situation. Please give us the right fix.

                                        I am resident of tatapudi village, kapileswarapuram mandal. Our village has very low signal connection. We are facing issue this issue from a long time, our village doesn't have any proper signals to make a phone call or receive one.

                                        Signal connection is too low, which makes voice over talk and other voice can't be hear though the connection is estlabished.
                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have taken a new BSNL sim 2 weeks back from kerala. Still now it is not activated.Do let me know what is the process to get it activated.
