Sunrise hyundai mother dairy branch delhi. Guys don't go to any branch of sunrise hyundai. I got worst experience. People working there are big fraud, thieves actually.
Better you opt for koncept hyundai.
Mrs vinita and mr rakesh negi both are confused actually in sunrise hyundai mother dairy branch.
Don't see just dial reviews as those are absolutely wrong.
Firstly they will call you in their showroom with false commitments then they will start conversation with sorry.
They called me after we had conversation. Mr negi told me that my old car will be valued at 155000 with exchange bonus after i send all documents of my old car. Then when i reached after such busy schedule and horrible traffic. He said oh sir i thought you are 1st owner, you cannot get exchange bonus actually. And car will be valued at 80-90k. I felt shocked and was angry also. Then he suggested me, we can arrange a deal for you from outside. One of his known dealer. From where he gets commission actually.
Dealers name was mr ankur.
He told me final price - 1.1l
Again i shocked what's going on.
These people seriously.
Then after long discussion, i thought i should book this car which was bs4 may 2019 not confirmed month. As these days discount was good.
I booked grand i10 grey bs4 2019 with 5000 rs and told them i will take time of this month to buy car as i have to sell my old car and will take loan by bank.
They asked me documents to apply for loan as they get commission for that too.
I told them i will apply directly to the bank. I returned back to home.
I booked car on 3rd feb 2020, they started giving pressure to me to buy car from 13 feb to 18 feb continuously.
On 18th when i told them i applied for a loan, i don't need loan from your bankers due to high interest. They warned me to cancel my booking if i don't buy it till 22nd feb, company told them to refund customer's money if they are unable to buy it on schedule it. (Which was actually scheduled by mr rakesh negi)
So after 22nd feb i couldn't buy my car.
They might have cancelled booking.
Then i started searching fastly and i found koncept hyundai.
Three branches - kailash colony, green park and okhla.
I got a pretty good deal with koncept hyundai green park. I got my old car value with exchange bonus and new car value with good discount even with december model bs4 grand i10 magna titan grey. I bought my new car on 27th or 28th feb with few work, get it done from koncept free if cost.
I would definitely suggest buyers better opt for koncept hyundai.
Now i called mrs vinita and asked my booking amount back. Both vinita and rajesh had conversation and told me to send a mail of cancellation and your money will be refunded within 20 days then said within a week. They told 3000 will be deducted due to cancellation.
I told them you send mail to the management. As i didn't cancel my car, you did any way, why should i face loss.

Dear team
This complaint is with refrence to my car insurance claim processed to mr subhash at sunrise hyundai patparganj industrial area new delhi. I have given my car at body shop for insurance claim at 19th apr 2019. I have told each and everything to mr shubhash that how the accident took place with my car. The car front and rear bumper along with river board and dicky was to be replaced as the same has been damaged. Due to accident there are some major scratches which was also to be furbished by paint and daint. As i have took delivery of car on 1st may 2019. They have only changed front bumber and repair my dicky instead of replacing it. The scratches are as it is. All the things are too wrost. Also the replacment quality of front bumper is very poor. I have first time and ever got very # and bad quality of work with this hyundai dealer. Also mr subhash is very bad and unprofessional and un co operative person in this dealership.
I request you to take this concern on priorty basis and re repair my car with well finishing otherwise i will take the legal action against your dealership and mr subhash by consumer forum.

Fraud vouchers from club mahindra in association with sunrise hyundai

On 15th oct 2016 we got a call from Sunrise Hyundai(i bought i 20 sportz from the showroom) in association with club mahindra and they told us to collect our gift voucher for 2nights/3days for which we have filled a coupon. we went to Sunrise hyundai patparganj, delhi . meeting on 16th oct 2016. they told us that the coupon is absolutely free but they also wanted us to listen to their membership scheme. they took our 45 minutes and given us detail of their membership. we refused to join. they gave us the promised gift voucher. according to the process we check as online to redeem our voucher. but there is no available dates in the selected period. that proves that these schemes by club mahindra and sunrise hyundai are just to attract and nothing genuine. its is a fraud program. they wasted our time. we want that every one should be aware of their fraud scheme.
I am happy to not to be a member of club mahindra and lost trust on sunrise hyundai too.

