The mio amore shop in iiser kolkata mohanpur is charging unreasonably high rates.
The shop in kalyani which is 11km away has rate charts written and charges accordingly but in iiser there is no rate chart. They charge 3-5 rupees more per item. Mio amore is a S. They don't provide proper carry bag, and ask for extra money for it. Since it was previously ordered cake 50% of the amount was paid, so they don't even bother to store it properly till its delivered. And add on to that they don't provide a proper bill. As a customer its my suggestion plz do take some steps other wise soon for such outlets your brand will get affected . Regards.
