I purchase samsung and mi power bank from zookr. So thise products are duplicate. And i want to return it. I want my money rs1149. And please give my money back. These both products samsung and mi are local or duplicate. Both not work properly.in side of battery there is 5 small cell.in both products. I want to return it. And give my money back rs1149....

Zookr.in is providing fraud product. I purchased samsung power bank of 20800 mah battery with offer buy 1 get 1 free from this website on 15th march 2018, but i got -

1. Fake power bank which is not even charging half the mobile battery.
2.in buy 1 get 1 offer, they gave mi power bank instead of samsung power bank.

They took 1149 rs. For that.

I purchase a powerbank online from zookr. My order no. Is 76bfbab3-28de-44c7-8eb-eb83095642f9 on dated 25-3-18. I received product on 28-3-18 & found product is damaged & defective. Their tollfree no. Is pick call but call is disconnected after 41 sec autometically. Please refund my 599/-. Zookr is totally fraud also i don`t recived cable in box. Please help me...

We received our order on 21st of March that we placed via ID: No [protected] on[protected] through the website zookr.in.
We received a fake product.no user manual, no receipt.we ordered Nokia 3310 and they people have sent duplicate charger, ordinary battery and ordinary cheap quality fake phone.check the attached picture.Please help me get the refund.as per their policy we have raised a complaint within 24 hours to their email address...

I have ordered samsung music 2 and samsung power bank combo from zookr online shping but when product deliver to me product was difrrent. Mobile was maxphone brand power bank was difrrent. An mobile charger not working. So i reqested pls return this product and refund my money. Or chnag product. And also i also mail on [protected]@zookr.in of this reqest but do not response nay one ony say pls give detail.. But i got detail.4 time but do not response...

Sir, i am ashwin vithal kharva, i asked for nokia 3310 and they has send me tball kick phone this is not what i want, wrong product they sent to me. I haven't open the box and the packing is also not good. Product details is classic 3310 buy 1 get 1 free (Zk00850cb00066) (Qty-1).
And you contact no is not working plz help me to return this product. Thank you...
