No not at all don't go for byjus I am a student of class 11+12(IIT/Jee) Here are the reason:
1. It provides u recorded class ( not live classes) Cost - ₹75000 which include [class 11+12+IIT JEE slyabus +Cengage Books+ Tablet 10 inch]
2. It's has live classes but for that u have to pay ₹50000. Here u will not get any class 11+12+IIT JEE slyabus recorded classes . Also u will not get Cengage Books and 10 inch tablet.
3. Means i[censored] want to enroll in byjus classes either u pay ₹75000 or u pay ₹50000 or u can buy both of the course ₹75000+₹50000
4. Here u will get only one teacher of each subject so i[censored] don't understand the concept by that particular teacher u have no option like going or asking the same concept to another teacher
5. I[censored] are going to buy recorded classes of byjus then those classes/videos are available only in English language.
6. No doubt classes in recorded classes as they are available offline(_offline because they are recorded)
7. No special doubt classes in "Live classes costs₹50000"
8. Mentors are only active till u have purchased their courses after that they will give u attention for only 1 week and the rest 23 months (11+12 classes) they are inactive means they stop providing u workshop books and ur progess details about how is ur studies going on and etc. through e-mail
9. They have AITS (all India test series) which just for name means mentors will not provide u the link to give test and u will also not get to know about test which are going on.
10. I have completed 1 year and I have given only 1 time AITS exam (during the early months when I have purchased the course)
11. There are many more reasons for not buying or enrolling in byjus classes.

    The video lecture is too short not cover full topics and speed is slow, the pdf language is difficult, english and hindi classes are missing and books also missing .the counsellor donot pick phone call, i want to refund my money.

        I had requested for cancellation, even before receiving the product(In fact with in a day). They had told i will receive the product within 8-10 days, but i received it with in a day.
        Even after receiving the Product the Sent an email requesting the cancellation, They called and asked for the reason, I explained the reason. They said they will process. I sent mail to follow up, they gave refrence number " the ticket number is 14472067" after that their was NO response from them. So i sent one more mail on NOV 16 2020 . After that BYJUS is saying, you did not sent the product back with in 15 days, so we wont be able to cancel.
        They did not provide me address, I had requested multiple times, Please tell me the procedure so that i can sent the product back. As its a tablet i was scared to send it with out the confirmation.
        Now they are denying the cancellation.
        They wont reply/answer/tell the procedure for 15 days. After 15 days they say your trial period is over, you did not return with in 15 days so we cant cancel this order.

            Hi, I want to complain about the manipulative attitude of the byju sales people. I enquired about what books I've to buy for upsc course and nothing else. But then I kept receiving calls from one byju counsellor Nivedita Singh manipulating me to take up their ias course. Kept pressurizing me to buy until I made the payment for registration fees of 5000. And then I was asked to share my bank statement of which I wasn't informed earlier. Kept pressurizing me to make share the bank details. I cancelled my registration and asked for refund now there was no reply. First of all I only enquired about the books and not taking up the course. So please cancel my registration and refund the registration amount of 5k at the earliest...

              It is for your kind information that one of your counsellor of Kolkata named Md. Asif fraudulently mislead me to admit my child miss Nadira Yasmeen in online classes of your company and mislead me that if the classes are not up to the mark you can discontinue the course at your own will after a fortnight or next month.
              I did not find your online classes up to my expectation and my child miss Nadira Yasmeen was also not satisfied with nature of online teaching by your company, so, I approached your counsellor Md. Asif for discontinuation of the course as well as stoppage of further installment to be paid to your company on mobile number - [protected], he advised me to make application at my bank branch i.e. Axis Bank Dhanbad for stoppage of installment but it is regretted that my bank did not comply my request and advised me to talk with your call centre.
              When I connected customer care of your company they did not replied to my satisfaction, they told me that some IIFL company had paid full amount of the said course to your company on account of load against my name on the basis of false agreement submitted by the said counsellor, Md. Asif of Kolkata on my behalf, it is totally false as I have not signed any agreement paper with said financial company.
              So kindly look into this matter and take strong action against said counsellor who fraudulently submitted false agreement on behalf of me, and initiate some concrete step to stop monthly deduction of installment from my account as well as refund of 1st installment.
              Expecting early necessary action otherwise I will go to consumer forum for said fraud done by your counsellor as well as your company.
              ( We have made a complaint about byju's on [protected]@byjus.com . But we got no response from them )

                I have bought your course on 28th November through Mr Souvik Jana your coordinator and have given the delivery address to Arunachal to him through our whatapps conversation. But unfortunately he had delivered the product to Manipur, now the product is stuck in Manipur. Please solve this problem at the earliest.

