I have order on 30th Nov for amt rs 1499 from ralapco.shop. Magia store. Made payment for above purchase through my rupay card through payui app. Amount get debited from my account . But didn't get my parcel. Please refund my money back.

It was an ad of clothing on the instagram page which directed me to a website called as popshop and I made a payment of Rs.221.5 and then I came to know about that website being fake. My amount is paid under PAYUIB.
