Sir,

My son M Sarves was enrolled with BYJUS in the month of Jun 20.

The program was for three years with an option to withdraw anytime during course after deduction of fess for the period of course attended by my son.

Inspite of repeated requests telephonically to mentor support number and Mrs monishita Roy and my mails to Priority support @ BYJUS, Replacement tab was not provided. Byjus has provided two tabs which I could not use.

Secondly, There has been very poor response from mentor. In fact no mentor has been arranged for the past two months.

Mrs Monishita had said that she will look after the mentoring till all the issues are resolved.

No learning could take place in the last one month after cancellation of part of the program i.e. BHLP due to error in the application.

Hence, I approached the team byjus through mentor contact line and by mail to BYJUS priority support, Mrs Monishita Roy and Ms Nikhita.

The issue have been causing too much off inconvenience as I am paying emi and learning is not taking place to my son.

Now, Byjus is saying they can not cancel the program which is against the terms and conditions of engagement through the councellor of BYJUS Mr. Siddhant.

May I request your office to direct BYJUS to collect the tabs from me, cancell the program and refund my balance after deducting fees for three months on prorata basis.

Myself kajal Vashishtha. I want to cancel my product due to some financial problems. Actually my father has lost his job and we can't pay a single rupee.
Since 15 January I am talking to your teams i.e. cancellation and finance but no one is taking my problem seriously. The cancellation team is saying that this is your personal problem and this was your planning and they are saying you have to pay and this is your headache that how will pay . They just say that they can help us financially by extending my EMI tenure to 18 months but I don't know why they are not understanding that my father is not earning a single rupee so how we can promise that we will pay it in extended time. From one month me and my family are suffering from this tention as well and my mother is a high bp patient. My younger brothers education is put on hold . Please we can't pay this much big amount. Please cancel this . We really don't have that much money . We aur feeding ourselves from our savings . And let me clear one more thing that please take your books and tablet and cancel this . Please we are really suffering .
I would very grateful to you .

    I took byjus and the salesman who came to home said that if you want to refund the tablet after 15 days then we will return and money will be taken on the basis of how much you have used on byjus but now they are saying that we can't refund you money

      We have bought the subscription of the product on 31 may 2020.
      We are asked to mail the company within 15 days if we didn't like their product. We mailed within the time limit but even after 3 months they are calling us on daily basis for EMI payment (even on Sunday).we were told that cancellation will be soon completed but neither they have cancelled the course nor they have stopped calling us.

        Just a caution note, if anybody is planning for Byjus online class please think again. Their marketing strategy is very bad. A marketing guy Asish kept calling me in the month of May 2020 to enroll my son in Byjus. During his marketing talk, he was saying that, apart from 15 days payback policy he said if we are not satisfied we can cancel anytime and the amount for the remaning duration will be refunded. I found this interesting. Unable to the bear his many days of pestering calls and this interesting policy I finally enrolled my son in Byjus. These marketing guys were so nice initially. Now the issue is that we find the app is not worth. The classes are not invoving, someone will come online and keep talking. Its like a youtube training videos. And my son missed 2 classes because their app was not functioning and showed "Payment failed" message. Even after repeatedly following up the app is not functioning even now. When I asked the marketing guy about refund he says he didnt offer the refund after 15 days. Unfortunately I don't have the phone record or an email from this unprofessional unethical marketing guy. Thts my fault. But anyway Byjus is a failure. Now when I talk to these marketing guys the experience is not welcoming rather they are disrespectful now.

          They never told me that they will be deducting the money from my account automatically and I was also not informed of their policy about the cancellation beforehand. When my classes started, in the first month they had good teachers and after the trial period was over their service became completely pathetic. I told them that they can take the money for the services they have provided, but I do not want to continue with them anymore. Now they are spewing their policy terms at me and telling me that they will take money from me even if I am not going to use their services at all. I cannot afford to throw away money like this, and they are not entertaining anything I say, the support individual was blatantly rude, she was not listening to anything I had to say, she was only telling me how I have to keep paying for things I am not going to use. I am trapped and I need help.

          They are not resolving the complaint, in fact they ignored my calls and emails for a long time and finally when the support individual called me did not even give me their name and they did not give me any proof that they are even from BYJU's and simply quoted the same textbook response in an extremely rude manner. The individual actually said this to me, 'You cannot even approach any authority, what will you tell them, you cannot tell them anything'. This is complete harrassment.

            I have placed my order (Id - [protected]) on 29th july and i have raised the cancellation request on 04th aug. But they are not cancelling my order and forcing me to pay the emi which will start from 7/9/20 since i have signed nach mandate it will deduct from my account on given date.

            I have not received any product yet and now the product is no longer need so i wanted to cancel it but they are not processing my request. Please help me in cancellation of my order & loan as well.

            At the time of purchase their sells person told me that you can cancel your order within 15 days after you received. But i have not received any product still they are not cancelling my order. Its so frustrating.

