Money deducted from my account but ticket not received

I have booked 3 tickets for dj movie (25th june'17, 6:45pm show - vishwanath 70mm) in easy movies site.
Money has been deducted form my account, but i didn't get ticket confirmation. Please find the below for the reference. Do the needful.

Transaction No. [protected] for Rs 1299.00 done for Ecommerce Store has succeeded from payu team. payment has been deducted from my bank account but u don't have provide any dispatch details. pls send me right information about this.
