      Sir i getting two tablets from byju's after deposit 10000/-. And byju's told if our classes not understand then u can return within 15 days.
      Sir my children are not understand well then children told to me return tablet and quit. Then i'll inform to byju's within 10 days by email i want quit and cancelled but byju's not care and he trouble to me for payment and continue. So i request to you please quit and refund my fully 10000. Rupees. My mobile number [protected] which register in byju's.

        My brother downloaded this app but didn't pick up calls of customer care for two or more days. So one of them called and started yelling on my mother and sister. When I confronted that guy. He was so ignorant about that thing and instead of apologising he started saying anything to me. Like is your brother that small?? and is anyone in your ever been to IIT (this was said to my mother)?? If you're not satisfied delete the app!!! All this was said to us just because my brother didn't pick up their calls.
        Is this how the customer "care" service works in byjus?!!!
        Literally the worst experience of my life with these so called customer care services. This is the number of that customer care person -: [protected]
        I still do expect that a customer's voice will be heard.

          I applied for byjus course under the influence of the mr abbas for cbse class 9-10 and tablets k-12 lenova tablet rs. 34500. I paid down payment rs. 5000 on dated 20th april 2020 and rest amount in emi. He said you will receive your parcel within 10 to 15 days but i received my parcel on dated 21th may 2020 (After 1 month). At the time of registration he said that you can check with your school result if your son not responding or if he can’t understand byjus course then you can cancel the registration or byjus will return your amount or cancell the subscription.

          From the june 1st week i told him that my son not study properly and he can’t understand from videos and also i can’t check his result because schools not started. So please cancell the registration but he force me to please continue the study i will help you… and they deduct my 1st instalment. After 25th june i continue forcing him to please don’t deduct my emi i am not able to pay this and my son also not understand your course.

          Sir, still byjus continue deduct my emi and i am not able to pay it please help me

            What behaviour is this, soo unprofessional. Whenever we rate the chat as bad or unhelpful the counsellor just closes the chat leaving us with the same query. And adding on whenever we ask for some details, i never get satisfactory answer. Everytime i get irritated by this. Please improve in virtual communication.

              Dear sir,

              I have purchased your byjus's courses for class-ix and class-x (West bengal board) for my son from mr. Bikas tyagi, senior educational counsellor (Is my known person) and his mail id - vikas. [protected]@byjus.com and his mobile no. [protected] &[protected] on 5th august, 20.

              Before, i registered my enrollment for the above courses, i have clearly told him on 4th august, 20 (Night) that if you provide me history & geography (I. E. Sst) subjects in beta version then i will ready for enrollment for my son otherwise not. For confirmation, he was mail me in details about covid 19 scholarship program courses on 4th august, 20 night at 9.01 p. M

              But. I am sorry to inform you that till now i have no history and geography added in my son's byju's leaning. Now, he was not picking up my calls for last three days.

              So, you are requested to add history & geography in beta version as priority basis because in west bengal board's final examination for class-ix will held after dipawali festival. So it my heartiest request to all of you do the best from your end so that my son will avail courses as early as possible.

                Fraud and cheating company.

                I have taken this for my Kid 9th standard matric syllabus. While taking up this course they promised there will be an online session to interact with their experts to clear doubts. But after receiving the tablet there are only the recorded videos available. Also no matric syllabus. It's totally no use to my Kid. So I wanted to cancel it but I received calls from customer support offering some additional syllabus of CBSE, I don't even understand what logic is there by offering this. After this I contacted customer service many times but there is no response. So I cancelled the bank ECS stating this complaint. After that I am receiving too many calls from customer service from their HR team legal team. Moreover everyday I am getting too many calls from each department and torturing me. Are you people trying to threaten me? What you doing is purely cheating and fraud works. Very poor service. You are not at all concentrating on child education. This company is only money minded. I called your customer support before, but there is no proper response, now after cancelling it I am getting calls from all the departments. If you try to threaten or take action through legal ways you can do it. I will solve it through legal ways as well.If it reflects to my cibil i will deal with it. So stop your calls and refund my payment and get your product back, it's useless for my kid.

                  I bought the product in may and then the salesman has told that this course can be cancelled anytime. I got the tablet on 1 June but I am not satisfied with it so I think to refund even within 15 days and they said your cancellation was done but after 1 months I got to know that it was not done and still I am paying a huge amount of money as EMI. Now they are telling that this course can't be cancelled. Please help.

                    My father bought the byju's premium kit for my brother in March.
                    The sales person somehow convinced him to buy the kit for a 15 days trial. The amount to be paid was 88k, which the sales person assured would be returned in full after the trial if my brother doesn't find the kit to be useful.
                    The lockdown started after 4-5 days. My brother dropped two mails to byju's stating that he doesn't want to continue with the membership. He was told that he can keep using the kit as it was not possible to return it in the lockdown and the return process can be resumed after the lifting of the lockdown. But he didn't use it.
                    This happened before the completion of the trial period.
                    After a few days, when my brother again talked to byju's, they told that the trial period is over and the kit cannot be returned.
                    My father tried to talked to them so many times but they are not ready to listen.
                    My father is a small town man and bought the kit considering byju's fame.
                    This is fraud!
                    Look into the problem or we'll have to take legal action against you.

                      We ve purchased byju's for 15 days trial . Within 15 days we informed them we dnt need it and sent mail. Nothing happend. We are constantly following up with them. And they behaving like crooks simply saying higher authority checking will get back to you wait for one weel etc etc..every month emi is taken too..Krishnanunni was the sales representative.he is not even picking the phone now.

                        My son M Sarves was enrolled with BYJUS in the month of Jun 20.

                        The program was for three years with an option to withdraw anytime during course after deduction of fess for the period of course attended by my son.

