Don't buy any blackberry mobile in India. Worst and horrible service. bought a Z10 on march 2014. Find the battery defective after 2 months, went to service center for nothing, they couldn't provide me any solution till the date. Yesterday my Z10 refused to get charged so what would i do now ? I think I must throw the mobile set on the face of the Incharge, blackberry India. Where are you sir ?

The unprofessional behaviour of the person in the service centre

I had a blackberry z10 and it had a hardware issue.so I have given the phone for repair in bangalore Cunningham road service centre.it was inform to me that the process takes a month time.. so accordingly I called them after a month. The feedback is that 1) they don't work on weekend and so it not yet been rectified I agree inspite of not informing about the weekend thing .2)have to call them more than 50 times to get connected to the service centre.3) the lady who work in the centre has an unprofessional behaviour she doesn't address the quires .4) finally if the phone is connected then the office boys answers saying that on a Friday no staff are available.
Request your concern on the issue as this kind of attitude is not acceptable from a person working for such a reputed brand.

SIR,
I have purchased blackberry z 10 last month . After few days i found it was getting heated and on 9 august i have submit it to the blackberry service centre, jalandhar city.
yesterday i got a call from them and they are saying your phone is accidently damaged and they can't provide any solution .i felt like i got cheated as i have submit my handset in undamaged condition to them. They provide me job sheet at that time and now they are saying it was damaged at that time and they can't send it to the company for replacement . Its their fault.So i request you to please provide a solution to my problem quickly

In due days the handset occur problem and I go to Customer care. They submit and promise to repair it. After few days when I had conversation with them, they said Its been replaced by new hand set by the company and will provide you the new set.
Its 2 months and they just delay by all fake and non - sense excuses. and all thing are to out of control to talk to them or to deal them.
According to them the set is short, now they are asking to take some other set which I don't want,
I want z10 or my money back.

i have blackberry z 10 (white varient). i purchased it 3 months ago.
the problem with this device is that the proximity sensor and ambient
light sesnor are not working, when i tested my z10 by blackberry virtual
expert app. it shows that
they two sensors are unavailable, i submitted my mobile to authorised
service center on 31st july which is located in ghaziabad, firstly they
told me that ambient light sensor is working (they told me about
notification light) is that i am fool or blackberry engineer don't know
that what is ambient light sensor, after lot of arguement they submitted
my mobileand told me that it should be repaired or replaced in 10-15
days. yesterday i called them for query about this process, now they
told me that it has been sent to the Gurgaon repair facility on 2nd aug,
and it should be take another 20 days from today, It has been a
disgusting experience with blackberry service, i am facing many problem
due to unavailability of my mobile u can imagine, they did'nt provide
me any standby handset for use. i don't know why blackberry can take
20-30 days for repair, i think any device should be repair in almost 2-3
days and it should be ready for collect witn in 8-10 days maximmum. now
its irritating. blackberry should take

Our team will get back to you regarding your email within three working days.We assure you the best of services.but till today they don't replied me today i remind them for reply but they don't replied till now, i was frustated so that on 6/09/2014 (saturday Morning) i went to the service center for further updates and present situaton (with spy pen camera for recording) of my handset, Service incharge Mr. Sumit Sharma again told me same that Blackberry stops the manufacturing of blackberry z 10 and offered me to take blackberry z3 or if you want Z10 you have to wait till the another end of next week and we are not the reason for delay that is delay from where we escalate your handsets(gurgoan repair facilty) after that again i requested him for contact detail of that facilty because i am going to consumer forum for this complaint again they told me that we can't gave you their contact detail then i requested them to gave me all your statements of present situation, reason of delay, reason of you don't have a time to pick a call of costumers, blackberry offered to the costumers another low grade mobile phone instead to the original in written on affdevit and i am going to file a case against blackberry to the consumer forum but they don't write and revert my blank affidavit to me and said that okay go and case to us in rude behaviour, i have full video recording of communication between service center and me which is exist today after that i come back to home and quired about that offer which is told to me by Mr. Sumit Sharma via facebook(social networking website) official web page in posts comments and one of the blackberry executives replied to mine comment that no that is not true blackberry never offered that that type of thing to the costumers in any situations . now please investigate deeply regarding this i have proof of anything and take any prompt action regarding my problem and take a strict judgement after investigate

i bought a balckberry phone approx and year ago . i had to give for service atlest 6 times because of bad performance of phone. and the service centre took more than a month every time i gave it for service. thay have failed to solve the problem with phone and even now my phone is with them. I would want my refund back on phone . i bought this phone for rs44000.
have given my blackberry z10 to service center on 13.09.14,
now about 25 days passed but no news about my phone, the service center person says it will take more 30 days
i tried blackberry customer care no which doesnot works and another connects to customer care service of canada who dont even know indian english. so could not register any complaints

