I had ordered some tops for me on 8th October 2021

I have orderef gor cotton shirts from krrish enterprise and the payment 349 was paid through payuib on 30th september. The product is not delivered and no intimation from them psyuib transaction id [protected]

I would like to register a complaint about the online shopping site. And request for delivery of the item or refund of my money.

On 24 September 2021 I order Mega Mall Open -Ear Bluetooh Bone Conduction Headphones one set and for that i pay Rs.279 through PayUBiz My Order No is 4621, and my Transaction No is [protected] done for Gejera Dipesh Vinibhai, but when i try to track my order on Mega Mall site it saying Sorry Order Could not be found also i do not receive any order confirmation email or SMS, i think this person is making people fool and collecting mony in behalf of Mega Mall Gejera Dipesh Vinibhai, you people kindly pay attestation to this and take strict action against this fraud.
