I had placed order of brothers footprint company of shoes and still have not received.
I sent a mail to them but they said follow the tracking order which has been the same for the last 1momhs & 11 days. Now no response to mails as well.

My order number #62520 dated 02 August 2020 is not delivered yet

I have ordered shoes in Brothers footprint on 24th july 2020. As on 28th july 2020 i received a message as my order has been handed over to courier company and will receive tranking id within few days. But on 30th july 2020 i received the traking id with AWB [protected] and shipped through EXPRESS GO COURIER. Till date i haven't received it and status is showing "In transist to destination place". Please look into it and delivery at earliest or else refund my amount.

I made order of shoes from brothers footprints on 26/07/2020 and rs.499/- paid on same date but yet not received order no 52497. Status reflection on expreego courier that they sent bye expressgo courier awb[protected]
But order not received bye company. And no any contact no provided bye both company and courier company.

Ordered footware from this portal. Received a shipping message also with awb [protected] by express go courier, head office, mumbai hub. Material still not received.

I’ve placed an order in the mid of august and yet i haven’t receive my product nor any customer care number nor cancellation option nothing. During the time of placing, everything was showing so genuine including customer care details, cancellation policy and everything.. All the customers must have the details of their bank or upi because its payment were done online, no cod option was available.. So each and other customer must have its payment details to their account.. Even i do have..

I had ordered for a pair of shoes on 1.8.2020 vide order number 60661 from Brothers Footprint but neither the product nor any response from their side has been received till now .

Rather the site is also non-reachable and refusing to connect.

An immediate action is requested as I have already paid for the item.

I have order for sleeper show order no. 43779, off rs 499₹ on the date of 24 july 2020, but till date i am not receive the product...

Order #18152 was place on 10.07.2020 for men's desert comouflage military tacical boots 91-cream beige 1 for rs. 499.00
And
Order #13328 was placed on 07.07.2020 for men's mamba snakers 19-yellow 1 for rs. 499.00
But the product was not received yet nor refund

I ordered a shoe 2 months before for 499... Order no 67988.. And cancelled it bcoz the delivery was getting so late... Still I have not received the refund..

With reference to the, i have ordered sandal cum slippers on 27 july 2020.
With order number#55198. It is showed me product has been dispatched on[protected] but still now i do not receive. Even though it is paid order rs.499.
Kindly solve my problem either deliver product or return my money.

My order number#64621, #68681, #68237 of 04/08/2020 and 05/08/2020 three orders. I paid fully for all orders but not yet to delivered. Kindly arrange my products for delivery otherwise pay my amount as refund.

With order number 53835 on 26/07/2020 and paid ₹ 499, its one month passed.
Not yet delivered the product.

I ordered shoes from brothers footprint on 24th July vide order no. 44647. They have sent me courier details that order has been dispatched through Expressgo courier having shipment no. AWB [protected] on 29th July but it’s almost more than one month but still the order has been not received.

Till date the products are not delivered

And paid via upi but after that no one has replied and now their website is not working

My 2nd complaint

Received a call last night from one mr deepesh singh saying he is from brothers footprint n wanted to pay back 998 but wanted debit card number not of icici bank or hdfc bank, he asked for the card details i said no. He said i will give u my employee id number. His number is [protected]