With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to tell you that, I am very much disappointed about your poor service. Due to some technical issue related to my tracker pad and key buttons, I have submitted my blackberry phone on 22nd of July 2014. It has been almost 10 days, I haven’t received any response from your side. Please tell me frankly that whether you will be able to solve this issue within time or not because, I will have to go out of station on 7th of August 2014. Now a days, I am facing many problems without my phone. phone not working properly Z 10 model
after one and two hour mobile become shut down after connecting charging it start working further same problem occures after same time when we shown in servicing center he uploaded ox 10 and said now problem is solved and it will not work on 10.2, but problem is continuing and we also want to use up grade version, kindly solve the problem by replacing the set.

Company is taking too much time to change my Blackberry Z10

I had submitted my Blackberry Z10 in Blackberry Care (Gol Market Branch) because of some touch pad problem, they told me that this set has to forward to the company for replacement and it will take 10-15 days but after 10-15 days when I went there again they said that it will take 10-15 days more and gave me a spare phone Blackberry curve 8520 which is also damaged. I don't even got a call from the company.

Blackberry is giving me tough time

I purchased Blackberry Q5 few months back from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall.
Basis my requirement, i preferred my next phone of touch and qwerty both, and Blackberry fits the bill in that particular requirement.
After negative reviews from friends and family, I have decided to go for the renowned brand Blackberry thinking it to be masters in business phones, but to my surprise Blackberry handset, not only gives you pain in terms of memory but also kills your time when you need the device most, it automatically adopts its hang mode and leave you nowhere.
I am facing these problems from 2 months now and after visiting to all possible nearby service center I ended up landing consumer complaint forum with a hope that now the so called brand Blackberry will consider my device problem and the hard earned money I have put to own this untrustworthy brand. As my device is very much under a warranty I claim for a new device or will wish to take this case forward, as my life is in mess with this awesome invention of Q5 from a so called known brand Blackberry

awful service

my phone blackberry q5 suddenly stopped working one day and was not switching on even after charging it and i gave it to blackberry service center in janakpuri who told me that to verify the problem it will take 2 to 14 days. after 14 days they told me that it is not repairable and they will give me a new set on 25th of june. today they did not give me any phone and instead were giving me old worthless handsets as replacement and they dont even know when will i have my phone back.
i am seriously fed up and feel betrayed by the company i trusted so much and all this running around for a phone is making me depressed. i want my phone by the end of this week that is 29th june after which i will complain to the consumer court for the horrible service that i have got.
it is going to be a month and i have no idea what went wrong with my phone or when will i get it back, i ddint even get a proper replacement, no one called or emailed or messaged me regarding the repairments or replacements.
and please reply soon i am getting very impatient with your unprofessional behaviour.
if you are not able to do anything then i will have to complain because a month to replace a handset especially when you gave me a faulty one to start with is too much time.
i am waiting for your reply.

sold defective Mobile Blackberry Model Q5

Purchased Blackberry Q5 in august 2013 found battery backup problem and audio jack not working after many mails to blackberry finally submitted handset to Blackberry service center next day return my phone after repair again found same problem and mail to blackberry again company advice to submit phone to service provider finally submit phone for repair for same problem and also phone heat in standby mode on 16 May 2014. For my phone status many time called helpline number but kept phone on hold and no answer and not reply on. Send Mail many times for my phone status, after that in reply we are working on for best possible service take 7 to 10 working days replied my mails after over a month .Visited service center for update but but service center people unable to give correct answer. Please help to change handset with new one same problem can't rectify twice or I want full my money back .

Hi,
I odered for Blackberry Z10 mobile in online and got it from the showroom in coimbatore. After one week i came to know that the headset was not working properly, hence i went to the showroom and asked for the solution where they asked to visit the nearest service centre. I went to the service centre and told them the problem.
First of all there was no proper respect for the customer from the receptionist and they made us to visit the service centre daily for more than one week and after struggling a lot i got the new handset.
I personally request to have some concern on the customers whoever walks in. We will be satisfied only i[censored]r service for us is greatfull.

I bought the handset in November 2012 in pune and not even a year had passed it started giving problems. I went to Borivali west, mumbai service center and after so much of shouting they twice replaced with a new handset and then again replaced the battery once. Now again there was some problem. I had submitted but then they called once and then did not revert back. Its almost ten days now. And whenever I called phone is never answered. Plus too many lies are told to the customers which I can proof also.This time I went to collect as they were not calling, so there they did not even know where is my cell and what problem is there.
Why you all want people should come and shout all the time. Please report this problem to higher authorities or to the blackberry company. I am fed up of Blackberry and regret buying it.

