I have complained twice for the deactivation of bsnl hungama but still no action is taken for my complaint. I didn't even activated the plan and the company is saying that i activated the plan. The bill is coming along with the charge which i had to pay wastly and again the bill has came with the same charge. From past 3 years im bsnl customer and i visit rajesthan frequently.whenevr i visit i recharge my roaming pack even though im not getting the network. i concated the customer care number prescripted then also there is no response and network. please kindly do need full at earliest
