I placed an order for a software CD on 5.8.2015 and on 8.8.2015 I received an email stating that my order is shipped through REDEXPRESS. My order NO: is 64224562. It was stated in that mail that the article will be delivered by 14.8.2015 and till date it is not delivered to me. The tracking number of the article (as given by the shopclues) is 20199801. I wrote two mails stating the facts of non receipt of my parcel. But so far there is no action from shopclues side. This site is perhaps not prompt in attending the customer complaints and not prompt in service.

We have paid online for ordering pizza at domino's yesterday (gurgaon) at 9:10 P.M and we have not relieved the pizza yet. And when we called the staff informed that it will take 50 more minutes after half an hour already passed and till 12 P.M we waited but no success as we never received pizza. pathetic pizza and we lost our trust in domino's. It doesn't seem good to complain for this but i had friends visiting my place and it was embarrassing that we could not get our order. On 26th of June we received a bag which was ordered and unfortunately it was returned just because it was smaller. After some days, the product was resend along with the bill and we asked to replace it with a bigger one. Days passed and we even tried to get in contact with the one who brought us the order. A complaint was eventually made too and they said that they will send a cheque to our address on 2nd august 2015 and that day too have gone. Were completely disappointed for not getting that cash in return. I have been seriously cheated by Apolo Infraprojects Ltd BBSR. They had promised to supply me a flat with in 3 years, but it is about 2 years over neither the company has provided the flat nor it has constructed any work. I am running after to get my money back but there are not co-operating at all, I thing they are not in a mood to return money unless a strong legal action is being taken . Dear Sir I lived in 183, Indra Colony, Banipark, jaiupr. Near my place a Kachara centre was created by sweeper . They collect the kachara from colony and dropped here. It is situated Indra Park (developed by Jaipur Nagar Nigam) many people comes in park daily but all face very problem from Kachara which is in front of Indra Park near park gate. Nagar Nigam collect the kachara at 8 A.M. but sweeper dropped here after 8 A.M. So there is a communication gape betwen Nagar Nigam Kachara collecting ven and sweeper. So whole day kachara spread all there and smell feels around the near plots and park also. I also compland to our Parshad but all in vein. Please see this matter and change the place of Kachara. I am having Axis bank credit card. On 28 Mar 2014, I received a call from [protected] and [protected] to redeem the credit points. Revealed the card details as I was in hurry and noise resembling as a call center. Amount of Rs 4971/- has been charged from credit card my card vide transaction no.[protected] towards Bill desk Airtel payment. Blocked the card immediately. Lodged a police complaint and taken up the dispute with Axis bank. Got a reply from Axis bank saying dispute went in merchant favor and you are liable to pay the amount. Seems this is happening from a very big call center and it would be great if you could take some strict action and help me to get my money back. Please let me know all the details required for this and your help is very much appreciated.

Hello Sir, I am a resident of Tejasvi Nagar Colony, Attapur, I would like to bring to your notice that, we are facing a major issue with the roads in our area as well as our surrounding areas as all the roads in our locality as well as our surrounding areas are not in a proper condition. People are falling down and getting injuries due to these kind of roads, all the manholes are open, the garbage is all around our houses, too many mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches due to which people are getting many diseases and falling sick and getting admitted in the hospitals. The surroundings gets really smelly.This has been a problem since long time. kindly look to this issues and kindly take some necessary actions to put some new roads, remove the garbages, put some mosquito sprays, flies sprays etc to resolve this issues. Dear Sir, My subscriber ID [protected], I am not receiving signals from last three days, i.e. from 1st April, even in last month also Tata Sky not provided services for almost One week around 15th March 2015. I had booked a taxi for 6.30 pm on the 20th Mar 2015 I received the cab details and called the driver. He said he is 4 kms away and will reach in 20 min. That was the last call.