                Hi

                We have been promised while buying the service that if there any issue with device the device will be replaced for the life time of the contract ( 5 years)

                I paid more than 76000 for the same and now that there is some issue with device they are mentioning that they won't replace the device and we should get it repaired.

                Also I mentioned them that quality of there content is not same as what they demoed and now these issues are coming as well on which the staff from BYJU's was very rude and said we can do whatever we want to.. really this the quality of Indian businesses?

                The above mentioned incident took place at 21-Aug-2020.
                I am very unhappy and would like to get refunded for the remaining of the period and if they don't do that then may be I will spend more but will make sure will get proper case against them in court of law (already in talk with my lawyer).

                  Byjus employee promised me that there will be rhymes and alphabets in the syallabus for my two year kid. There is not a even a single thing which is able to understand by my kid, I have been asking for the refund from past 4 months they are not even responding

                    I am from jammu, i have purchased byju's product in february 2020, but till date i did not get books from byju's end. My child is not avail services of byju's product. Byju have recovering amount consciously from my end but i did not get books and other services. I want to return the product on immediately basis. I am not satisfied with the service.

                    Kindly return my money and take your product immediately back.
                    I also claim my daughter session spoiled due to lack of services of books and mentor.

                      The marketing person told me that there will be online English language classes, so I took the course but there are no online English language classes conducted. Then I called the customer care they told there are no such classes in your course, same reply from mentor. Now I want my refund and cancel the course and no further auto debit from my bank account.

                        1. I am facing many problems from your side.

                        (a) Firstly, my child does understand any chapter in physics live class as I earlier told you.
                        (b) Secondly, All offline video and live classes in english language only, which can not be understanding fully by child.
                        (c) Thirdly, Dought which child ask from expert are only 15 in limit for a month.
                        (d) Fourthly, Tablet which I received does not support calling/Gprs facility.
                        (e) Fifthly, The price are too high in comparison to others ie Rs 1, 09, 500.
                        (f) Sixth, Now your mentor or sr executive will not give any reply or call back to me after a waiting period of 15 min to 30 or also in next day after give 10 time calls on your support number.

                          Came to talk to us for my child's learning program from jaipur office. We agreed over simple conversation. He took a cheque, and other bank details and accepting over monthly emi.
                          After a couple of days i received call from their head-office about surplus amount to be paid, after a short conversation, immediately i told them to stop the program. But when i went to bank 5000 /rs where deducted from my account. I struggled a lot to get back my money, they returned some money but still. I want my money back.
                          After such a long period, they have not returned my hard earn money. Please help me.

                            I have an order of jee and neet books ordered about one and a half month before. Yet i have not received them and i tracked it but the tracking result shows "in transit" and there is no progress in tracking result. Please sort it. Make the books reach me soon.

                                I have purchased your product for my two child in the year 2018. Sanchita was in 6 th standard and anay was in 3 rd standrard. At present anay is in 5 th standard.
                                Reference:-ticket number is 11214826 with this reference i am perusing from 29 july 2020. Before that on 6 july it is assured to be sent sd card but later on it was cancelled and not informed to me. When i contacted on 29 july 2020 i came to know.
                                Since 29 july i provided audio recoding of person from whom i purchased your product. Later on informed reply received but again stated thatreply is not received and informed said person left byjus. Since 3 august talks of senior managers are going but no fruitful reply is given. Had your company required such time to internal communication then service of your company is worst.
                                Here by i called you to give final answer of providing sd card of anay for 5 th standard..

                                  Dear Byjus, I raised request for cancellation with in the time period, Rakshit Naik, dragged for 11 months and saying you are not eligible for cancellation and I have call records with another employees like Nandu Gopal, they said you are eligible for 100 percent refunded as you raised 15 days before for Cancelarion. Now rakshit negligible person, irresponsible person saying j will give you concession 15000 instead of 52500, he is bargaining, is he working in Byjus or vegetable market??
                                  For this issue, 100 mails sent, no one is responding, look into this once and refund my money as soon as possible

                                    I was changing my registered mobile number when i was logged out of my byjus account. I had done all the steps needed to relog in. Now it's asking me for an pin code send with my byjus sd card. I don't know what that pin code mean. Could you tell me from where i can get that pin code so that i can login my account.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have purchased their byjus tablet program for one year. I took progarm in end of 2019 to dec 2020.
                                      But since i have took their program, they took whole fees from me in order to provide whole facilities m struggling with that every month. First half books they have sent me on jan 2020 n remaining books in aug 2020, in which still one book is pending. My students portal where i get webinar n value edition series, this portal ol the time on its own stop showing me the content, i have to call them regularly to get this done.
                                      This is utterly harrresment for the the thing i paid for.
                                      I have to call seek beg n more shiit n then wait for long periods..
                                      This product i have taken for year and from 6 month i have faced only harrasment, n yet few months to go by, but for one year this is torture they don't deliver what they proclaim.. I want my students portal to be working as i have paid you guys entirely... Plus books which are supposed to deliver... Byjus fake proclaiming company.
