    Dear Sir,

    When I bought the BYJU package in January 2020 I was not given the option for one on one session. I was told that it was part of package and I am getting 40 sessions free which will be flexible. I can take anytime. Then sessions started expiring. So my sales guy talked at back end and told me that it won't expire for me as he has taken special permission. Then covid started and schools closed then summer vacation. So, my son dint use. When he tried using few months back we were told that sessions have expired. I was told that when I paid Rs20, 000 separate for one on one session I was told that it is for 10 months. I said I paid lump sum and never opted for one on one session. After following up for 2-3 months we got sessions back with September 2021 expiry.

    Now we are not able to take the sessions because of one or the other problem. In last 20 days we were able to take only 2 sessions

    Then I wrote below mail to Mamtha of BYJU on 20th January 2021

    Dear Mamtha,

    The struggle to take one on one session is still going on.. Took 1 session few days back. It was a struggle then after wasting 2 full days on follow-ups with different people my son took first session.

    Yesterday we tried to take 2nd session. We wasted around 3-4 hours trying logging in and kept talking to Amrita and following up with her till night. At night she said that it is done and there should be no problem and we can take session today. Today my son tried at 5pm.. again it dint happen. Emailed the screenshot to Amrita. She said that she is getting it done immediately. Its almost 6.30 now and nothing has happened. My son has his school assignments, projects, other activities and their assignments. We don’t have the luxury of so much time to waste 2 days for every half an hour session.

    Its really terrible if I and my son both have to wastes much time in logging in problem and follow ups for every half an hour session. Hope you understand what a waste of time and effort this is. When you talked last time I thought it is being taken care once and for all. However, this is not the case. The case is as pathetic as it was then. Only the problem has changed.

    Please let me know what is to be done for smooth functioning of one on one sessions.

    This was my mail and she keeps saying that she will call me but hasn't called. My son has taken only 2 sessions in last 20 days as he is not able to take and whenever we try we waste 2-3 days following up for 30 mins session. Now I don't want to take.

    I have the audio recording of the sales guy who is telling everything clearly but I am not able to attach it.

    Please help me get the refund of Rs20, 000 as I have been cheated into this. First of all I never opted. Secondly now I am frustrated and tired of all the problems associated with one on one sessions. Don't want to take anymore sessions.

      My son Sangik Ghatak is a student of Adamas International School Kolkata. He had received invitation to join BYJU's Discovery contest and attemd the contest.
      Today, we have received call from BYJU agent [protected] to attend a councilling session at 6PM through Zoom. They had send the link. But due to urgent class of Abacus, my son cant able to attend the session that we informed BYJU person while he calls on 6PM.
      But at 7:08 PM today, I got a call from this number [protected] mentioning himself as a BYJU central team member and did misbehave towards me. That fellow told I have no responsibility to my child and I am irresposible. My son will be irresponsible and duffer and will send me to Old age home.

      Now my qus is to BYJU, is this the culture or way of business that they claimed as World class training ??
      I am very shoked that BYJU agent can told this type of words to parents and their child with slang languages.
      Never promote BYJU to all for the children as BYJU cant give knowledge to their sales agents the way of talking...
      Need ultimate resolution.

        I have to cancel the subscription, order id[protected].i have already complained to your finance team also sent mail but finance team told me to pay last EMI of month of Dec-2020 then it cancell .so now I paid your EMI amount of month of Dec-2020.so please now cancell the subscription .

            I have Byju subscription for my kid and due to some reasons, I am not able to continue paying. They did not inform me that the payment is on loan and auto debit is also mandatory. This is straight FRAUD to parents who are mostly not informed clearly of the process.
            I called them several times but they don't help.
            I have been not using there product for last few months as well.
            I request to take serious action against them so no other parents are trapped in their scam.

                I purchased one byjus product for my daughter in the month of may 2020 with loan. I then purchased 2 more products for my relatives from my bank account but as soon as it reached us we decided to not keep them. I called the sales person who gave me the product he told us that emi wont get deducted and we can keep the tablets. We trusted him and couldn't notice that emi was still getting deducted from my salary account. After 4-5 months when I noticed around Rs 80, 000 was deducted. I asked for their help but they refused to help me. I am still willing to give their product back and want my money. They are not ready to help.

                    I'm getting unnecessary calls from byju everyday regarding some product which I haven't taken... I've never ever used byju in my life and still getting calls regarding some product... I've told them it's a wrong number and to not call me anymore. I'm still being harassed each and every day unnecessarily.

                      I was purchased the product in the month of September after paying Rs5000/- to the co. and after purchasing the same three installments have been paid amounting Rs.2333/-, In total Rs. 11000/- have been paid to the company/institution. Several times I requested to the executive of the institution to refund my amount as well as quit my child Aniket Anand from BYJUs. but till date mentor or sales person have not contact with me. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but several persons talked with me on my request but they told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying Rs.2333 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because I am not capable to pay Rs.2333/- per month emi and also there is no benefit from the institution.. They are cheater. Please cancel the application and refund the amount.

                        The Bijuys counselor sold me the product without the complete details about the same. I have been following up on the same and have called several times for this since 2 weeks.

                        I need a call from someone who has the decision authority and resolve my issue for a product cancellation. No call required from the mentors.

                          My sd card got corrupted 10 days ago. I have issued complaint regarding this and then it is being told that i will receive new sd card. I haven't received my sd card till now even my request has not been processed till now. I have problem in my studies. I have bought the tablet course on 15 December 2020. I have called to the team of byju's after 10 days and they are saying that till now my memory card has not been dispatched. It's really irresponsible behavior that no one is solving the issue till now.

                            Byju's cheated me about wrong course. They told me that there will be classes 3 times a week, and i went to buy the course. But after buying, they say i have enrolled for just some material and not for the classes, and i have to pay again for the classes.

                                I have purchased byjus before three months and I received a tablet without the ias app or video content so I have sent a cancellation request through email and by calling so they told me that they have initiated the cancellation but after three month they have told me that they cannot cancel it after three month but I raised the cancellation request within 10 days of receiving the product so I want complete cancellation and refund.

                                  I have not been using any of the paid BYJUs services. I remember discussing about the services and understanding how much it cost in 3rd quarter of 2020. But suddenly I got this message stating that if your EMI is pending and your auto debit is already mandated.(message pic attached)

                                  For a person taking no paid device from BYJUs or who has ever requested one, getting such a message is not only stressing but harassing too. I am still not sure if it is a marketing gimmick.

                                  Such practices should be stopped and discouraged at all costs.

                                        I requested for cancellation process within trial period but it's now more than two months completed still no response from cancellation process. When i called customer service for updates of cancellation process they are giving some issues in it. Try to help me.
