My order no 34293 for 2 gowns and for 2 sarees for rs 2480. Gowns 109, saree 166, saree 94, gowns 116. These were the items ordered. Received garbage stuff. All were sarees. One had water stains on it and was stinking. Other was having dirty marks. Other was used stuff. No item matched with the order placed. All were like dirty sarees. Tried contacting them. No response. I ordered a suit which amounted rs 749 n they delivered me some old use saree n when i opted for refund they neither responded nor showed any confirmation regarding the issue n it's been a month no refund.. Kindly look into the matter they don't even provide any site to enable us to have a word with them they r real cheaters

I bought a gown(37492 is order no.) from veerzara site for 755 rupees but when I opened the packing it was torn and worst loose cloth just like a torn old duppatta with very low quality.i tried many times to contact them.they have given faked contact no.in the site.i too filled refund form last week but no one came to collect the return.my contact no.is [protected]

I ordered dress worth RS 755 and got an old useless sari, I paid through cash on delivery. I requested for refund but they are not replying on mail, call or anywhere. This is very much frustrating. I ordered for 2 sarees and 2 gowns for around rs 1500. Received all sarees. One was stinking with water stains. One was having mud stains. One was an used one. I ordered beautiful gown no.28. After seeing it from veerzara fb post and when i got parcel it was a bad used saree not worth of any.

I have ordered for 2 products online through this website one kurti & one lehenga for r. 1, 186/- however i received to very bad condition sarees which even beggars also don't wear i have received this through delhivery courier and they collect the cash of rs. 1, 186/ from my brother. Please make them to refund our amount, we ordered one Lehehang- order number - 28357 on 28th Nov 2018 price of 754rs and one saree order number - 27987 on 29th Nov 2018 price of 645rs, total we paid 1402rs for products but they delivered two old saree on date December 1st. Hi i ordered a lengha from this site of amount 863.
But when i received the product there is a cheap quality cloth piece in it.
When i apply for return of the product there is no response and the mail address mails are not able to send.
There is no proper address available on the bill for return.
And the no. Available for complaint is always switched off....

I am really shocked to see the products which i received r just like roadside cheap quality material sarees. I ordered two gowns and one saree for 1941/- but i received rubbish, worst products. Fake mail id, ph no, everything is fake and disgusting however help me get my refund back. I never expectedsuch a fraud online shopping this the first time i have been cheated. However resolve my issue i hope i’ll get back my amount....

What i received is a very cheap cloth quality. Strange part is no address is mentioned from where it is sent. No contact details found on the site. I have mailed to the email mentioned but all mails bounce back.

I have filled return form also but no reply from there side.

Now i m trying to contact no one responding....

I didn't not receive the ordered lehenga. Received two poor quality chunnis instead. Phone number is also not working. Refund policy not clear. Overall bad experience. Fraud sellers. There is no way to reach them. I have filled the online form. But i dont know they are going to refund the amount. I have a full video of the unpacking. Website also seems fishy....
