I purchased a saree from this site but i got very poor quality saree i paid 650 rs for this saree. I want my money back otherwise i sue on consumer court about this problem. This is a fake site plz no one can buy product from this site.. I request to all other online buyers.. I paid money via cash and i want it back. Any consumer could help us please reply on my post....

I ordered a gown worth rs. 755 which was shown very beautiful at the site but i received a piece of green cloth which is of zero value.

This company is making fool o[censored]s. We work hard day night to earn money and they are earning money by means of fraud.

We all need to be together and sue them. Feb deal is a pathetic website. One should not follow it....

I have ordered two kurta's from feb deal worth of 599/- inr each plus shipping charge. Woooow that's pretty good amount for any hard earned money.

Walllaaah what i got. Two old and used sarees. These guys are cheating people online by fabricating their products and misusing social media.

And how the hell they have packed it, it has multiple packed covers and multiple delivery addresses on each one of them....

So many people have posted with the same complain ...leaving the febdeal what is this consumer foroum also doing ??? Just collecting the emails??? And aid of this websit ??? With any recovery process or any kind of contact info about this febdeal ...like the reat we too juat post n wait n nothing ever happens ...its just luke putting a coin in a piggy bank...

I have ordered a dress and a kurti of amount 1186/- but received totally different product. 2 used fabrics of 0 value are sent.I have filled the refund form available on the website but pick up was not initiated yet. Contact number displayed on website is wrong. Whatsapp number given on parcel is also found switched off. Either refund my amount or i will file a case of fraud.

Ordered kurtis for 1824 rs. Received some cheap sarees not worth even 500 rs. It's a big scam and they are luring people. They put four packages inside with different delivery address some where in the northern states. Only the top cover they put my address and obviously cheated us. Its a pure case of fraud. Its a fraud company. They are making fool of customers. They deliver wrong product to customers. Their number is unavailable. We cannot initiate refund. No response from company. I ordered for a lehenga worth rupees 800 and i received a cheap piece of cloth. The website showed a beautiful lehenga and easy return policy. I ordered it for cash on delivery. After i received the package and made payment i opened it and got a piece of plain cloth which is very disappointing and fraud. Later on i checked their social media pages which were all inactive. I ordered a dress and received a pathetic third grade saree. Paid cash on delivery and tried to return the product. The delivery guy intimidated me and shouted like a maniac. This is a fraud company and fooling people on a daily basis. Please report their facebook page also. We must stop this fraud and report it. I ordered for 2 kurthi's in febdeal. The order came to the address but with a different name. I had to buy it because all the details except the name were mine. The products we ordered and the ones which we received are entirely different. When initiated the process for refund, there came an option for paytm or bank transfer. Entirely fraud. I would request for refund my money or send me the exact product of what we ordered....

I had ordered for 2 kurti but some suit material which is of poorest quality has been delivered. I had lodged return & refund, but there is no response.
I paid cod of 1185/- and now their number is fake & mail-id no response.
Please stop this fake online shopping and return the amount and take back the cheap product. This is cheating with consumers....

Wanted to report scam on feb deal website. Ordered 2 products - saree and a gown. Waited for weeks to get the order. Finally arrived - cheap saree and dupatta instead of a lovely saree and gown.
