    I order medicine on 2nd july the order was not confirm but the payment if ₹ 756 is deducted from my account. I continuously complaint on call and chat but the payment is not refunded till now.They are making excuses. I have to submit my entrance application by that money. Please refund the amount . They told 7 working days but now it's too much late. Please refund my money today or tomorrow.

I have been sending mails one after other for which they are not least bothered to atleast revert.             I was assured that my credit limit won't block in mid term as I'm paying my installments on time.

            But this is the 4th time I'm facing the issue again.

            You guys are just 40% of the assigned limit so why should pay the bloody subscription fee just 9000 moreover there is an extra headache to pay the first emi by next day.

            Seriously I can't believe how pathetic and cheap commitment you just providing to loyal customer.

                  I have made a transaction on 10:42AM, 3rd july of amount Rs.25, 000 and that transaction was failed, Usually refund gets credited in 24-48 hours but now it's been 9 days and still I didn't receive my refund amount of 25, 000, please look into this and please credit my refund.

                      I made a transaction at amazon and paid money through dhani pay wallet, unfortunately I changed my mind & I cancelled the product for certain reasons.After cancellation the refund was processed by Amazon on 01 July 2021.Now, it has been more than a week dhani is not reflecting my refunded money. The company should remain at their promise.I contacted on Amazon too, they said we processed the refunded amount and they also gave RRN.But when I try to contact dhani they were unreachable.

                        I was given a Dhani one freedom credit line of Rs 10000 with a daily limit of Rs 1000 which I used for three days and also paid the first EMI installment. They are charging subscription fees for the same and will be charged for three months. But now Dhani has blocked my credit line and not allowing to use it and forcing me to pay the full dues which is to be paid in three months installment. This they are doing with mostly all customers as they will get the monthly subscription and then withdraw the option of three months emi.

                        I had the subscription of Dhani for Rs. 100, 000 after paying a subscription fee of 699 with a daily limit of Rs. 5000. I made a transaction of Rs. 4950 and paid the 1st EMI on the very next day, as you need to clear 1 EMI to make a 2nd transaction. But unfortunately Dhani blocked the card and when contacting customer care, he told me that your card has been blocked as your ECS was dishonored.

                        My question is my payment with Dhani was before time, before 1st month all my 3 EMIs I cleared, so where is the point for DHANI to go ECS. The payments made by me were through Google Pay from the same bank which I have updated with Dhani. When the payment is made before time why ECS was run?

                        When Dhani blocked my card because of ECS return, as stated by Dhani Customer Care, why is Dhani charging me subscription fee? When I couldn't utilize the subscription fee paid for Dhani just for a single i coughed up Rs. 699 and Dhani blocked my card. I had 2 EMI pending which was cleared before 1 month, to be precise in 28 days, all 3 EMIs were cleared. I canceled the subscription but still every month they are charging me. I only realized when I got the call from Dhani collection department asking me for EMI payment. They don't even know what payment they are asking. They don't even know that the EMIs have been cleared and Dhani is charging me subscription fee, which I'm not using. When I'm not using your services is subscription fee still needed to be paid?

                        When I was using Dhani I paid Rs. 60 for a physical Dhani card, which as of now I did not receive.

                        I have already wrote this to Dhani, but still no help from them.

                        Please note, if Dhani reads and says "please provide your number so will help you in this regard, " well, you can get the number from your database. I have already mailed you several times as well, which Dhani team does not even bother to check or perhaps they do not have time to revert back or wait till you cross your subscription date, so they can demand subscription fee.

                          They provide me wrong information during offering the credit card. After I knew the truth, I mailed them to delete my account. Ticket Number[protected] Subject - Delete my dhani account. In reply they asked me to stop the active subscription which I've not activated. I've send screenshots of my app showing that no plan is activated. But they are repeating the same. After few days they closed the case.                             I have been approved of Dhani Credit line card for RS 10000 and for that subscription fee also paid but they are not allowing me to use the credit line and made it inactive and when complained reply came that it is activated now but in reality not activated.

                              Continiously I sent my complaint to the nodal officer and grievance officer where I wrote that I have facing some problem regarding cash back and Freedom card-
                              1) I haven't receive 100 rupees to my wallet for applying promo code from 21th may to till date.
                              2) I have done successfully payment to the merchant for the amount of 5710 rupees but I haven't receive any cash back .This offer is 2% cashback using card payment to the local shop payment.
                              3) I receive an sms from dhani where written as Congrats.Your credit limit is sanctioned @ 0% interest.Get Dhani OneFreedom card.
                              I wanted to know that Without subscriber permission why do you saction the Dhani FreeDom card? Even Agent of customer didn't solve my problem. This is the criminal offence.
                              That's I want to to delete my dhani account permanently because
                              1) Without subscriber permission you sanctioned the Dhani Free Dom card.
                              2) I am not a interest.
                              Yet they do not delete to close my dhani account Permanently.I do not understand why do you close my account?
                              It is clear from your end resolution that India-bulls Group Dhani company is a big fraud company.

