Since three days i have not recieved my laggage that have gone missing on 23 rd of december from cochin sharaja to bahrain air arabia flight

    Many time i reset my account but money had not come in my wallet [protected]

    Sned my money in my wallet.

        I want to register a complaint against the chinchwad station master (Pune). I wanted to register a complaint, but he didn't provided the complaint register to me.
        My family had a reservation pnr [protected], train 11026 on[protected] from cch-kyn (Chinchwad - kalyan) station. My wife and 2 children is travelling on that train. This is a daily issue there is no announcement for bogie position in chinchwad station. Due to this the people are not aware for the bogie position and cannot reach there seat, even after getting into train in other compartment, due to heavy rush in the train bogie.

        The station master tell us that this issue is from PUNE and not chinchvad as announce is done from PUNE. Please help us to resolve this issue?

            The received the product whoich did not work to remove the scretch even after 24 hrs. And i think it is of inferior quality.

            Further i also contacted on number [protected]. On this phone, i didnot receive proper answer and i was told that why have you not complained within a week. I told that this information was not given to me by rediff even on delivery of the goods. And replyed erogantly and told that you will not get refund of the money. Other online company accept the complins within a month.
            I am sorry to say that the product received is not working and seems to be inferior.

              On 8th november 12pm onwards i booked a cab ka05ag5822 mahindra verito. Driver name vijay. I got a bad experience with him.
              He was just one minute away from the location. I was on the location for about 25minutes alone on the road, a police cab came and they told not to stay, i called him 3 times but he didn't picked my call nor he called me. Then i cancelled the trip from jayanagar 3rd block to shivaji nagar but for driver's fault why should i pay the penalty, this is not right

                I am very sad about lakshmi hyundai attapur branch hyderabad, i have been called to service center for 1hr of time for top beading fixing but they have took 5.5 hours and not even fixed the beading as they tried but later said it is not matching and said me to come on monday again, i have requested them for top beading 9months before, i used to call them but after calling several times they brought but could not fix, it’s a shame on their service and they are testing the customers patience, i request to take severe action on this as they have wasted by so much of time at service center

I also reminded your office on 2nd november 2017. No action is visible anywhere. I am 84 years old and can't be expected to chase your branch. You have only one tel. No. Which is never picked up by anyone. It is really shameful that the government and the sbi are sitting over pensioners money when there is so much noise about digitalization.                       Dear sony mobiles support team,

                      Am mohanish, user of sony xperia z3 compact mobile bought in nov '15. The phone works beautifully (Without a single problem) for 10-12 months, but afterwards since then every month it's condition has gone down from bad to worst.

                      Today it is in such a condition where other than receiving and making phone calls it is good for nothing. Phone screen has developed bad/poor sensing issue due to which am unable to do anything.

                      Thought of sony brand name (Which at some point of time stands for quality) and bought it at a whooping price of rs 28, 000 which i am regretting now. The list of problems am facing with sony mobile is endless and do not feel to waste my time in listing them here. Sony should stop production of mobile phones completely as they do not seems to have any expertise.

                      There were people who suggested not to buy sony mobile phones that time, but i didn't bother to note there advise/recommendation. Wish i would have listen there suggestions and have bought some other brand... I would have not done the mistake of buying sony mobile.

                        The mark up fee of 3.5% is way too. Much.

                        I was assured being an imperial customer there will be no atm charges.

                              This is to the india’s best network team that fails constantly to meet the customer’s problem.. Kudos to it.
                              Let me put my frustation clearly here.
                              On 22nd september, i moved in to bangalore from chennai circle (Existing postpaid connection). The problem started from september 25th on both my numbers.

                              Data connection issue:
                              From 25th - till date my internet connection doesn’t work irrespective to any location i move. I have wasted almost the complete week, spending time with the customer care executives and the useless supervisors mostly.
                              N number of calls from 25th sept. I don’t really remember the numbers. All this for the same, one problem which is still not resolved.

                              I would like to understand better here,
                              - what according to the so called india’s best network is the standard of ticket resolution?
                              - what exactly does 48 hours mean?
                              - what are the steps taken to provide a solution to the issues raised?
                              - is there any team that really works on critical issues or is it just a gimmick to customers?
                              - is it like giving a solution to the customer in 48 hours eta or is it like at the end of 48 hour, just call the customer tell him/her that an update would be given in next 48 hours and again extend another 48 hours?
                              There was a ticket created on 11th of october if am not wrong. (With 48 hours sla)
                              Guess what the clock is still ticking 47 hours according to airtel. Really??? It’s almost 8 days now. Airtel is still fixing one single issue for a week. Pathetic service.

                              I have been visiting jp nagar airtel showroom almost 3-4 times now. I am only put to wait for quite long time and sent back telling the same, (It will be fixed in next 48 hours)
                              Update/fixes provided from store:
                              1. Change sim to karnataka circle with a new
                              Local connection. - done.
                              2. Change new sim replacing the present one (Which was changed recently). - done
                              Tried all steps of rebooting, rest, changing sim and nothing helped.