I bought Hyundai Santro car in 2010.fw days back my car was not starting .i called hyundai emergency helpline .he came to my place and checked my car he told me only a fuel pump is damaged and my car was starting .but when he fitted fuel pump my car was not starting due to battery.i took my car to sunrise hyundai ip extension delhi.they dint check my car they said the total bill will be 24000 and in this battery, fuel...

starting problem in new grand i10 asta car

we purchased a new grand i10 asta with keyless push button start technology in october...just after 2 months...we started having problems with our new car...every now n then...the car doesnt start...and more frustating is being keyless we are not able to open it also...we complained to our dealer ...and the car was taken to workshop and they bring it back to us with promises that it wont happen again...but the same thing happened 4 times again...we are fed up now...it being a brand new showroom car just 2 months old...the company is solely responsible for its faults...we have paid a whole lot hard earned money to the company...and we cant accept a faulty car in return...the car is again taken to the company workshop...and now after so many inconviniences we want them to take the matter seriously... either they pay back our money or provide us a new car in return with assured guarantee and no such software faults as they say every time...

Complained about hyundai santro GLS

Hi
I have bought my Santro Xing GL plus from Pandav Nagar in Oct 2012. I am not happy with the Car becuase it gear function is like Maruti 800, I have tested another Santro car which is better than mine and Center locking system is also very poor. I have complained about it every time when I gave my car for the service. They used to give me excuses that it will be improved after service but still I can see the same problem with this Car.
I request you to look into this matter and help me to sort out this problem.

The Above said vehicle was purchased from your good showroom on 23rd of
MAY,2010. The vehicle is under warranty for the period of 2 years
and extended warranty of 1 year.
There was windshield brake in driving the vehicle
on 09.03.2010. It was given to your service department for
repairs on the next day.
On the same day your engineers at your service department at Laxminagar
told me that the problem is due to unknown reason.
Today i.e. on 23.03.2010 your engineer/service personnel Mr. Prashant
(mobile no. [protected]) called me and told that even complaint your
Windshield cannot be replaced.
I requested your personnel to change the Windshield for free being under
warranty period. He told me that it cannot be changed as Hyundai has
rejected the claim. I requested him to provide me the number of Hyundai
personnel whom he has contacted and who has rejected the claim. Mr. Prashant
refused to provide any number of Hyundai as well.
This kind of behavior is not expected from the personnel of big dealers
like you. At least we should be given an opportunity of being heard and
be provided the facilities/benefits/warranties of Hyundai. In fact you
have taken extra money from us for extended warranty. What for? Please
provide us the replacement of parts.
I request you to please change the
part and fix a new.
In case you have any problems, kindly provide me the phone/mobile
numbers and email ids of concerned personnel from Hyundai whom I can
contact and get the issue resolved.
I am also marking this mail to consumer court so that proper proceedings
can be initiated under consumer protection act if my request is not
heard at your/Hyundai level. All expenses of the proceedings will also
be claimed from you under the final petition filed with the court.

parts theft and mishandling
i left my car hyundai i20 at sunrise hyundai patparganj industrial area.
When car was given car was perfectly alright. but when got back the sterio was changed by the faulty sterio and then repaired the faultly one. Cars Ac was hugly used for 3 days and petrol quantity 5 lts less.

my self bhanwar pal singh, i got my car service on 5 july, this was the major service, they charged me 5314 rupees, but i m totally disapointed with service, my car is not running properly, they charged 23 rupees for knob saftey lock whereas they fited used ones, and without taking my concent while making job card they add air intake clean system, and charged 800 rupees whereas i did not want to take this service, realy this is my last service from sunrise huyandi, i purchased 4 huyandi car from sunrise that is 1.dl 7c j 9045 santro gls 2.up 80 br 5051 santro gls 3. up 16 ac 1545 verna 4.up 80 bq 0044 i 10 mob no;[protected] with regards - bhanwar pal singh

Poor Service
I bought Hyundai Santro GLS on 21/11/09 , since the time i bought the car i am facing loads and loads of problem with my car. The major problem which i have got is when i drive my car more than 80kmph my car bubbles a lot when i apply brakes, it feels as if the steering will get in my hand and i lose my control. The car registration number is DL 7C J 1056 and secondly whenever i take my car on uneven roads i feel theres a big problem which i am trying to solve with Sunrise from past 15 months and within just 1yr i visited Sunrise more than a dozen times, so kindly request you to sought it out for you........Kindly do the needful ASAP. Many Thanks

Sunrise Hyundai — Poor Servising
HiI NIpun Malhotra resident od Mayur Vihar Phase 2 Delhi bought a Hyundai Santro GLS registration number (DL 7C J 1056) on 21/11/2007.. Since the time i bought the car i am facing loads of problem with the breaks, When i apply the brakes the brek paddle and the steeering bubbles a lot and i feel that the steering will come in my hand and same can cause an accident. I have tried to contact the Sunrise Hyundai regarding the same complaint however all in vein. So kindly request you to help me out in this scenerio.

