The amount has been debited from my account.. But it didnot reach tha merchant.. Kindly look into this issue.. This is happening with me in every transaction... I like to know whether the amount will get refunded...

I ordered a back cover in amazon and i returned... They told within 3-5 business days, your amount will refund... But did not refund... After i called to customer care of amazon and i ask, they said ur amount is refunded... They told to me to complaint... So please check my amount... The refund reference number is[protected]...