Repairs of Blackberry Tablet/Playbook

I had given my Blackberry Playbook for repairs to the Blackberry service center Indranagar, Bangalore on the 14th instant for a simple problem that the device is not getting charged as the charger jack has a problem.
In-spite of several enquiries, I have been getting no response on the status of the same. I have made several calls on the no. [protected] and each time get a response that they will call back with the update but have never kept to the commitment.
Every time I make a call the feedback is never the same.
I strongly express my displeasure in the service that I am getting from this service center.

Defective device

Hi,
I have purchased Blackberry Q5 phone (pin 2B21DDFE) in August 2013 through Reliance store in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Since that day the slip flip cover (from where sim and memory and is inserted) is out.
I face a lag while using the phone I have restored to company setting several times but still the issue is not being resolved.
I have also updated the phone software but still phone gets hanged very every now and then.
When I bought this phone I was getting a very good battery backup but within 3-4 months the phone's battery backup has reduces drastically.
While using the internet tethering feature (to connect net from my phone).
I face a severe challenge as it keeps on getting disconnected.
When I use 3G internet on my device it does not work properly, however when tried using 3G network on my other device my sim worked perfectly fine
Sometimes the keypad do not respond properly specially the left caps key.
Noise cancellation feature is not responding properly.
I have recently purchased this phone after considering the blackberry old track and the services that has been delivered by the company but I am very much disappointed when I actually used this device.
Please resolve my problem.

My son bought a BlackBerry 9360 Curve, from Game The Glen Branch in March 2013, which he paid a lot of money from all his savings from Birthdays and Christmas’s.
A few months ago he started experiencing problems with the charging connector on the phone, we took it straight through to Vodacom in Alberton Voortrekker street, thinking that would be the same action you would have taken and all in order.
We booked the phone in, whereby they contacted us to inform us that the problem was in fact the charging connector but that it wasn’t under guarantee to be repaired therefore we had to pay, we didn’t understand but gave them the go-ahead. We paid over R600.00 for the repairs, and collected the phone 8 days later, which we then received a 3 month warranty period from
Vodacom on that part.
Now a month and a half into that guarantee from Vodacom the phone is again giving the same problem & not charging.
We sent it in again to Vodacom, whereby we were informed that the phone is now irreparable.
We took it back in to Game @ The Glen and showed them proof of purchase (till slip), plus the reports from Vodacom whereby I was told that all they could do was also send it in to Vodacom.
I asked what was the point as Vodacom had stated that it was irreparable couldn’t we just please get a new phone or the cash or even a voucher to the value of the phone .
I was told No, there was nothing they could do.
I sincerely don’t think this was done deliberately ie he didn’t force the phone charging connector into the charging clip. If so how does one prove that this was forced and not an act of ‘nature’?
I believe this is a common problem with these phones have had heard other complaints and I think there was already a fault with the phone since date of purchase.
I find this extremely unfair seeing that the phone is still under guarantee with Game which expires in March 2014 and Vodacom in the next month or two, how can you have the phone for a year, pay so much money and then
nothing comes of it when you experience a defect, but is still under guarantee.
Please could you issue him / my son with a replacement? Surely this issue can be resolved.
Please give this request your utmost consideration and advise further action.

Fraud, Cheating, Misbehavior, Foul game by Blackberry staff at R City Mall Ghatkopar, Mumbai, India on 4/May/2014