                              This issue is still unfixed, now that i started facing a new issue.
                              Incoming calls barred:

                              With the ongoing issue, now comes airtel’s highest humiliation of gifting me with another issue.
                              I stopped getting incoming calls.
                              People who call me now get a message
                              “the number you are trying to call is invalid. Please check the number you have dialled. “

                              Seriously???
                              Dear airtel team, i am been with the network for the past 7-8 years now with the same connection. After 8 years my number is invalid to my people calling me? I demand an explanation here. I have been paying my bills and payments for years without any miss.
                              Sure i need an explanation on this. I had missed lots of my business calls, personal calls etc. Is airtel gonna bear the expense of the loses.?
                              Any request that is raised, will get a corresponding response stating i will be getting a call back. How in the world will i get call back to my number when i my incoming call is barred,

                              What’s next? Provide an alternate number for call back.
                              Unfortunately trusting airtel so much, i have both my numbers in airtel, and the alternate number is also barred with incoming calls.
                              Result: the representatives now can easily close the ticket mentioning customer not available to pick call.
                              Incoming calls are barred on my number and how will ur call reach me?

                              Here is another funny incident:
                              On 15th of october the manager in charge of the showroom raised a request under his id stating that the request would be responded with faster response time.
                              Guess what: the designation manager couldn’t save himself with his words., looks like airtel shows no mercy to its own folks.
                              Weird and funny.

                              Is the management listening to all my queries or is it just considered one among 100 and ignored?

                                  I had contacted the customer care number several times. After the ring, the voice says"that due to exigency the service is not available".

                                  After repeated contacts, the customer toll number says"you had exceeded the number of attempts for the week" making our mouth shut for the entire week.

                                  Please look in to the matter and restore the services of the sun tv network and also your exigent customer service. We are fed-up contacting you.

                                            I am siva chandran k serving in defence. I was booked my house hold items & bike jabalpur to trichchirapalli jn 01 aug 2017 luggage ticket. 05 aug 2017 evening one person (Basya[protected] call from bangalore. He told me your parcel received from bangalore. Then he was demand some rupees 300/- for mobile recharge. I am not ingore his demand. I recharge 100 one number & 100 another number. That day was not loading my luggage. 06 aug 2017 morning reach trichchirapalli station. My parcel not reached. Above mentioned mobile number i was again call him (Basya). He was demand more 300 rupees for another mobile number. He told bokking clk was demanded. He told when you will recharge then your parcel loading. I was anger him to ask i never again recharged. He told what can you do? Do that!!! Your parcel not safe reach. I reached railway on duty police & luggage delivery staff. They are suggested me. I was wait that day. Yesterday basya call me your parcel loading done to 16232 mailaduturai exp slr number 15712. Today also not reached and received my parcel to trichchirapalli jn.

                                                  I am from arumbakkam-koyambedu. I am residing in flat no 2, ground floor, old no 30, new no 94, valluvar salai, arumbakkam, chennai-600106.

                                                  For past three weeks from last month june 2017- we are facing severe voltage fluctuations and power breakdown at night.

                                                  The transformer bursts and it is old one. The transformer is not able to withstand load.

                                                  Even small rains and thundershowers makes power to go off and transformer bursts off.

                                                  When big rains and cyclones - what will happen? The transformer will totally breakdown and we have to suffer.

                                                  I am having a nuero patient and heart patient in my house. If anything happens to them - will electricity board give my parents life?

                                                  Power cuts will be there, but for the past three weeks - transformer bursts once in 2 days at night and as a result we are suffering like anything.

                                                  We are paying eb bill once in 2 months on date. If we dont pay - will you spare us? You will snap electricity.

                                                  Very worst transformer maintenance.

                                                  Note - even last sunday - night we were without power whole night and we lost sleep.

                                                  Why you people as higher authorties are survining in this earth?

                                                  When we contact control room in koyambedu eb office - staff gives very irresponsible reply and speaks arroganly.

                                                  When we contact the assistant engineer incharge - he never picks up phone and no proper action has been taken by the ae. I mean no solution to power breakdown is being sorted out.

                                                  The transformer is old. It can be replaced with new latest transformer.

                                                  Also pillar and transformer is never being done in our area.

                                                  I request you to take proper action for our power problem in your locality and provide you a solution.

                                                    I am jasbir singh (Mail id: [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@yahoo.com) from s. A. S nagar, mohali, punjab, india. (Mob:[protected]).
                                                    I have ordered a pack of six bottles of testoultra through on line. Today i have opened fourth bottle.
                                                    The problem is that the very first bottle was having both the seals (Outer as well as inner). Rest all the bottles i have opened were having seal from outside cap but inner safety seals of all the three bottles were broken. Every time i was under the impression that the next bottle will be the right one but every time i remained disappointed.
                                                    Now the problem is that there are instructions on the bottle that don't use if safety seal is damaged. I am very disappointed what to do. An amount which i have incurred on this product is not a small for me being a middle class family.
                                                    Kindly help me if possible otherwise i have no option but to sit silently thinking that whole of the world is going far from god (Truth).

                                                      My office is in Vasant Vihar and I stay at Dwarka Sec 8. Total distance is 16 km. As per your adds the fare for a distance upto 18 km would be rs.89 or less but it is not the case with me. The fares are showing 168 and above. I use uber very frequently. It is very unfair.