                        Inspite of repeated requests telephonically to mentor support number and Mrs monishita Roy and my mails to Priority support @ BYJUS, Replacement tab was not provided. Byjus has provided two tabs which I could not use.

                        Secondly, There has been very poor response from mentor. In fact no mentor has been arranged for the past two months.

                        Mrs Monishita had said that she will look after the mentoring till all the issues are resolved.

                        No learning could take place in the last one month after cancellation of part of the program i.e. BHLP due to error in the application.

                        Hence, I approached the team byjus through mentor contact line and by mail to BYJUS priority support, Mrs Monishita Roy and Ms Nikhita.

                        The issue have been causing too much off inconvenience as I am paying emi and learning is not taking place to my son.

                        Now, Byjus is saying they can not cancel the program which is against the terms and conditions of engagement through the councellor of BYJUS Mr. Siddhant.

                        May I request your office to direct BYJUS to collect the tabs from me, cancell the program and refund my balance after deducting fees for three months on prorata basis.

                        Myself kajal Vashishtha. I want to cancel my product due to some financial problems. Actually my father has lost his job and we can't pay a single rupee.
                        Since 15 January I am talking to your teams i.e. cancellation and finance but no one is taking my problem seriously. The cancellation team is saying that this is your personal problem and this was your planning and they are saying you have to pay and this is your headache that how will pay . They just say that they can help us financially by extending my EMI tenure to 18 months but I don't know why they are not understanding that my father is not earning a single rupee so how we can promise that we will pay it in extended time. From one month me and my family are suffering from this tention as well and my mother is a high bp patient. My younger brothers education is put on hold . Please we can't pay this much big amount. Please cancel this . We really don't have that much money . We aur feeding ourselves from our savings . And let me clear one more thing that please take your books and tablet and cancel this . Please we are really suffering .

                          I took byjus and the salesman who came to home said that if you want to refund the tablet after 15 days then we will return and money will be taken on the basis of how much you have used on byjus but now they are saying that we can't refund you money

                            We have bought the subscription of the product on 31 may 2020.
                            We are asked to mail the company within 15 days if we didn't like their product. We mailed within the time limit but even after 3 months they are calling us on daily basis for EMI payment (even on Sunday).we were told that cancellation will be soon completed but neither they have cancelled the course nor they have stopped calling us.

                              Just a caution note, if anybody is planning for Byjus online class please think again. Their marketing strategy is very bad. A marketing guy Asish kept calling me in the month of May 2020 to enroll my son in Byjus. During his marketing talk, he was saying that, apart from 15 days payback policy he said if we are not satisfied we can cancel anytime and the amount for the remaning duration will be refunded. I found this interesting. Unable to the bear his many days of pestering calls and this interesting policy I finally enrolled my son in Byjus. These marketing guys were so nice initially. Now the issue is that we find the app is not worth. The classes are not invoving, someone will come online and keep talking. Its like a youtube training videos. And my son missed 2 classes because their app was not functioning and showed "Payment failed" message. Even after repeatedly following up the app is not functioning even now. When I asked the marketing guy about refund he says he didnt offer the refund after 15 days. Unfortunately I don't have the phone record or an email from this unprofessional unethical marketing guy. Thts my fault. But anyway Byjus is a failure. Now when I talk to these marketing guys the experience is not welcoming rather they are disrespectful now.

                                They never told me that they will be deducting the money from my account automatically and I was also not informed of their policy about the cancellation beforehand. When my classes started, in the first month they had good teachers and after the trial period was over their service became completely pathetic. I told them that they can take the money for the services they have provided, but I do not want to continue with them anymore. Now they are spewing their policy terms at me and telling me that they will take money from me even if I am not going to use their services at all. I cannot afford to throw away money like this, and they are not entertaining anything I say, the support individual was blatantly rude, she was not listening to anything I had to say, she was only telling me how I have to keep paying for things I am not going to use. I am trapped and I need help.

                                They are not resolving the complaint, in fact they ignored my calls and emails for a long time and finally when the support individual called me did not even give me their name and they did not give me any proof that they are even from BYJU's and simply quoted the same textbook response in an extremely rude manner. The individual actually said this to me, 'You cannot even approach any authority, what will you tell them, you cannot tell them anything'. This is complete harrassment.

                                  I have placed my order (Id - [protected]) on 29th july and i have raised the cancellation request on 04th aug. But they are not cancelling my order and forcing me to pay the emi which will start from 7/9/20 since i have signed nach mandate it will deduct from my account on given date.

                                  I have not received any product yet and now the product is no longer need so i wanted to cancel it but they are not processing my request. Please help me in cancellation of my order & loan as well.

                                  At the time of purchase their sells person told me that you can cancel your order within 15 days after you received. But i have not received any product still they are not cancelling my order. Its so frustrating.

                                      Hi

                                      We have been promised while buying the service that if there any issue with device the device will be replaced for the life time of the contract ( 5 years)

                                      I paid more than 76000 for the same and now that there is some issue with device they are mentioning that they won't replace the device and we should get it repaired.

                                      Also I mentioned them that quality of there content is not same as what they demoed and now these issues are coming as well on which the staff from BYJU's was very rude and said we can do whatever we want to.. really this the quality of Indian businesses?

                                      The above mentioned incident took place at 21-Aug-2020.
                                      I am very unhappy and would like to get refunded for the remaining of the period and if they don't do that then may be I will spend more but will make sure will get proper case against them in court of law (already in talk with my lawyer).

                                        Byjus employee promised me that there will be rhymes and alphabets in the syallabus for my two year kid. There is not a even a single thing which is able to understand by my kid, I have been asking for the refund from past 4 months they are not even responding
