Front side window piller got damage and damp all the piller and mouldy n walls its happen after raining we are not home after we open home n enteres we found damages n window major and found rusting rods in pillers need urgent repair kindly do tue need full

Respected Sir.I reside at D.N.Nagar locality from past 6month we soceity Of building no-33&34 get less water.As theres a construction work going of society building no-28, 29, 30, 31 This mentioned building number are been under construction.My doupt is this mentioned building builders have missused the waterpipe which is under mhada water supply as theres a pump room in front o[censored]nder construction building no-28, 29 next to prajacta garden, D.N.Nagar, Andheri(w) this pumproom is been maintained by Mhada..I request with folding hand to instruct Mhada officers of concern water department to inspect the above mentioned underconstruction of building if illlegal and unauthorised connection of water pipe been installed with immediate strict action to Be taken against such all builders of building no-28, 29, 30, 31...Regards

Leakage through exterior wall.This water gets collected on RCC loft provided by MAHADA. The water leakes through electric board due to which the power supply trips. Also an illegal roof is constructed in the compound connecting our premises at a height of about 17feet which blocks sunlight and air entering our premises.

Hie I am Damodar Late.I had registered a complaint on 07/12/2013 at High Court Mumbai on Suo Moto. My complaint was pf 9 pages submitted in High Court . It was regarding Illegal Purchase and Corruption taken place in our society.High Court issued order for my complaint to be looked and taken action on my matter.But no action was taken untill now from mhada. Please look into the matter its been its been 7 years since the order has been issued but no information has been provided on my complaint.

Dear sir,

I applied for lotteries in 2019 for the pune location. I've not won the lottery so i wanted to refund my application amount.

It is almost 11 months since the application and we as per your criteria still did not receive the amount. I already visited the mhada office initially and called so many times. The only response i got is i will get a refund soon. But now since the situation is worse due to covid-19, we can not come to the office.

I tried to call so many times but nobody is picking up the calls now. The web site is also not working to see the status (Show invalid application number and credentials error), i wrote an email to fc. Mhada. [protected]@mhada.gov.in but no response.

Therefore i am writing this complaint here. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Dear mhada and mumbai municipal corporation

I hereby wish to again put up a complaint on an old building which is in dangerous dipilated condition and can collapse any time since part of the structure is continuously falling.

The owner and most of the members have vacated the premises but then too some residents are still staying there.

Additionally, we also request for this structure to be broken dow given that the said building state is causing a threat to the nearby buildings such as dhan mansion and jagmohan mansion situated at avantikabai gokhale road since if this structure falls on these buildings, the casualties will be in higher count.

वरील संदर्भातील पत्रांच्या विषयानुषंगाने मी छतामधुन (सिलींग) २०२ च्या घरातून होत असलेल्या गळती बाबत आपणास कळविलेले आहे. सदर बाब घर क्र. २०२ च्या घर मालकास देखील वारंवार तोंडी (विनंती म्हणूनही ) कळविली आहे. सदर तक्रार त्यांच्या कानी घालताच महिना दिड महिना गळती थांबते व त्या नंतर "येरे मा झ्या मागल्या" या उक्ती प्रमाणे पुन्हा पूर्वी प्रमाणे गळतीला सुरूवात होते.

मी दि. १०.०३.२०१०चे पत्रास अनुसरून (परिशिष्ट : १)
आपण त्वरेने दि. १७.०३.२०१० रोजी सदनिका रहिवासी भाडेकरूनां सविस्तर पत्र (परिशिष्ट : २) लिहून समज देवून कळविले आहे.
तद् नंतर दि २६.०७.२०१० च्या पत्रानुसार (परिशिष्ट :३) मी पुनर् विनंती अर्ज केला.
या अर्जास आपण दि. २२.११.२०१० रोजी च्या पत्रानुसार सदर पाठपुरावा व कार्यवाही ही कार्यकारी अभियंता - ग (दक्षिण ) विभागा मुंबई इमारत दुरूस्ती व पुनर्रचना मंडळ - परळ मुंबई १२ येथे करण्यास सांगितले म्हणून सदर विनंती अर्ज आपल्या कार्यालयात करीत आहे.

गेली १० वर्षे छता मधून पाणी गळून गळून छताच्या शिगा सडल्या /गंजल्या आहेत व छताला बाक आला आहे...
तसेच घर क्र. २०२ मधिल रहिवाश्यांनी घरात ष्ट्रक्चरल बदल केलेले आहेत.
१. यामुळे छत कोसळेल कि काय याची भिती वाटतेला.
२. कदाचित शाॕर्ट सर्किट मुळे आग लागू शकते किंवा जिवीत हानी संभवते.
३. सदर ष्ट्रक्चरल बदलामुळे संपूर्ण ईमारतीस धोका संभवतो.
मी स्वताः ज्येष्ठ नागरिक असून सदर घरात एकटाच राहातो आहे. वरिल सर्व अडचणींमुळे माझी फारच धावपळ होते व मला मानसीक त्रास देखिल होतो व असाह्यता जाणवते.

