I made an online payment for my House water bill. My House number is 103 P sector 8, HUDA, Ambala City and my consumer ID is 8000028. Next to my house there is a vacant land full of bushes. Many street dogs roam there and could find a dead dog lying over there. Unbearable bad smell coming from the dead animal.
