We purchased byjus by their member they say live classes of 12th or jee mains and jee advance but they give only recorder videos and said that u have to pay extra we agree that time but now we have critical financial condition now my father is no more and my mom job is on hold from their job because of the covid 19 and we don't have enough money to give money of emi of byjus bit they create pressure on us to give installments we told them...

Subject:Regarding EMI amount
As per telephonic conversation of byjus officials I am here to state my opinion about not paying EMI amount.
1.In the beginning of October month itself we requested your byjus officials about cancellation of byjus EMI and refunding the amount. (Documents attached)
Your officials told me in phone that you have paid 5 installment regularly...

Byjus service is not good enough to learn our child. We want to discontinue the service. Already sent the email to discontinue it, but they are not responding. Need to close it this service with effective from October month....

Still no response from Baiju. My child is only 5 years old and unable to catch up your courses. So, I have decided to cancel it.

the educational counsellor of byjus learning applications told me that “*There is 15days cancellation period is there you can the use the product if your not interested in byjus product you can cancel the product*”

I got purchased Byjus Tab for my son Vihaan kulkarni class 4 . At starting of gradeing 4 His tab has some issue in its software it is not signing in and giving error msg like couldn't sign in google account and with out signing byjus program is not working properly. It is not opening....

Please stop sending promotional messages to [protected]. It's really annoying. I get a SMS three times every day... Please take some action.

The advertisement on Television of BYJUS is not feasible. They are directly Critising the Schools. Performance is not depend upon Tushion... Why they are promoting Tushions as compare to schools directly....

I subscribed the product for class 8, 9 and 10 for my kid. Paid down payment of 5000. Was promised the product delivery in 15 days. Even after following up for 2 months, they didn’t deliver the product. Finally I gave up and sent them mail for cancellation. After that it’s been 6 months, I keep getting calls from finance for

I have order BHLP course on 22nd october and within 24hrs i have called the cancellation team to cancel my order and refund the money. i want you to please understand and cancel my subscription which I'd avail for. I got my tablet on 15th Feb. 2020 and my monthly EMI date is 7th of every month.
my problem is that i can't get focused completly. i want to concentrate on my engineering first and i don't want to continue this course anymore.
