Regarding share market
This is regarding the contact numbers [protected] (Karthik alias subbaiah) and Charan Tej ([protected]), they will call you from different numbers and will ask you to pay registration charges for stock calls and sometimes they will ask you to share the account details and never share them as they will make your capital zero and after taking money they won't respond to your calls and request appropriate team to take action against them so that for others they won't make this again

Recharged mobile no [protected] for an amount of 406.92/- on 29/12/21 8.51am but received message payment refunded, till now is not credit in my account, Payment id [protected], order id INDRC[protected], Kindly resolve this issue and credit the amount to my account

Wrong product deliver.

I received wrong product.I order clark casual shoe and delivered green t-shirt for girl.I refused to take the pakage as the pakage was not pakage of shoe box but the courier person request to take and said to return.On 31st December, 2021 around 10.30am, the courrier person who delivered the pakage, pick up the product.I have complaint many times but not respond properly.I was not open the pakage 2days but after complaint, the customer care told me to upload the image of product and price tag.I uploaded the image and price tag of barcode but still not solved my issue.please try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

Your service to senior citizens is pathetic and not advice ever to travel with your flight
Go air is only taking money and no respect to senior citizens. After paying ticket price people has to pay for the seal also. Your treatment to senior citizens is pathetic. I book ticket if my parents aged 78 year. The treatment received at Ahmedabad airport are different as they consider their luggage as total 30 kg and help them through out but your people at mumbai airport are not respecting senior citizen and does not guide or help them in any manner.. after this pathetic experience I am not going to ever suggest anyone to travel through go air. As I am frequent traveller I am not going to travel through your airline and I am going to spread the word in my business circle not to travel as you people only money oriented.. if customer keep paying you more you listen to them other wise no respect. So you look at a frequent flyer like me.