This is against the staff of Blackberry who organized an event in R City Mall, Ghatokpar Mumbai, India premises on May 4, 2014, I want to do a legal processing against them for Fraud, Cheating, Misbehavior and doing unfair practice. I was one of the winners of the Blackberry Z10 in the event conducted at R City on May 4. They were asking people to unlock the phone with picture password and whoever does that was about to win the new blackberry Z10. When I did that in a few seconds, they immediately told me that I need to play another round now... (which they never told until i unlocked the screen). The said that they will play the next round in 5 minutes and then kept me waiting for around 2 hours until the entire audience/public started to evacuate the event kiosk.
At around 9:30pm when the kiosk was almost only left with the organizers and their staff, they asked me to a play a typing test on the back of the stage with no one watching except their staff. They told me that I would have to type a sentence given by their expert and I will get 30 seconds "using my phone". They told that their expert can type the same sentence faster by using blackberry. I raised a question at this - anyone why already knows the sentence can create shortcuts in his/her phone so obviously type faster, or may be the expert selected sentences made by words which the new blackberry suggests while you are trying to type. This is not a fair typing test. I asked that the sentence that I and their expert need to type should either come from someone in audiences or the sentences should be given to me and I should be given at least 5 minutes to prepare - as their expert would have tried the same sentence already many times. I asked them to play a fair game which they denied to.
The expert then asked me how did I unlock the screen password in fist round and started asking me the unlock pin. I told no matter how I opened, the game was to unlock it, not to tell him the password. He said its not fair and they will not give the phone away to me.
After this entire incident at around 9:30, their staff members started misbehaving, raising fingers and talking loudly to me and my wife who was there with a 4 month old kid. They misbehaved, cheated on us and told us that they will not give away the phone. I also asked them to call their seniors but they said that they themselves were seniors and they were not going to call anyone.
I reported this to on call duty manager at the information desk and asked him for help by calling police for reporting their fraud and cheat. The on call Duty Manager also backed from calling police and said that its a matter between BBM staff and me and he should not be involved. I and Duty Manager requested the BBM staff to tell their name and provide their contact card to me - which they denied.
With all this, it was clear that they did not had an intention to give away phone, they were just showing off to the public and cheating with me and other people. The way they misbehaved, cheated and played a foul game with me and my wife was inhuman and I will definitely report it to legal authorities for necessary action. Hence request you to please take necessary action against blackberry people

my phone hasnt even completed two years and its already giving problems with touch. the touch screen stops working at its own will.. i have to restart the phone every time to restore the touch! and restarting the blackberry u know takes helluva time!! kindly resolve my problem else replace this touchless touch screen set! thanks.

I have a blackberry 9320 which i purchased in 2013. Suddenly it stopped working and was unable to read the sim card. I went Pune customer service center and informed that it is showing two options:-
1. Sim card error
2. Unauthorised sim card
First they advised me to change the sim card as they assumed that could be the problem. When i advised them that i have already done that;; they took my cell phone for service . After 2 weeks i collected the same and the problem was still there. This whole process happened 3 times in 3 consecutive months. My cell phone is still not repaired and its warranty is going to get lapsed in May 14.
They are unable to rectify my problem and not changing the cell phone when its still in warranty period. And then they talk about customer service. Its sad they don't understand the problems of customers especially female business travellers. I strongly feel they are actually waiting for my warranty to get over. So that they can charge me for the same or shrug their shoulders off.

100% agreed. There Blckberry customer service center people well known for harassing their customer by best possible way, even i am victim of this irresponsible attitude of blackberry centers some strong action need to take against them .

I have Bold 4 ( 9900 ), from last 4 months mobile is in visit of service centre only, in last 4 months i have used only for maximum 15 days in total and that to be not in continuation, i dont know what type of services they are providing . Mobile was swapped once but same problem again and again i think black berry is giving rephabrished mobiles to the customers .

battery meter problem with bb z10

sir iam having serious issues with this z10 phone. yesterday i charged my phone to 100% and used it for more than 8 hours without any problem, but when battery level reached 47% it said 'power of'' and got automatically shut down, i pressed the power button and there was no response at all, tried removing the battery and and again tried to on, it did not response. then i plugged into my charger and the phone switched on, when i saw the battery % it was 13. i don't know why this is happening.
again i tried to drain my battery to zero. it showed zero but when i restarted it showed me 30%. iam really scared. i love this mobile and all its features, but this problem makes me worry a lot. i have attached a screenshot of battery stats here. u can see the graph rapidly decreasing from 47% to 9%.
i seriously hope there is a solution for this problem.

I was purchased mobile from anil telecom gandhidham (Kachchh) gujarat dated 28/01/2014.I am suffring by battry because battry is running only 6 hrs in a day so i was complain in anil telecom regulerly 10 days but no any action regarding this so please do needful & urgent basis & also anil telecom give poor service to all costomer. I have registerd complain in your authorised service center who is harsh enterprise also he has no any reply regarding this.
I was charged full battry in night & i see battry in morning 7:30 am battry has 40% down.

Bold 9790 not yet repaired

Dear Team
I am a Blackberry user and having handset Bold 9790, the Handset was out of warranty and having some issue. the same was reported to your Nagpur Service Center and they confirmed me to pay Rs.8500/- INR and handset will go to Bangalore for repair.
I paid the same immediately and enclosed the proof of the same. Sorry to say that i haven't received any respond from your office/service center nor reverting when it will get it cleared
i had called 3 to 4 times but very poor respond.
Request your early action on this .