Hi my name is Nipun Malhotra bought a Hyundai Santro
GLS model from Sunrise huyndai(Delhi) DL 7C J 1056 on 21/11/2007, since the time i
bought till now i had visited Sunrise workshop more than a 20 times
because of the allignment problem and when i drive more than 80kmph the car bubbles a lot
and i feel a huge bubbling in sttering and brake paddle which is very risky.
When I told the engineer in details then he agree that some manufacturing
defect in this car. Now i
once again request to you kindly solved my problem immediate otherwise i
will go to consumer forum. I am totally mentally disturb with my car .And with refernce to the complaint number 13500 locked in Feb 2009 the problem has still not been rectified and the same problem is ongoing and the engg over there are telling that there is no problem. In
future if some mishappening or accident occurs with me from this car, the
full responsibility would be of Hyundai Motor Ltd.

i had purchased santro in2005 Dec.from sunrise preetvihar branch .i had avery good experience over there
my car is being regularly serviced by sunrise though i am resident of sarita vihar but i fill comfortable going to sunrise.
my car has been painted thrice in their body shop and every time i get a factory like finishing, i wonder from where these people are writing this all nonsense.

Dear all
I purchased a car (I 10 Megna, Hyundai) in August 2009 from Sunrise Hyundai, Plot No. 2, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi 110092.
Registration no. of the car is DL 7C J 7010
On completion of one month (around 1500 Kms.), I started following up with Showroom for first Service over phone no.[protected]. They did not responded and pick up my car. In the meantime my car met in an accident and there become a scratch on the front right door. I along with my car went to the showroom for first service and accidental repair. They refused to take the car and said to drop the car on any other day.
We called up several times, but most of the time they did not picked up the phone. Somehow I got the no. of Mr. Manuj ([protected]), but he replied “someone will call you”. Neither I got any call from his side nor did he accept to talk. Again I followed up to pick my car, either they were not picking up the phone or responded always with the sentence “they do not have the Driver available to pick my car.
I went personally again on 10th October 2009 along with car to the showroom. They took 5.00 hours time to take my car for repair and service. Mr. Manuj took a trial / drive of my car and parked in front of the gate of the showroom instead of parking inside workshop. Some one of their employee hit my car from the back. Car got a scratch and dent on the left and right side of the bumper.
I requested Mr. Sumanta Chakraborty ([protected]), manager Service, Mr. Manuj ([protected]) manager, Mr. Sunil ([protected]) sales executive, Mr. Vipin Aggarwal, A.G.M. service ([protected]), about delay in accepting the car and giving car after service at the earliest. They did not bother to take care of a customer who was moving and requesting on their work station, showroom and in the manager’s cabin. After spending 5 hours, they assured me I will get the car in two days.
I lodged a complaint (Tel No. [protected]) with Hyundai customer care on 13th October 2009, as I did not get the car as committed by Sunrise and for providing poor quality of the service. Complaint no is[protected]. I followed every day twice with Hyundai customer care but did not get any response from them till date. Today again the customer care of Hyundai sent me a SMS mentioning my new complaint no as[protected].
During the 12th October 2009 and 15th October 2009, I called up hundred times to all the people named above, either they were not picking up my calls or they were saying “they are not in the showroom”, “call other person”, “handing over the phone to some other person”, “I am in the meeting”.
Finally Sunrise people delivered my car on 15th October 2009 without repairing the right door. They have also claimed the door repairing charges from Insurance Company.
If a dealer was not providing the service, quality of the service was worst, I lodged a complaint with Hyundai. It is very surprising; I am not getting the response from Hyundai also.
I have recommended two more people and they bought I 10 on my recommendation from the same showroom. If Hyundai’s service quality is so poor, I will neither prefer to taka a Hyundai product in future nor recommend any one to buy Hyundai product.
Will someone respond my complaint and take action against Sunrise. If not, I will be left with the option to go to the Court.
I purchased a car (I 10 Megna, Hyundai) in August 2009 from Sunrise Hyundai, Plot No. 2, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi 110092.
Registration no. of the car is DL 7C J 7010