VERY UNRESPONSIVE RESPONSE FROM THE WORKSHIOP OFFICERS BY JUST DELAYING THE MATTER AND MISGUIDING TO THE CUSTOMER AND LINGERING THE MATTER BY HOOK OR CROOK AND IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY AND LIFE OF MY ANY FAMILY MEMBER COMPANY AND OFFICIALS WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE.
Sir,
I, Yesha would like to submit the following to your goodself and request for needful and favourable action at the earliest. The brief facts of the case is as under:-
FACTS OF THE CASE
1. That I bought New Nissan Magnite XE model 2021(Aug) from Ms Speed Motors, Chandigarh.
2. That I as per the schedule of company, reported for first check up on the stipulated date and time as told to me by the rep(lady from workshop) i.e. 23/10/2021. The experience with the staff was satisfactory and thereby I had submitted by feedback as ‘Outstanding’ as genuine remarks.
3. That on 21 Nov 2021, my car that had just run almost about 660 Kms starts misfunctioning i.e. its Odometer / Cluster Meter(no knowledge of technical word) starts misbehaving and showing ‘Average’ 30, 29, 10, 15, 17, 19 etc. with no run or just ½ Km run. Immediately I gave call to Mr. Jagdeep Kumar on his official mobile phone ( record can be verified from CDR or from my phone ) and fwd whats app video recording of meter (Odometer/Cluster). He told me that go to the workshop, there might be a problem of programming and Mr. Rajnish who is present in the office will do the needful. But when I visited there, workshop was closed. I gave call to Mr. Jagdeep Kumar, “he narrated me very casually that ‘Oh sorry sir, I was out (on leave) and I forget today is Sunday and office is closed’.” But what about inconvenience to the customer. Is this the real consumer service? Need answer from the senior management except the word ‘Sorry/Apologize’. After travelling of almost about 40-45 Kms and nowadays considering inflation and Petrol costing @ Rs. 100/- per litre with 1-2 hours wastage hope management can understand inconvenience and shock to customer.
4. That on 27 Nov 2021, I again reported to Workshop and met Mr. Jagdeep Kumar (dealing as per my knowledge) and requested for needful action. He detailed Mr. Rajnish (IT worker) but of no avail. I told him that we are noticing every day average and the average starts from 09 and after driving 550 Kms it just come to 12 and remained in between 11.7-12 now from last 100 Kms but they ignored and said ‘Esa Hota hey’ .
5. That Sir, I already have 3 vehicle and drove number of vehicle but I never found this in any. When I objected that the Odometer/Cluster Meter is not behaving properly and now it is showing average like 30, 28, 29, 8, 11, 15, 18 etc without having even driving, they(Mr. Rajnish and his mechanic) noticed the problem ‘As Genuine’ and talk /fwd my concern to his technical head. But his technical head made me fool by telling him that such problem is coming in all vehicles. Mr. Rajnish told me that Sir, this problem is coming in all vehicles. When I reverted and questioned that Why So? My vehicle is new one and its in warranty, my meter should be changed as its not working properly as checked by you people after driving almost about 8-10 kms. Their answer were ‘?’ means no remedy. What is this? Don’t you think this is a real deficiency of services on the part of workshop or company agents. I told the whole to Mr. Jagdeep Kumar (as I think incharge of service centre) he too tried to make me fool like Mr. Rajnish. I requested him to create my Job Card so that I should raise my concern with company, he starts dilly-dallying (lingering) the matter.
6. That aggrieved from this, I email to Nissan as well as concerned officials, accordingly I received a call from Mr. Surjit Singh and he directed me to come to the workshop as higher management will come and will see the vehicle. I requested for a day as the call came at almost about 2 PM. Next day I reached there at stipulated time. I waited for 2 hours and then Col S.P.Singh sahib and Sh. Jagvinder Singh ji met me.
7. That I once again intimated them the problem and also told them that I Emailed on[protected] and I brought to the notice of the senior management Nissan India via email ([protected]@gmail.com) clearly stated that my car is creating problem in Odometer/Cluster Meter by showing average wrongly and it’s like 90, 80, 50, 70, 10 and it shocked me a lot during driving. I am high BP and Heart problem. Such incidence in car creates shocks to me. Mr. Jagvinder Singh, ARM informed me he is the only one who is to dealt the problem.
8. That Sh. Jagvinder Singh ji apprised me ON CHECK that there might be fluctuation upto 1/2 -1 Kms after programming the vehicle from beginning and assured that the same will stabiles after 15-20 kms. On asking me to give signatures on service card, I clearly requested time to check as I was not satisfied at that time too. In this regard, I had already fwd the complaint of dated[protected].
9. That due to my personal commitments and works, I never used this vehicle much. But on[protected] at about 8:30 AM (total kms run 870) when I took this vehicle to Phase VII Mohali ( Gurudwara Sri Amb Sahib Ji ) and on returning from the place, I felt that the petrol tank is half why not the same be filled full. I stopped at Karan filling station and get the pollution check of the vehicle and filled the petrol. On returning, I shocked to see the average @ 99 and I immediately gave a call to Sh. Surjit Singh ji and also fwd videos and pictures to Sh. Surjit Singh ji about its malfunctioning. He took me on hold and talked to Sh. Jagvinder Singh ji. Sh. Jagvinder Singh ji very nicely directed Sh. Surjit Singh ji to depute mechanic to rectify the problem as he himself faced the same problem in his vehicle few days back.
10. That Sh. Sandeep Ji, Mechanic came to my place and checked the problem. He just cleaned the battery terminals and then checked and said vehicle is OKAY. When I checked the fluctuation of average was still there. Its reducing point to point wise in a span of seconds and when we started running the vehicle within 1-2 kms travel it rases from 9.3 to 12.5 which as per his words is OKAY but I have driven number of vehicles of different companies and even I drove this vehicle from the beginning such fluctuation was never ever there ( From the very beginning the average reading was 14, 13, 9 and 13, 8 and 14.1 which seems acceptable whereas it’s not correct too as average is calculated with KMs run and petrol consumed method. I objected being this is not real sense working of meter.
11 That I requested to Sh. Surjit and Sh. Jagvinder JI, that Sir, this problem is a real manufacturing defect and should be rectified by senior level executive / mechanic at the earliest. Just by making me fool or by dilly dallying the things amounts to wastage of time and my resources like petrol and efforts only. The matter may please be taken up with the higher authorities and my vehicle be checked and rectified the problem with a surety not to happen this in future as such problems should not occurred to brand new vehicle. Whereas, Mechanic was saying petrol filter when changed after 10000 KMs, the same problem will not occur. Sir, it is surprisingly for me to drive first another 9000 KM means 9000 x 100( per ltrs rate) means to check this problem I have to spend 1 Lac and need another 6-8 months then only problem solution will come to me. Strange Sir, If Battery/Relay/petrol filter is the problem creator, then tell me why not this defected petrol filter be not changed now as the vehicle is in warranty.
12. That my vehicle was once again called to Workshop on[protected] by Sh. Jagvinder Ji and Sh. Surjit Singh ji and when they feel the problem as genuine they escalated the issued with the company ( as per their version ) but then after a lapse of 2 days i.e. on[protected] I got phone call from Mr. Surjit Singh ji that the vehicle has outside fitments and therefore needs to be removed first then only can be checked. Respected Sir, the fitments are Simple Normal Audio System and Center Locking which are called as Basic AND removal of these two will amounts to vehicle of NO USE. Moreover, Sir, kindly tell me how many vehicles(Base Models) are coming to your workshop and your company had so far sold. Just show me the data that whether everybody have no such fitments. Its just to make a customer fool that now tell them that this is all just because of outside fitments whereas It is very much clear the Odometer/Cluster Meter etc borrowed from Triber and that vehicle too faced problem and lateron company changed the battery and relay of the same that too required from your company if customer is facing this problem.
13. That Sir, my wife, OWNER OF THE VEHICLE, is a teacher and she is using this vehicle with my kid of 12 years and in case of any damage to them because of your vehicle ( Nissan Magnite XE Base Model) workshop officials as well as company higher ups will be solely responsible for any damage occurred to the property and life of them.
PRAYER
1. The Odometer/Cluster Meter/Battery with relay of my New Nissan Magnite XE be changed at the earliest as natural, legal and moral justice. My whole engine and other parts be checked by trained engineer of the company so that such problem should not be repeated as these are usually creates mental agony and pain to the customer. I am the patient of high BP and heart problem. Such incidence during driving the vehicle really shocked.
In case company and workshop is still adamant as stated by Mr. Surjit in his email dated[protected], that the outside fitments which was flaw of your company as that time your company had no fitments when I bought and now nobody can bear the double the charges.
In case of adamancy, I am bound to approach to Hon’ble Court for redressal. I would like to ask the following questions from your company.
(a) How many vehicles XE Model sold by company?
(b) How many have installed outside fitments?
(c) How many have entered in your workshop for services till now with outside fitments?
(d) In case outside fitments are not allowed, then whether your company or workshop have a board display that don’t come to workshop as there is no warranty? It should be the duty of the workshop or the company not to deal with any vehicle with outside fitments.
(e) Do you have fitments of Nissan company, if not they how you people can use third party products ? That amounts to same. Saying that your workers are efficient can be proved from here only that they are saying product is new and we even need long time to diagnosis the matter/defects.
Sir, with your act and as I have already requested permission to go to social media in writing by writing this to your bills and invoices of dated 21/12/2021, Now I will go to the social media facebook, twitter and yourtube and tell everybody that you have no warranty then why you are going to Workshops as there is no use, you will not get any warranty of any product and you are just paying them hefty charges just for engine oil change etc and resultantly salaries of many people of no use. There is no use of Dealers / Workshops now.
I will tell the new buyers that they should buy the vehicle only if they can take the vehicle without these basic and manadatory i.e. Audio System and Center Locking as company is using cheaper products and small batteries.
Treat this as a FINAL notice under Consumer Protection Act, please as I am facing lot of mental agony and pain. I had requested email id of MD Sahib but no one has given which is a right of every customer, Action is therefore requested.

