I order medicine on 2nd july the order was not confirm but the payment if ₹ 756 is deducted from my account. I continuously complaint on call and chat but the payment is not refunded till now.They are making excuses. I have to submit my entrance application by that money. Please refund the amount . They told 7 working days but now it's too much late. Please refund my money today or tomorrow....

Hope you will help me out in this.

I was assured that my credit limit won't block in mid term as I'm paying my installments on time.

But this is the 4th time I'm facing the issue again.

You guys are just 40% of the assigned limit so why should pay the bloody subscription fee just 9000 moreover there is an extra headache to pay the first emi by next day.

I ordered dhani card fom them on 14 April 2021 and paid to them. But the card isn't delivered at my location. I have contacted the support multiple times at [protected]@dhani.com and [protected]@dhani.com but they didn't bother anything and they are not solving the issue.
They are definitely a fraud company. They claim to give cashback on every payment but didn't give everytime.
