Hi,

No internet connection for last 6 days. Lodge a complain on 30th september and that time we were told that its gonna take 3 working days.

Its been 6 days and no solution. Whenever calling the customercare they are saying that it will be resolved by 24 hrs with no result.

Or visit branch which operates from 10 - 5 pm. Even for disconnection you have to visit to office. This is simply hopeless.

      My bsnl number([protected]) was recharged on third of october, 2016 and a recharge of rupees 550 was made .
      to my utter surprise today on 4th of october, 2016 the balance has been reduced to rupees 432 only
      it is my request that i have all related balance deduction information and appropriate refund to be made
      around a hundred rupees has been deducted so i kindly request for the bill and desireable solution of the balance deduction problem

      I lost my mobile handset along with my SIM card today. My mobile no was [protected] . I want to block the SIM card so that no one mis use it. Mean while I have submitted FIR. I request bsnl to block my sim immediately.

          Am a new user of bsnl broadband service.. I have booked new connection of bsnl broadband. After a log time site engineer visited and only connected land land phone and not connected bsnl moder and said it is not my work.
          You should called outside engineer for connected bsnl modem. It is very convinced for me. And alos said that it is not a cup of tea so please don, t do yourself.

              Carried away by the kind of advertisements and believing that BSNL service improved in the face of stiff competition from private operators, I availed Combo Telephone with broad Band connection[protected] some two years ago and trust me I have lodged complaints for roaring sound in telephone line for not less than 100 times.
              Every time promptly the local Exchange sends its line man. He phones me from local junction box and enquires if it is okay.
              They complained to me that my telephone set is faulty, I bought another one and the same problem persists.
              Can BSNL ever improve?
              I am facing a hell here with their service.

                    I have been using bsnl number[protected] for decades. It has been an integral part of our life since childhood. I have made repeated complains since years to their higher officials throgh emails due to no connection of broadband as well as telephone for this number. But against my complain they send their staff they resolve for the timing but again after 15days to 01month the problem continues.
                    Now getting depressed i have stop making their monthly payments to bsnl and now they are calling and threghtening us.
                    Kindly help on the same i have all email proofs also our rs3000 deposit is with bsnl which we have not claimed

                        Dear Sirs,
                        This is in continuation of my earlier complaint and its been 25 days since, it went out of order. Nothing has been done for the same. Please try to understand the gravity of the situation. My mother is 74 years and totally dependent on the telephone line to communicate with her kids who live far distant and abroad. She has been feeling immensely under pressure to maintain a mobile phone to stay connected. Being a chronic diabetic, living alone and having high blood pressure, the telephone line had added to her list of troubles. She has had a total knee replacement surgery and can't walk much around without difficulty, which means she needs to tell about her well being on the only mode of communication through the telephone. Since the telephone is not working for around a month, we would now want to take up the matter to consumer forum for redressal of the same, no rent shall be paid this month for such bad services.

                        Also we wish to highlight the fact, as pointed out earlier that the telephone lines have been disrupted due to ongoing construction in that area. We also wish to lodge a complaint against her neighbours for the same. We need an urgent feedback regarding the same and re-installement of the services, otherwise it leaves us with no other option than to take appropriated legal action for the same.

                          I am facing frequent call drop in chennai while using ur service. For example on 28.9.2016 at 9.29 pm after my call was attended by my wife(tel no. [protected]) the call went disconnected deducting 1 minute call time from my account on three consecutive occasion. This is just an example. I am facing frequent call drop and unnecessary charges being deducted from my account. At least in the above case you are requested to look into the matter.

                              Sir i have received a bsnl prepaid sim on 23.09.2016 from bsnl office batote district ramban j&k after submit all the required formalities. After six days my sim is not activated by bsnl due to unknown reasons. Verification process is completed by dialing 1507 but recharge of rs. 107 is not done on my number.                                 I had requested new bsnl broadband connection after the recent offers in karnataka zone, i had opted for the 300 gb initial plan. As there is a apartment in front of my house which has bsnl broadband connection, i contacted the bsnl team to get the new connection and they said it's possible for my house to get connection from there and they sent an agent to collect documents and collected money (3300). It's been more than three weeks, and now when i call the bsnl person who gives line for new connection, he said it's not possible get new connection from the apartment and to my house. But the person who collected money said they'd already given a connection from the apartment to a house which is little far from my house, so i can easily get connection.
                                I'm not sure even with bsnl's eagerness to get new customers, people like me who are looking for new connection is being treated like this.

                                If they can't give connection to a house next to the apartment they should told me it's not possible for the connection in the first place itself, this very sad and annoying of bsnl to treat their prospective customer.

                                If not new bb connection i need my money back.

                                    You activated the hungama services to my bsnl from two months without my consent. Because of this hungama services i am getting too much of net bill. From two months i am paying i am not able to pay now plzzz deactivate the hungama services. I no need your hungama services or any extra sevices. I didnot ask you to activate the hungama sevices. Without my permition how can you activate the services. So i am requesting tou to deactivate the hungama services.
                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My bsnl sim were blocked I need sim puk code my sim num[protected]
                                    I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. do it immediately. My land line number is[protected]

                                      I am soumitra dutta. my landline no is[protected], my a/c no is [protected]. my bill amount for the month of august is rs 302/- & due date is 30th september. i paid this bill through paytm on 24th september at 3.41pm. my dc transaction no is [protected]. my order no is [protected]. i got a sms from paytm i. e."your payment is successful. it will take up to 48 working hours for amount to reflect in operator account". at last today (27th) i have get a payment confirmation through sms which is send by bv - bsnldc to my register mobile ([protected]). after that i contact bsnl customer care (by dial 1500) and told him that please send payment acknowledgement slip through my register email id i. e. [protected]@gmail.com. but they told him that outstanding amount (rs302) is pending till now. i am totally surprised! then i told him that how it is possible? i have get already payments confirmation to my register mobile no ([protected]) from bv - bsnldc. but they dont know how it is possible? i am disappointed from bsnl. i am requesting you to kindly do needful action.

                                        Hello Sir this is Ravindra, mine also the same problem which the early one said that is last month me also got a call from bsnl to download a game on that time itself i said that sir
                                        i am not interested in this but he said that no mam it is free only but now i received a call regarding me to pay Rs.70 for this game /Rs.249- movie/Rs170/- (Total Rs.489)music, which i had never used .Is this the way to behave ? Their is not even 1% percent honesty in your word and kindly deactivate the subscription which you made by cheating us and Here is my No[protected]