Whole flat is leakage

Sir, I am resident of Purushottam CHS 47, Kannamwar Nagar, Vikhroli, Mumbai 400083. I am facing leakage problem in my Kitchen area from above flat since last five years. This Fenruary some part of ceiling fallen down so with local contractor suggestion we broke the entire ceiling from our side to find out the source. There is severe leakage happening now form my ceiling. (Almost 2 buckets a day) along with ceiling soil. The ceiling can collapse anytime now.
The person staying above is not cooperating in any ways and not allowing us to enter in his house for inspection. I have complained at MHADA 2 weeks back and MHADA engineer issued a notice to society to get this work done on urgent basis and it is life threatening. There is no action happened from society for resolving of my issue in these 2 weeks.
I request MHADA to look in to this issue again on urgent basis. I am attthe video here which will give you fair idea on severity of leakage.

My building have in e ward (Byculla) 3rd shakli street. Building have ready, building have without o. C, builder or some purchaser together made society without o. C taken, 15 old tenants have outside the building, society or some purchaser take illgel work done in building like, refuge area, society office or fitness center made in flat, or sale by purchaser, all illegal works done. Please request to take action argent.

We had file the request in mhada konkan lottery in 2018 and the refund process was started in september 2018.
But still we have not get any refund amount from mhada.
We have tried many times to contact on the contact number available in official mhada website but we were not able to connect them.

Request you to do the needful.

My father got plot in mhada nagpur lottery hig wadi in 1995. The mhada officials have not even shown the plot location. So many officers have changed since then. My parents are old now. The officials are asking for bribe and are asking us to pay tax even when the plot not registered on my father's name. They were saying that there is no file for the mentioned plot. But when we went through a agent who has asked us to pay bribe to every official they are now saying that they have got the file. They are haressing my father mentally and financially also. Kindly check

My name is shinde parimal ashok I was applied for mhada lottery-2019 for scheme code 240 catagory general public mahalunge-1 at pune .Application number -[protected]. I was the winner. But due to some unavoidable circumstance we surrendered the property and regarding this we send surrendered letter by speed post hard copy as well as through mail. But still we didn't got refund our caution money.

I was applied for mhada lottery-2019 mig 241-i mahalunge on behalf of my wife. She was the winner. But due to some unavoidable circumstance we surrendered the tenement and regarding this we send surrendered letter to speed post hard copy as well as through mail. Speed post track no. Em[protected]in. It delivered on 29/07/2019. But still we didn't got refund our caution money (Rs.15000/-).

I am resident of Servants Of India Society Building, 2 nd floor, SVP Road, Girgaon, opp.Reliance Hospital Mumbai 40004.Repairing work of our building is carried out by MHDA by using our building funds. Since two years repairing work of exterior portion of building is going on. As our building is morethan 60 years old and need some urgent repair work it was declaired dangerous by BMC and hence ordered urgent repaires to MHADA. My rooms ceiling has heavy leakage and due to seepage of rain water all walls are buldged out and ceiling colomns are endanger of falling down. I made several complaints to MHADA and contractor appointed by them but they are in vein. In this rainy season there is heavy leakage from the ceiling and all plaster is coming out. It is my humble request to look into the matter urgently as it is dangerous. Regards.

I have mhada flat no. D/1803 in ashthvinayak (D) chs in ekta nagar, kandivali (W). Since 2 1/2 months ago there is heavy leakage in my flat. Society say the upper floor owner can get repairs work for toilet & bathroom. What type of guarantee work done by shirke construction co. He should look after for repair work for atleast 5 years. All of the building having same problem. Iam seriously worried about the structure getting weak.

Respected sir,
I had the opportunity to win the kokan lottery scheme 275 at khoni village which got developed by lodha palawa dwellers.
I and all the winners of lot 2 after paying 100% of the payment didn't get the keys and when we asked the mmr people they informed us that there is color work going on hence it would delay.
After a week we all have recieved a revised demand letter which asks for 30% extra payment which comes approx 3lakhs of rupees for 120% asr rate and 10%of one-time infrastructure deposit.
When we went to mhada office they informed us they don't have any information and it is very difficult for us to manage so much of money.
And surprisingly the house which got alloted for lot 1 winners they got letters for 10% payment why are so much of differences to be made.
Please help us because if we would have money we could have put that to buy a private building not in lottery.
