Apane starting se bank ac se payment cut nahi kiya or har month manually hame abhi payment karane bol rahe ho. Isake pahale apale office se worker money leke jate the.
Is month me spake office se call aya 2 tatikh ko but me pura din office me bz tha or dusare din payment kiya to overdue ku lagale. Aap apake worker 1 tatikh ko bhi bhejoge to money mil jayega koi problem nahi.
Muze overdue ka reason batao.

(Lan tw005inr[protected], pooja from chennai, i bought my bike through bussan finance loan with 11months tenure and i paid my dues on time except 1month due to some technical fault from my bank side and within 20days i paid in cash for my debt! My due ended in the month of nov'18 and this finance ppl calling me on may'19 and asking me to pay cheque bouncing charges as 563/- which bank is charging this high bouncing charges for cheque bouncing! Am ready to pay my exact cheque bouncing charges which is been deducted from their account and i cannot pay a single penny more than that and i need my noc after that! If this issue pertains am ready to lodge a complaint against you finance ppl.

First teach your staff the manners to talk to a consumer

I applied a loan in RAJ YAMAHA Showroom in OMR(Chennai) .Loan was approved but money not credited in showroom so for that they are not delivering bike to me so, please contact that showroom or else bussan agent who is doing registrations and do necessary action for fast process of my loan.

Yesterday the person with name bala raju mobile no [protected] contacted me and collected a amount of 2718 rs around 5 PM evening and told you will receipt within 15 minutes when I didn't get the receipt I contacted him around 7 PM told that he has Informed in office tomorrow means Wednesday will surely receive receipt.
Sorry to inform you that till now not received any receipt your side request you to resolve this asap. Otherwise I have to look matter in other way.

They logged the file on 04.03.19. After one month they ask for same documents which i submitted a month ago. This type of service i don't expected from a reputed finance company. I have missed my last 3 loans due to problem with my account fraud.. The collection person informed me to just pay my loan amount and the bounce charges will be waived off... I paid the entire loan now... When i call the contact center they informed me that i need to be pay bounce charges to get the noc.. Which is insane... If this person should have given correct information.. I should have adjusted money from someone and paid it before due... Its like insane.. Not at all happy.. It seems auto bussan is reaping off people... Giving half information after loan is paid.. That is there techque to get extra money from people.. I asked them to give some more days time and I told them that I'm ready to pay fine also bcoz my situation is also pathetic.I was not in there in home bcoz of funeral. Daily ms Swetha and Mr Prakash called me and started to verbal abusing. Due to this I told the manager that I will pay via online, but they told me that online payment should not proceed. So the due delayed. Finally I payed via online. Due to their emotional and verbal abuse I got severe depression and also lossed my precious pregnancy. Please do the needful. I hope you will take immediate action for this. I decided to approach the court also
