Dear sir,

I booked redmi note 9 pro mobile through online website www.mobobiz.com on 16.07.2020 under order id number 2125268. Payment of rs.13499/- was done through phonepe as per their website. After 2-3 days, i got a message that their ultimate supplier is supplying fake models so they have cancelled all such orders and refund will be made made as per banking revision procedure within 3 to 5 days. But i did not get any...

I have ordered a mobile Motorola One fusion on 14th July they i have we will delivered your product within 3-5 working days but i haven't received the same. On 20th July i have received mail stating that your amount get refunded within 3-4 working days.but still not received the amount. now site is not working even mail is not responding....

On july 14th i purchased a mobile that worth is 13499rs from mobobiz and they promised that i'll get product with in 3-5 days but it got cancelled and they said i will get refund by 14th august as they have some issues and now they put the website under construction.. Last message i got from mobobiz is on 27 july that i'll refunded full amount within 3-5 days but there is nothing my order number is 2126043...

I have ordered redmi note 9 pro max on 23 aug 20 and cancel order but i don't get refund till now...

I have purchased a redmi note 9 pro max mobile @₹17999 on 22nd july. At first they told i will get the product by 3 days then they told that they are going to cancel the order and refund me within 1 week. But till now i didn't get the refund. Now the didn't take up the phone nor did they reply to the emails. What shall i do??😞😞 please help...

I ordered (#RealmeNarzo10a4gb64GB of #Rs9999)on 25/7/2020 and made payment online.After 6 days website started showing me that " order cancelled and refund will be before 14 Aug 2020 and from 15th Aug 2020 our site will be active with best offers and best sellers "
Please take strict actions against such fraud website and company.

I hv ordered a mobile redme note 9 pro max worth inr 19500/- neither i got mobile nor refund. Now even they are not taking my call or responding in any way.. Please help.. How should i get my refund.....

On july 21st i purchased a mobile that worth is 13499rs from mobobiz but i cancelled the product on the day itself and i even chatted with them for refund the last message i had got from mobobiz on 28th july that i'll refunded full amount on or before august 14th as they have some issues....

I have ordered redmi note 9 pro on mobobiz on 22nd july. When i asked they told it will be delivered in 3 days. After on 27th they told the podu is cancelled and amount will be refunded. I have sent almost more than 200 mails. I didn't get any reply from them. The order number is 2126888. Kindly take action....

On 14th july i had placed an order for redmi 9 pro mobile with order no 2124058 and the transaction id was [protected]. They replied to me that the order would be delivered within 1 week. Then on saturday i. E. 18th july 2020 they messaged that your order has been cancelled and refund is initiated and would be received by next week.. Then next week also i kept on following up but they said that it would be received, and suddenly by the weekend...

On july 22 i purchased a mobile that worth is 13499rs from mobobiz and they promised that i'll get product with 3-5 days but they didn't even give me the tracking number in 3-5 days after that stopped picking up my calls and did not reply to the mail and blocked me on whatsapp and put the website under construction.. Last message i got from mobobiz on 27 july that i'll refunded full amount within 3-5 days but there is nothing...
