Dear all
Please find the attachment of invoice of TV which are bought from Flipkart.
I have bought 2 tv Thomson brand from Flipkart . One of them not working properly.
I have place the request for replacement.
I got update technician visit location and approve the request for replacement.
But till nobody came and check for it.

Please suggest me but can do ...
I requesting to Flipkart please handle this case on urgent basis.
I requesting also seller and Thomson team please solve the issue.

      As discussed with you I have shared all the email conversations with Thomson and Flipkart. It has been 57 days since my television did not get repaired.
      I have raised a complaint on 20th Aug and a technician was assigned almost after 20 days. So after calling the technician he told me that there is a motherboard issue and it needed to be replaced and it was not available in their warehouse. So every 3-4 days I called up the technician...

      I bought Thomson UD9 40 inch 4K TV 6 months ago, but while playing Hotstar it's showing error while playing this video because media service unavailable on your device.
      Same like on Zee app showing decoder error, on Netflix not playing videos, also Amazon prime video and JioTV also not supporting.
      Everytime showing media service unavailable on your device. I m very disappointed buying this TV.
      Service also not good not receiving calls many times called, and if receive saying technical team contact you and no any calls.

          Hello! I'm super dissatisfied on thomson third class - worst customer service. It's been already 3 months from my complaint, still they and their executive lied to me. Whenever i call or msg for status inquiry they says it will be done within 1 week. From, last 3 months when their 1 week ends?

          Today i tried to calling their customercare no. 5 - 6 times but no one there to answer my call. All executive are busy.!!

          I made complaint against thomson to national consumer helpline (Government of india). One last time i request for resolution. If they didn't resolve i'm going to ncdrc and file proper case against thomson tv brand.

            I would like to inform you that I had purchased Thomson 9A Series 102cm 40 inches Full HD LED Smart Android TV on 9th Aug from the Flipkart e-commerce website and I have received faulty TV getting display problem since the TV installed on 17th Aug, since that day I am chasing with Thomson customer care in Email and Call but not getting any positive response from them.
            A complaint has been registered Complaint ID - DE0820TV10465 and the TAT for resolution are 7 Days but now its more than 15 Days no one from the Thomson team is bothering to respond on email or Call they just diverting to wait for more 7-10 days.
            Pathetic customer service I haven't seen yet from any customer care.
            I just request you to Please look into this and take action against the company and help me to get the resolution of replacement.
            I am taking follow up on a daily basis but not getting any response they are just making fool of customers

              I booked the Thomson TV on 17/10/19 but on 25/7/2020 the TV was not working and after 1 month the technician came and changed the mother board but 2 days earlier the TV is not working again.

                I booked my thomson tv on 17/10/2019 but on 25/7/2020 the tv was not working and the volume was increasing n decreasing on it's own. After 1 month the technician came and changed the mother board but 2 days earlier the tv is not working
                This Thomson TV is too horrible.Dont buy this TV...plz guys
