How many times I request you send me your company contact no but you ignore it so my return Order you didn't collect from my home and sending me third quality saree which I never order..From your company site I orders kurti but still you didn't contact me on my mobile number which I mentioned in your refund form..so I think your site is not valuable site if you are not collect my return Order than I expose you on media...

I had ordered [order # 45861] a semi stitched dress worth rs 754, but received a cheap saree.

I want my money refunded and replace with the product i ordered.

This seems to be a big fraud company.

Have seen many such complaints for this this company.

Please sue this company so that they don't deceive customers in future.

This should not be tolerated at all....

This website is completely fake and doing a big fraud by giving wrong and cheapest products.
What i ordered is totally different what i received.
A kurti amounting of rs. 399+100 (Delievery charges)+40 (Gst) total of rs. 539 they charged and the product which i received is not a kurti even. It is a 50 rs. Cheapest duppatta.
It was my biggest mistake to ordered from here.

I had ordered kurta from the website but instead got so old saree. The number provided on the website are fake ans so is the email id - i would like to warn people not to order anything from the website though it looks like a very tempting site but really fake

They have shown a dress material in their site images, when i ordered they sent me a message confirmng that the order was placed but there was no online sites for that, i had a doubt but the delivery came before i expected and i thought there would be a online adress on the product package and i really feel guilty for not checking it's ratings and company's proper address and for which i got cheated by this fraud company....

I ordered for 2 kurthi's in febdeal. The order came to the address but with a different name. I had to buy it because all the details except the name were mine. The products we ordered and the ones which we received are entirely different. When initiated the process for refund, there came an option for paytm or bank transfer. Entirely fraud. I would request for refund my money or send me the exact product of what we ordered....

I had ordered cotton kurti of 540 worth but instead i received one used ugly dupatta r lining whatever it is i didn't opened it fully... This is not a right way of business..
