My telephone no 26972031locate at c-406, sarita vihar new delhi is dead since[protected]. Officers /officials working in mtnl sarita vihar are not bothered to set it right. I am now suffering for the last more than 3 weeks and my complaint is not being attended at all. Are they waiting for ghoos (Extra money) for setting right my dead telephone. What an apathy. Kindly see that this complaint of mine reaches to the right place so that people like me do not suffer fro the bad behavior and apathy of the officials of mtnl and thus put a common and a senior citizen to a lot of humiliation and difficulty. The telephone is very much needed for senior citizens in particular because of old age and constant medical care they need. But who will educate these responsible for restoring thhe dead telephones of their responsibilities and duties. Let some body ask these people.

      Pathetic service. I had been struggling to pay online as there is no option, i have been sending money to my friends a/c and she is locally banking in.
      -pending due doesn't appear for planned emi so no option online to make payment before you miss your due date. Pathetic!!!
      -my bank 'citi bank' not listed in the list. Horrible!!!
      -the issue reporting is horrible and very sick. Ticket gets opened for only few combination and customer care doesn't bother to understand the issue despite just give vague options and close the tickets.

      I am not happy as i am overseas and lic hfl does't help for timely payment.

Sir i submitted a application to activate my pan card with pan indemnity bond with last three years itr and other itr photo copy of pan card photo copy of my aadhar card at income tax department at katni on date 08/05/17 and same record submitted to income tax department jabalpur on date 09/05/17.                 Dear team,

                This to inform you that since 28th of last month i am not getting 3g service from reliance post paid connection. I am bearing a post-paid reliance connection bearing no. +91 [protected]. I am being calling to customer care many of times but none of the time was fruitful to me. Many of the time they give the excuse that there is a technical issue going on & currently we are unable to help you. If calling gain they take all the details from me & then they say they do not have the sufficient information along with them so they are transferring the call to their senior for better resolution & i keep on waiting for several minute. After few minutes some disturbing sound comes from the other side & the lines gets disconnected. If i try call for the next time i get a message from other side “thank you calling to reliance customer care “. They are blocking the particular calls without any proper solution. My last complain id is[protected].
                Please help me for any permanent solution to my problem.

                  Sir, i am shyamendra singh chandel from rewa, madhya pradesh. Today i have faced lot of problem in marketing due to pos machine unavailability. I have searched about seven sweet shop as well as general store for card swap facility but all the shopkeeper told that they do not have. Same time atm are also not having cash.
                  In one shop he aggreed to take payment through card by another garment shop pos. Payment mode selected in pos was cash, my bill was 340 rs but he swap for 400 rs and he provide me 60 rs in cash.

                  In rewa shopkeeper are not willing to install pos because they do not want to pay tax. I asked them why they do not have pos, they told me about 2% tax+14 %service tax will be charged, so we are not intrested for that. However rate of items are high.

                  A lot of tax fraud is going on here.
                  Plz direct the authority to make survey and take necessary action.

                  Customer are faceing a lot of problems. But shopkeeper are blaming fo demonetisation, due to this wrong message is being conveyed among people.

                              I took new Swift Dezire car from them, backside bumper was not fitted properly and it was got dammaged, at the time of delivery I got noticed my self but I didn't inform to the executive. Day after tomorrow of delivery I noticed them with picture, they told they will repair and they didn't assure about replace in case it not get repair.
                              I told them to verify the CC Camera, and I complain to [protected]@kalyani.com also.
                              Till now nobody called me and asked me the problem and I didn't get the assurance for replacement.
                              Please beware about Nayandalli Kalyani.

                              Please point to be noted:.
                              1. Please do the Video record of each and every part of your Car before delivery.
                              2. They are selling the dented cars, I think those are rejected from other Showrooms.
                              3. Executives are not allow you to look the entire Car in the time of delivery and they will make you busy.
                              Please verify the entire Car. they are not responsible for anything after deliver, after delivery they are planning to grab the money from the services.

Now mother of bride is having andhra bank jan dhan account which she opened 2015 and applied for shadi mubarak scheme under minorities welfare scheme in hyderabad.                                       There are abt 8-10 dogs roaming the streets at any time and It can rise to more than 15 during night and sometimes. They are very violent and chase or bark violently at people. Today one old man aged 60+ was bit by two dogs. There are more than 10 children, in this street, aged below 3 and parents are reluctant to let their kids on the streets.

                                              On 30 dec 2016 me transfer money from paytm to my bank a/c. But still money is not credited in my a/c. I had complaint in paytm but they said money is transfer on 30 dec... Arn no is also they gives me which is provided by union bank to paytm. Two transacton are their 4974/- & 5000/-. Arn no.                                               &[protected]. Respectivly. Many time i called to customer care no. But they never support me.. Plz transfer my money asap. Otherwise i will tk strict action againts union bank..

                                                  User ID: [protected] the internet connection was closed on 25 Jan 2015 and bill amount to be paid of 327.64/- which I was not able to make payment as the account was suspended, and had request them to collect the amount and even the device, they havent collect since 1 year after repeated calling and how they are charging 1800/- for nothing or there will be a court case, this Tikona Company is fraud and is forcefully taking money from people. it a mental harassment.

                                                      My order number is[protected]..I ordered wajbee 2 jeans on 4 th November..I received item on 8th November.. the same day 8th November I send request for return the item..reverse pick up done but they collect only 1 jeans ..again I called customer care at least 10 times.every calls they replied we registered they will come...now 15 days complete.. for customer care call only I lost approx 100 rupees...till now I didn't get the solution
                                                      Central govt announced use bank bank atm card use to any bank atms in without service charge at too Dec 31 but karur vysyabank it's debited my in account with service charge ruppe 11.50 in every day use what is the process and y should u announced this advisement I want a reason
                                                      Suddenly deducted amount Rs.80/- from my prepaid Airtel mobile account, mobile no..[protected], on[protected] and I am not used any value added pack.

                                                          My (Pran) :[protected] today i attempted to log in, though the password etc. Were correct, they offer strange secret question, which also i have given a correct reply, on making several attempts they have locked my account instead of help to re-set whilst providing them the details. The number suggested by them on the website, there is nobody to pick and answer to solve the query. How does one move when there is no way to move ahead.
                                                          This has reference to the query/grievance raised at “Consumer Forum”.

                                                            On being received calls from reliance offering portability of my exiting number [protected] from existing airtel operator to reliance, i completed all the formalities about a week back, i was delivered a blank sim card on same day and was promised that the same will be started with two hours. since then even after passing of week nothing has happened. i am in regular touch with reliance at numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] without any result. now the persons at these numbers even did not bother to pick the phone & if called them from different number they simply replied that i am on off today pl call tomorrow. or make a complaint at reliance center. i request to the concerned authority to take stringent action against the person using the said mobile number should be immediately removed from service & also request to reliance to pay back my rs 300/- which i have paid for portability & new sim & also would like to request to all "not to opt reliance"for portability, in any case, as there is no one in reliance to look into your grievance

                                                            I recd a call from reliance ( no. [protected]) intimating that my mobile no. [protected] Is already activted. To my great surprise and shock the sim card Sl. number which is issued to me by reliance is not the same which has been activated. This is a clear case of forgery that mobile number issued in my name is activated to sim which is used by some one else. I am going to lodge an FIR against Reliance so that I may not be held responsible for misusing my documents. I also request to kindly discontinue my number [protected] with immediate effect. I am adding the images of sim cards issued to me.