On completion of one month (around 1500 Kms.), I started following up with Showroom for first Service over phone no.[protected]. They did not responded and pick up my car. In the meantime my car met in an accident and there become a scratch on the front right door. I along with my car went to the showroom for first service and accidental repair. They refused to take the car and said to drop the car on any other day.
We called up several times, but most of the time they did not picked up the phone. Somehow I got the no. of Mr. Manuj ([protected]), but he replied “someone will call you”. Neither I got any call from his side nor did he accept to talk. Again I followed up to pick my car, either they were not picking up the phone or responded always with the sentence “they do not have the Driver available to pick my car.
I went personally again on 10th October 2009 along with car to the showroom. They took 5.00 hours time to take my car for repair and service. Mr. Manuj took a trial / drive of my car and parked in front of the gate of the showroom instead of parking inside workshop. Some one of their employee hit my car from the back. Car got a scratch and dent on the left and right side of the bumper.
I requested Mr. Sumanta Chakraborty ([protected]), manager Service, Mr. Manuj ([protected]) manager, Mr. Sunil ([protected]) sales executive, Mr. Vipin Aggarwal, A.G.M. service ([protected]), about delay in accepting the car and giving car after service at the earliest. They did not bother to take care of a customer who was moving and requesting on their work station, showroom and in the manager’s cabin. After spending 5 hours, they assured me I will get the car in two days.
I lodged a complaint (Tel No. [protected]) with Hyundai customer care on 13th October 2009, as I did not get the car as committed by Sunrise and for providing poor quality of the service. Complaint no is[protected]. I followed every day twice with Hyundai customer care but did not get any response from them till date. Today again the customer care of Hyundai sent me a SMS mentioning my new complaint no as[protected].
During the 12th October 2009 and 15th October 2009, I called up hundred times to all the people named above, either they were not picking up my calls or they were saying “they are not in the showroom”, “call other person”, “handing over the phone to some other person”, “I am in the meeting”.
Finally Sunrise people delivered my car on 15th October 2009 without repairing the right door. They have also claimed the door repairing charges from Insurance Company.
If a dealer was not providing the service, quality of the service was worst, I lodged a complaint with Hyundai. It is very surprising; I am not getting the response from Hyundai also.

Sunrise Hyundai — Car Delivery
I bought a car (I 10) in August from Patpatganj Sunrise showroom infront of EDM mall,according the dashboard at reception it was only one delievery ofI 10 in same day with respect to one delear name start from (N).
All required accessories have been fitted before reach there, only paper work was pending which not take more than 2 hrs., I requested to delar to accomplish all paper work asap coz need to travel 100 km. from this location,
Instead to taking care of my car deliery he was involved with others new customers & finished all papers work aound 6 hrs.
I was surprised about his attitude & rude behaviour rather than should be polite with the customes.
I was botherd to buy my booking car from here coz all payment has been done & have to bear all charges to cancel the booking.
so think about this to visit here..
After Sales Services of Sunrise Hyundai are too bad. Form last one month, I am calling to Sunrise for my car servicing but always they have a new excuse and not responding to the queries properly.
I would like to share one more incidence, my car is having overheating issue. I had reported Sunrise several times for the issue and had given my car for more than 10 times to rectify the same problem but still problem exists in the engine.
I very upset with the services provided by Sunrise.

Yes, I have the same experience. My Santro Car DL7CE7656 was given for service for routine check up. They told me so many things and told expected cost of about 10 K. I paid the cost after a waiting of 8 hours late night. to my surprise, alignment was worst, washer was not working, no cleaning was done except for eyewash. I complaint back and they accepted on test drive that it is mistake of their supervisor. Now they are asking to change everything from clutch, tyres so that it can come to alignment. This is the 3rd day and they will be delivering the car.
Do we go for service for this experience? Taking 3 days for routine service and charging for things they have not done.
This is horrible experience twice at Sunrise Hyundai at IP Extension. Do not buy your car or service here.
