Am really upset and lost my patient with the byju’s.brought the product May 28 2020, for my daughter to learn her 7thand 8th grade. After a month I changedmy international syllabus to State board in july From the day 1 of changing the new SD Card, the tab is notworking, every time when we tried to play the video, it come out of the app.From that day nothing is working and I am advice to remove the sd card andreinsert by the byjus tech support, but tab is not at all detecting the SDcard. So again I was force to search for a Lenovo service center they said SDcard is not inside the TAB. Again I purchased a new SD card for RS.1000, even that is not detectedwhen I insert the same card in my mobile phone it say SD is corrupted.I am paying every month EMI from day registered. I neverseen such a poor service, I trusted a lot but now I feel I wasted my hardearned money.
