Hi friends today i share my personal pathetic experience with the brand factory online.
I strongly suggest don't even try to think to buy the products from online or at their retail outlet.
They all are cheaters seating there. Just try to make money by fooling customers.
I have purchased spyker jeans online on 28-october-2019. But the product is not fit so i request to

I ordered Skechers casual shoes with Order id 247747 of size UK 9 . They have sent one size smaller.
Now when I am trying to place a return request then the app is prompting the pincode is not serviceable.
I called their service center and they are saying they are sorry but nothing could be done as the Pincode 560036 is not serviceable by them. Hence the pickup for return could not be processed.
How come at the time...

I have placed an order on brand factory online with order id 81130 on 30th june on 8th july i got the message as product is delivered but actually not so i raised the concern by calling through customer care and they raised the complaint with reference bf[protected] on 4th september and after that i have called them almost some 100 times and every time response is issue will be sorted by friday so far issue not sorted and i asked for refund...

I ordered 6 shirts from online store brandfactoryonline.com today (3 aug, 2019 12:26pm) and payment was also done by debit card. My order (Order id 110536) got cancelled without my permission and knowledge (At 21:26pm same day). I had ordered the shirts because of the ongoing offer which isn't active now.
I tried calling them but no customer service after 10pm. I have also emailed a complaint regarding this....

Hi this is arindm chaudhury. Brandactoryunline is the worst online site. I have ordered a dress on 30 th june on order id 78200. I paid that time only. On 9 th july i called customer care where my shipment they told due to their fault they can not send the the item. On 9 th july it self i launched complaint about my money getting back on ref no-bf[protected]. I spoke with asis, umesh, kamal, divya every time they are taking 7 days to refund...
