I ordered a shirt and a jeans form this website as their ad showed in my instagram and when i opened the website it felt legit but after i ordered it, one day the later the website has been taken down and i've been scammed.

I have placed my order on 8th of july 2020 and haven't received it yet.

Funny how such a fraudulent activity was carried out using instagram and facebook ads.

I saw their advertisement and placed an order, everything seemed genuine at the starting on 11th July but when I didn't received any message regarding shipping or anything, I mailed them and waited. But received no response and now the site is shutdown.

I had ordered (31760) product from finifox fashion. I had not received my product nor refund. Company's email and website is also not working.

I ordered a shirt from this company at 16 july and they will delivered in 12 days but they didn't ordered till now and their contact and website is not available now... Plzzz lookout this matter and refund my money

It's been 15 days a i still haven't received my order. I unable to get my order and the company is not responding. I tried to register my complain through email but it was not responding. I want strict legal action against it. Please

Finifox site is comin as error site and many comlaints are lodged as fradulent site.As i had ordered colth order no #51526.

I had ordered product from finifox fashion of 1, 008 rupees. I had not received my product nor refund. Company's email and website is also not working.

I ordered two shirts from finifox fashion website on 22nd July. And I've been checked my order status everyday since. It used to show as order processing. But today it shows error message and that the website is not available. There are no contact details. I have the email from them on 22 nd July with the receipt of payment. Please tell me something can be done to save my money.

I placed an order on this site on the 17th of july, 2020. The site was rather new, found out about it through their instagram handle. I was sent an order confirmation mail after successful online payment.

Checked in again on order status on the 27th of july 2020, and the site was functioning well, the order was still under process. So, i filed a complaint for the delay in shipment.

Came back on the site to check the status on 30th of july, 20, to find out the site does not exist anymore, nor does their instagram account or any contact information.

After hours of search, found out this number [protected], called them and asked what happened. Someone told me they will get back to me and cut the call abruptly. Received no response later.

My order no. 13836 i had ordered product from finifox fashion of 804 rupees. I had not received my product nor refund. Everytime i receive confirmation mail that you will receive your product. I ordered on 9 july 20 and it’s more than 20 days. Would request you to help in getting my funds.

I have to ordered a mens shirt order no.#53520 not yet delivered on 26th july i had payment from UPI to razorpay...now the website is not working showing invalid SSL Certificate...how to get refund gyss???

I paid INR 1064/- on the 13th July for a dress which was supposed to be delivered on the 30th July (today).
Finifox Fashion Application is Not working, server is down.
I called +91-[protected] number and getting call back as well regarding refund but this person is sharing google sheet link to fill Credit card details including Expiry date and CVV (who asks this for refund).
Also when I asked to refund on G-Pay they asked me to copy a SMS which they send and send it to number [protected] (SMS was " UPIACT pp27458d2d^d8ff#[protected]@b74b%6fef965ccff " ).
Seems the person will swipe off more money than you want refund for. I spoke to him in sad voice and he tried a lot to make me send that SMS, I did not and he disconnected the call.

I got to know about this company through instagram ad, ordered 5 shirts, paid 1625 through razor pay. Since two days the instagram page was deleted and the website is not working. I mailed to the [protected]@gmail.com received no response. Called on number provided. No response.

with one phone number mentioned ( [protected] ) and to call on this number if I have any issue, but the phone number is coming switched off. and the website is not working.

I was paid but my ordered (13839)was cancelled but i did not get my refund i want my refund

I had ordered a shirt around 8 days ago and I have not received any follow up from their side. When I mailed them twice or thrice, no reply from them again. Now when I go to check out my order details, the site has disappeared. They only allow online modes of payment and just like me, most of them have paid for their orders as well. This all sums up to a big fraud because we have no source of information or contact details at this point of time. Our delivery date has also passed away. Adding up to all of this, they also sent a confirmation mail so everything looks legit and perfectly in place. Request you to kindly take an action against them and put them behind bars for scamming such innocent people.

I ordered two dresses from finifox on 13th of july 2020, and i got a confirmation mail as well as an sms. Till 27th the website was in function but my order was still in processing i tried calling the number but it was switched off and now the website is also not working. I paid online due to there Security policy during the pandemic, the bill was of Rs.645 but now there is no contact information or anything.

I have placed my order on 14th July and there is no feedback on delivery yet.
It's been 16 days since I haven't heard anything from them.

As i have placed order on 8th July and was told that it will be delivered by 26th July but not such delivery is made till date and the number which they gave is still switched off. I kindly request you to take strict action against these company and also I would like to get back the money which they fraud took from us.

I have also tried to reach out to Razorpay. Onboarding of such merchants which scams people through social media/website will question the authenticity of onboarding of FINIFOXFASHION and will put Razorpay in question to verify such businesses.

I have requested to initiate legal notice to Razorpay and Finifox if not satisfied with their response.

Awaiting time: 24 hours from now.

I ordered a shirt from this website. Now, the website says it's SSL certificate died and the website is not accessible. Also the given phone number is switched off. I wrote a mail but no response. Overall the company is a big fraud. Never buy from this company.

I have placed an order worth 1, 779 rupees on 16th of July. I've received the confirmation mail and a contact number [protected]. But the number is not in service from the day 1 of my order. The order status is still processing and there is no any kind of information from their side. Now here I found out there are many others facing the same problem. We want a strict action against them. I have placed an order of two shirts on a website called 'finifoxfashion.in' on[protected]. The order was successfully placed and i have paid the amount in advance of Rs. 605. However while searching for the aforesaid website today on google i found out that this website was reported fraud. Please help me get back my amount of rs. 605 and detain the people behind this fraud for consumer safety.

I ordered a shirt from finifoxfashion.in on July 9, 2020 worth Rs 349 and even after 20 days I did not hear back from them about the delivery apart from an order confirmation mail.

When I tried to enquire it, the website has got deleted. I tried to google about it and got to know there are already a few complaints about similar fraud by this website.

I don't have any information to connect the website apart from it's address.

Hello, I have placed an order in the website finifoxfashion.in on 23rd July and the order no: 50831. I saw the website add in instagram and checked on the site. It seemed really legit and trusting it like everyone else here I placed my order and paid via upi. I got a confirmation message stating my order is confirmed but that's the last of it and I have not heard from them since 23rd July. And today I noticed that the site is not working and realised I have been fooled. I hope the scammers are stopped from fooling more people further

I ordered from this company on 16th July and my order is not yet delivered. The number provided by them is switched off and website is unavailable. They took the money from online transaction as cod was not an option. It's a fraud company.
