Hi

I had applied for moratorium in 2020 for 2 months, So accordingly when i called at Bussan Auto customer care so they told me that you will be charged total 3 extra EMI and the 3rd emi will be only the Interest charges
But now 3rd EMI has been deducted with the same amount of 4744 which was my EMI amount

This is not correct my interest amount cannot be same as complete EMI amount

With reference to the above, I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had availed a two wheeler loan from your esteemed organisation vide loan account no mentioned above. I have remitted all the installments regularly for all the EMIs within due dates.

A last EMI will be cleared on 08052021, Now I request you to issue me NOC to enable me to update records in my RC with govt authorities.

I Mrs Nibedita Rout, the EMI of Rs 2548 on your LAN TW125INR00824736 is due on 08-MAY-2021.But, I m unable to clear the loan amount, due to sudden announcement of lockdown, pls allow me for the moratutium, I lost my job also due to covid-19.

This is in regards to your below mentioned query, we would like to inform you that you have not paid EMI's from May'2020 to Aug'2020, so moratorium has been applied in your loan.

As on date your one future EMI (moratorium interest amt- 1, 464.80/-) is remaining which will be debited from bank account in Apr’2021. Kindly keep your account funded before due date to get avoid any charges.

Apart from that there are cheque bounce charges & late payment penalty of Rs 2, 205.51/- pending against your loan. You can pay pending amount by visiting our website www.bafindia.com or https://loans.bafindia.com or Pay TM.

I had taken an auto loan for my bike and was paying on time. Suddenly, they said that they are not able to withdraw money from my account automatically and so they'll call me every month and I can pay them via Paytm. All of a sudden during pandemic they put my account in moratorium without my knowledge. After few months they charged me 10, 000 extra for moratorium tax which I never requested.

Secondly whatever amount I paid so far they never reported to Cibil bureau, My account has not been update from past 3-4 months. I have been calling these guys and they have no idea. The customer care executives are rude and has no idea about how the systems work.

I am extremely tired of this nuisance and want to take this to consumer court for mentally harassing me for nothing if this is not resolved now.

I had made the full payment against my bike loan on 15september 2020 but till date I have not received the noc from guwahati. I had spoken with the guy in guwahati office on 17nov 2020 and he said that I had to collect it from Regal Collection Agency Dibrugarh after 7days, but as I called today they told they have not yet issued the noc and will send it as soon as possible. This kind of irresponsibility is not expected from bussan finance.