                                I have been using Dhani one freedom card with assigned limit of 25000 and according to the co.pany policy the daily limit has been set to 2500. I transacted for 2500 daily for 4 times and now my available credit limit is almost 14000. And as per the policy I have to pay first installment on very next day of the transaction to keep my card active. The issue is now the pending dues is shown as 10840 even though I have made payments and emi's on time. How could pending dues be 10840 when Emi is 840 for Rs.2500. And of which 2nd and 3rd emi's are in July and Augusr respectively. It is impossible to have 10840 as pending dues to keep the card active.. I want dhani to check my account thoroughly and clear it by 2 days. I have statement of the transactions done and EMI's paid. But funny thing is I will not even allowed to show them as this case sounters their own policy of not awarding next transaction until previous dues are not paid🤣🤣..Its totally their mistake. Please make my account coreect as soon as possible otherwise I will have escalate this to Consumer Forum.

                                  I had used Dhani One Freedom Card and my total balance was converted into 3 EMI.I have laid all my EMI on time but the company says I still have 1 EMI due..I get harassed by the collection department every day..there customer service never responds and when u mail them they just send an automated response asking for the same documents again and again. They have also charged me late fees and have reported negative on my cibil. They are not helping me resolve this issue in anyway. Except for threatening me through collection agents every day

                                    I try to transfer 1200 Rs. to another bank account but it showed "wait for beneficiary response", then I send it directly on his no. which is an option on dhani app. Also at that time he is not using dhani app, when he install dhani app that time the amount in his wallet was zero.So, where is my money which I have transferred to his mobile number.

                                      My name is Sujoy Dipta Pathak and I hold a Dhani freedom card. My card is inactive since 17th of April.
                                      On 18th May I have raised a dispute regarding blocked dhani card. After writing this issue to dhani customer support. Despite of paying all dues on time I was told that my card is inactive for non payment of one of the emi's. I have also shared my bank statement for respective dates and after looking at it clearly indicates that all the dues were paid on time.

                                      It has been 10 days and yet I have not received any possible solution to it. I have received couple of calls from their end but they haven't been able to provide a convincing solution to my problem.

                                      Persons from their executive team were giving such stupid and worthless solutions wasted my more time. These things made me upset with Dhani.Even I am thinking Dhani is fraud company as well as their products. This is my last warning to the concerned team if they fail to give solution I will escalate it to the Consumer forum.

                                          I ordered dhani card fom them on 14 April 2021 and paid to them. But the card isn't delivered at my location. I have contacted the support multiple times at [protected]@dhani.com and [protected]@dhani.com but they didn't bother anything and they are not solving the issue.
                                          They are definitely a fraud company. They claim to give cashback on every payment but didn't give everytime.

                                              I very simple language I want to request you to please cancel my monthly subscription of Dhani one freedom plan as I do not want it continue anymore. I have not found option to cancel subscription in your app and this regards I have wrote many e mails to your customer support team but no response. From day one I am following for cancellation of my subscription but very poor service, why shall I pay any monthly charges if I do not want it to use.

                                                I have transfer the money to bank account from dhani wallet on 9th april/2021 at 3.35pm but already 7 day passed but money not received yet..i have customar care 2 time and many mails have sent but no response from them i wan my money back immediately..                                                   I have paid the overdue amount and still they are keeping ACH every alternative day.

                                                  I tried mailing in grievance, support everything.

                                                  These people are goons and looters.

                                                  Please help me.

                                                  I paid the emi on application on 9th of april but still geting the bounce charges

                                                  OMG how cruel and unprofessional these guys are.

                                                  THEIR MAILS SEEMS LIKE THEY TAKE CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED...

                                                    On April 10th .I transferred Rs. 5100 and Rs.4800 from Wallet to bank..As it was 2nd Saturday.and next day was sunday.. U will amount processed on next working day 4-5 hours .When i checked in FAQ.But today the day has ended still amount credited to my account.. I am very Frustrated .Because the amount for my father's Treatment... Kindly transfer the amount immediately

                                                          I Have Urgently Applied For Loan And But Approval Was Only for 5000 But Still i Applied But After The Process I got msg loan amount Disbursed But Till Date Haven't Received Any Money. But Still They charges for 386 But I had no enough money in my account So They Deducted 290 something And After That I got msg from Bank ECS is Bounced And I ll have to pay Charges. I didn't Want to get There money I want to cancel The Application and refund of evry penny, there customer Care number is not Responding On email They are Replying Like They Have Nothing To Do With ECS while it clear That 386 what wanted Was the same amount I got msg for. I have no ECS from any Bank or anyone It is the Only App Where I Got Farud 1st time in life. I want File a Case Against Them Where I have to Go Police Station Or Cyber crime. Just want them to know They Can't Fraud like this. Eitehr They solve my Isse By there end by closing Any application of loan and not to deduct any penny from my account in future or i ll have To Go to cybercrime. Or do whatever I have to.
