Not getting any response from these fraud company Brothers Footprint

I have ordered leather sandals on 26.07.2020. With order no 51446, i got msg also that it was couriered by expressgocourier with awb no [protected]
Still i have not received the product, i have already paid the amount

Had booked a pair of sandals received a sms on 22 july. After that a courier tracking was received from express tracking. Since then no response. Smells like its a fraud.

I was ordered date of 24 july 2020 from brothersfootprint status of order #39305 with brothersfootprint has been changed to dispatched. Your awb [protected] shipped via expressgo courier. Track with load. Bz/nxelu

Bt still i did not received my product.

Sir i ordered sleeper and i didn't get confirmation the product was ready so i cancelled my order. Still now i have not get back my money after cancellation, please do needful i will be grateful

I book one pairs men's shoe on date 25 July. But parcel not receive. No response from company.pls take action against fake company.

My order no is 29790 on 19th July 2020. I received couple of messages that the consignment has been handed over to Expressgo courier with AWB no[protected]. The shoes were not delivered so far. I really do not know the reason for delay. Almost 50 days have gone and no delivery of goods. If i do not get either my ordered shoes or any reply about the order, I am ready to lodge a complaint wt consumer form.

It's been one month and I have not received my consignment. Every time I check with your website, I am informed that my order is being processed. This has been happening for the past one month. I hope this is not a joke and you guys are genuine. Or have I lost the money? I will appreciate if the shoes are sent to me as soon as possible and if that is not possible, please refund the money. Thank you

I placed an order on 31st July 2020 for 2 pairs of sandals worth Rs998. ( [Order #59915] . We have not yet received it till now. this page was found on facebook.

-Orders Processing, (SMS will be sent)
-Packing slip Generated, (SMS will be sent)
-Packed, (SMS will be sent)
-Courier Pickup Awaiting, (SMS will be sent)
-Handover to Courier, (SMS will be sent)
-Dispatched (SMS will be sent With Tracking Number and Courier Details)
.-After Dispatch you can track Further with Courier's website with their
tracking details which you will received by SMS in 5 to 6 days.

I have ordered around 1st August 2020 and courier always says 4th august status.
I have ordered through Facebook, they need to take care of this kind of companies.
Please do needful on this.

I have ordered a mens sandal from this company I reacived a message that my order has been dispatched thru goexpreescourrier. Com under awb no [protected] but did not reacive it yet and after contact the courier company thr mail they did not respond

I purchased a product from their online sale and have been waiting ever since...
Have not recd anything.
It's been over two more months now.
I recd a text msg from them on 28 July 2020 that the product is shipped.

I had ordered a pair of shoes from Brothersfootprint.com on 4th August, 2020, my order # 66397.
For a few days, the order status was showing as 'processing order' now, their website is not reachable. It seems it was a fraudulent company. Please let us know how to track them down & what legal actions can be taken against them.

I have ordered a men's sandal through Brothersfootprint online shopping site, on advertisement of the same was showing in facebook site. I have paid Rs 499/- towards the consignment and they have message me the order id as #60541. My online transaction ID is OTHPG 109986 for Rs 499 dtd 01.08.2020. The consignment is not despatched even after one month, and their online site 'www.brothersfootprint.com' is also not accessible. It is requested to refund me the amount.

I have order the sandal on the 10.07.2020 and the last message was that it is dispatched via courier expressgo. Now there is no sign of the brothers footprint app and the courier. My order no is 18056.

Ordered on 25/07/2019 and havnt received till 02/08/2019. Response on mail is auto generated and they don't even read your mail. Pathetic service.

My order no 17715 but my product not deliver. And app are closed what can i do for my refund. Courier also not seen.
