I order above watch after seeing a promo video by zokor on Instagram, with frequently reducing countdown. I was very happy after placing a order. Product seemed nice on vide, with GPS and Video in a watch.

But when in actual I received this product it was some other model. There was no bill provided to me either on email or with courier.

Now I have no proof of what I received is not the one what I ordered.br...

I ordered for a vapor kw77 smart watch on 18th sept 2018, the zookr delivered the order on 19th sept 2018. When opened the order to my surprise found the wrong order, they had sent smarty y1 smart watch which is cheaper in cost to the order that i had placed, but it is still an incorrect model/order sent by zookr. I called up the customer care[protected] and informed the issue and they asked me to drop and email, the email id provided...

Recently i ordered mi band 3 from zookr with my registered number [protected]. I received delivery on saturday i. E. 15th september

In the website it shows the product as a mii band 3 but the actual product i received is some chinese company i. E m2 my device my life.

The actual features mentioned in the website defers to the feature in the box.

This is not agreeable as...

I have ordered and prepaid rs.1699/- against the purchase of black vapor kw77 smartwatch with 5.0 mp camera but i have received totally different watch which i have not ordered. I want to exchange my watch, kindly send the watch i ordered and get back the delivered one. We have ordered at the very first time on the zookr and our epxpirience is not so well but the products we seen are like that we had never seen before....

I have received above earpod on 11/09/18. But there is pairing problem with Bluetooth. Only one side of ear pod is getting paired and box when I opened was already open. There is no manual book inside. So I would like to return products and claim for refund as soon as possible....

Return of dead product..Vapour Kw77 smart watch with camera This product received yesterday at 2 30 approximately ..After various attempts of trying to switch it on it didn't switch on Later on opening the cover, the battery was found puffed up, .. The buttons provided for switching on and off are not even working, even when we tried to long press, as well as short press them. The product is dead and damaged from the condition it arrived....

Brought a mii 3 smart band and the product sent is fake and does not turn on and no response from customer support or help representative. Please take necessary actions and provide support to get my refund or the original product.

They show the product in a way that customer gets impressed and when the product is delivered its fake product and does not match the quality at all....

This is fraud company. I received faulty watch, not turning on. Send mails with snapshots, messages but no reply. Even i commented on that product page in this regards. Now i am not able to open and search that page..

Zookr online company is making us fool and i came across it. I have ordered a mi 20k power bank but they deliver a power bank which has no company sticker on it even. I m going to complain it in police as well as in upbokhta manch. The delivered product has scratches over it. I just want my money back and i also want to inform to every costumer to not buy anything from zookr. If i got their officials any where i will ended up their story...

I ordered nokia 3310 mobile handset online through website zookr.in, but the products received by me is duplicate /fake/china product that can be easily available i delhi chor bazar for rs. 200 for which i have paid rs. 2499.