Just by making me fool or by dilly dallying the things amounts to wastage of time and my resources like petrol and efforts only. The matter may please be taken up with the higher authorities and my vehicle be checked and rectified the problem with a surety not to happen this in future as such problems should not occurred to brand new vehicle. Whereas, Mechanic was saying petrol filter when changed after 10000 KMs, the same problem will not occur. Sir, it is surprisingly for me to drive first another 9000 KM means 9000 x 100( per ltrs rate) means to check this problem I have to spend 1 Lac and need another 6-8 months then only problem solution will come to me. Strange Sir, If Battery/Relay/petrol filter is the problem creator, then tell me why not this defected petrol filter be not changed now as the vehicle is in warranty.
12. That my vehicle was once again called to Workshop on[protected] by Sh. Jagvinder Ji and Sh. Surjit Singh ji and when they feel the problem as genuine they escalated the issued with the company ( as per their version ) but then after a lapse of 2 days i.e. on[protected] I got phone call from Mr. Surjit Singh ji that the vehicle has outside fitments and therefore needs to be removed first then only can be checked. Respected Sir, the fitments are Simple Normal Audio System and Center Locking which are called as Basic AND removal of these two will amounts to vehicle of NO USE. Moreover, Sir, kindly tell me how many vehicles(Base Models) are coming to your workshop and your company had so far sold. Just show me the data that whether everybody have no such fitments. Its just to make a customer fool that now tell them that this is all just because of outside fitments whereas It is very much clear the Odometer/Cluster Meter etc borrowed from Triber and that vehicle too faced problem and lateron company changed the battery and relay of the same that too required from your company if customer is facing this problem.
13. That Sir, my wife, OWNER OF THE VEHICLE, is a teacher and she is using this vehicle with my kid of 12 years and in case of any damage to them because of your vehicle ( Nissan Magnite XE Base Model) workshop officials as well as company higher ups will be solely responsible for any damage occurred to the property and life of them.
PRAYER
1. The Odometer/Cluster Meter/Battery with relay of my New Nissan Magnite XE be changed at the earliest as natural, legal and moral justice. My whole engine and other parts be checked by trained engineer of the company so that such problem should not be repeated as these are usually creates mental agony and pain to the customer. I am the patient of high BP and heart problem. Such incidence during driving the vehicle really shocked.
In case company and workshop is still adamant as stated by Mr. Surjit in his email dated[protected], that the outside fitments which was flaw of your company as that time your company had no fitments when I bought and now nobody can bear the double the charges.
In case of adamancy, I am bound to approach to Hon’ble Court for redressal. I would like to ask the following questions from your company.
(a) How many vehicles XE Model sold by company?
(b) How many have installed outside fitments?
(c) How many have entered in your workshop for services till now with outside fitments?
(d) In case outside fitments are not allowed, then whether your company or workshop have a board display that don’t come to workshop as there is no warranty? It should be the duty of the workshop or the company not to deal with any vehicle with outside fitments.
(e) Do you have fitments of Nissan company, if not they how you people can use third party products ? That amounts to same. Saying that your workers are efficient can be proved from here only that they are saying product is new and we even need long time to diagnosis the matter/defects.
Sir, with your act and as I have already requested permission to go to social media in writing by writing this to your bills and invoices of dated 21/12/2021, Now I will go to the social media facebook, twitter and yourtube and tell everybody that you have no warranty then why you are going to Workshops as there is no use, you will not get any warranty of any product and you are just paying them hefty charges just for engine oil change etc and resultantly salaries of many people of no use. There is no use of Dealers / Workshops now.
I will tell the new buyers that they should buy the vehicle only if they can take the vehicle without these basic and manadatory i.e. Audio System and Center Locking as company is using cheaper products and small batteries.
Treat this as a FINAL notice under Consumer Protection Act, please as I am facing lot of mental agony and pain. I had requested email id of MD Sahib but no one has given which is a right of every customer, Action is therefore requested.

I made an online payment for my House water bill. My House number is 103 P sector 8, HUDA, Ambala City and my consumer ID is 8000028. I made a full payment of Rs.2550/- and while the payment is shown remitted by the bank, I am given a notification by huda site that your transaction is not successful and you must contact support team. If needed, I have the snapshot of the notification and also transaction confirmation ID of the bank.
The payment was made today ie 20.12.2021.

Irresponsibile staff - parcel delivered after 4 days

A parcel addressed to me was received by the Alwartirunagari delivery Office on[protected]. He gave a missed call to the mobile number [protected] found on the parcel. When called back the man on the other end asked to report at his office at Alwartirunagari and collect the parcel. I am a senior citizen residing at Nazareth about 8 kms from Alwartirunagari. How can I travel all the way just to receive a parcel, which was supposed to be door delivered? He cut the phone abruptly. I contacted him on[protected] but he was reluctant to door deliver the parcel. So, I contacted the office at Thoothukudi to mobile number [protected]. A lady picked the phone and gave the same reply. After argument she half-heartedly promised to deliver the parcel on[protected] and did so. Why this inordinate delay and poor service by ST courier? I have had similar experience with ST Courier in the past.

Threatening calls
I reviewed a profile and skokka and after that the person started calling me and abusing. Threatening for money. I am not the only one, many others had also reported and commented same on truecaller. I request immediate action. I tried blocking his no. but he started using different no. to send messages on WhatsApp.

Rude services of vbt Mettupalayam
I am a central government employee female.who travel from kotagiri to karamadai on daily basis. I use to change bus from mettupalayam to karamadai on 14/12/21 when I use to get bus from mettupalayam bus named vbt services time .9.30 am the conductor was very rude towards me and he asked me to stand down untill the bus bus starts and mentioned Coimbatore tickets to get in first and later me. This is unlawful after 1.30 hr journey from kotagiri he wants me to stand out untill bus starts...I request u to take necessary steps towards ppl like this

I have purchased 5 kg verka ghee from baniye ki dukan retail chain store in Budhvihar delhi 110086 but when have opened the box ghee inside is looking very bad in look and feel and by taste, in the cold temprature also ghee is not getting solidify, my family also tasted ghee and replied that ghee is very bad in taste, oil kind of taste is there, customer care is also not taking calls...please resolve my issue...

Recently my neighbour occupied my house terrace & started illegal construction without inform & consult moreover he used abusing language & manhandled to my mother.
As per town planning it's is very old house because of illegal construction downside walls are going to air line breakages and they don't have any approved plan also