                      Education not satisfactory and for the refund they are not giving response. I received Byjus tablet on[protected] and the same is not up to my staisfaction so I drop mail for its return on[protected] and besides giving many reminder and mails not get my refund still i.e.[protected]. I have all mail of this communication.

                      Byjus at the time of product demo your authorised person Mr. Akash Mahajan commited many things but i have not shown your staff working and nature is adjustable.

                      your education system is also not adjustable to understand the child to how to improve our self by without teacher.

                      madam avni which is she told me she is a head of byjus and she from banglore and wihtout her approval i cant get my refund.
                      and she is saying she is not refund my amount with talk to my son. which i told her he is my son and how you say that you cant refund my amount without talking to him he is my child and for the bright future i know if it is not adjustable for my son thats why i am saying and i told him i was paid amount and it is my decision for the children but he is not adjustable so you should to refund amount without delay.

                      i am requesting you with more activities from my end please refund my amount otherwise i should complaint to PM PORTAL that you are harresing the parents and the children for the business through education and your business promoter person's providing wrong information for the business.

                      While discussed with your sales representative on time of demo season that no charges will be charged if we return the product and also courier cost will be born by the company. Then why company not arrange to pick up and refund my money asap.

                        Sir In my last Email I have requested for cancellation of subscription taken for my two kids with immediate effect as even 15 days trial classes have not been initiated. But after I have sent a Email, I have received a call and they provide a assurance to give a 7 days time . They will assign a best mentor to children and make them aware about the materials and learning system of BYJU’S. I have also requested not to charge any EMI from my account. But today ECS of Rs 6667 have been presented in my account and get bounced because of Insufficient funds. This have charged me Rs 590 as fine to me and hampered my image in my bank. I have also asked the mam that in these 7days if my children and spouse are satisfied with the study pattern and don’t take it as a burden, I shall continue the subscription by payment through my Credit Card. In spite of my request, Telephonic Conversation and mail, ESC have been presented and get bounced. Please pay me the fined amount after talking to the finance department. Waiting for your response.

                          Hi. I am Jaswinder Singh from Amritsar. I have taken subscription for two children Harsimran Kaur and Arshdeep Singh. I have given Rs 5000 for trial classes for 15 days and all account details for EMI deductions if I want to continue after trial classes. But after receiving the material after whole month trial classes have not been initiated. This week three four classes have been initiated. But my children are not interested in continuing as they are very little and considering it as a burden. So I want to discontinue from the services. Please do the needful. Please do not deduct any EMI from my account. As even 15 days trial classes for children have not been completed yet. Please do the needful.

                          Hi I am Jaswinder Singh from Amritsar. In my last mail I have written a request that EMI of the course shall not be deducted from my account .I have got a call from Byjys department giving me assurance that we can assign a best mentor of BYJU’S to my kids to make them understand and to make them familiar with the tools and study pattern of BYJU’S and ask for a 7 days time. I have also them that if in these 7 days children are interested in continuing and not consider it as a burden then I shall continue to pay the fees . I have also requested not to present any EMI in my account. I want to pay through my credit card every month. But in spite of this today EMI presented in my account and get bounced because of insufficient funds and I have charged Rs590 as penalty from my bank. I want to have clarity that then what is the fun of having telephonic discussion. This bounce of EMI have hampered my image in my bank . This should not be happen in future .Please refund this panelty to me after talking to the Finance team . Waiting for you cooperation and response.

                            I had availed a online Education classes through Byjus.com but the education quality is not quality which was promised by Byjus company. Now I want to refund all the assets and want to close the ECS Mandate which is still pending. Several times I have contacted with byjus customer care team but not received any proper response. Requesting your concern into this matter and close the ECS Mandate for future reference.

                                Sir my daughter's lenova byjus tablet was broken by mistakely in my place there is no centers of lenova tab so I request u to recover my daughter's lenova tablet we will pay u the payment of your work please try to understand and help us sir my daughter have to prepare for competitive exams.. we very difficultly payed the amount for that subscription...

                                  I've purchased a product from Byju's on 06th September 2020. I've paid INR.5000/- as advance and rest of the amount as EMI on 12 month tenure. Total course is for INR.25000/-. Now I'm on a financial crisis and I don't wish to have the product as well. I don't want the product & I don't want a refund for the paid amount or I don't want to keep the product. I want the ECS automatic payment to Byju's has to be stopped from December 2020. I don't have the money and I can't pay for EMI. I can return the product to the address of the automatic payment is stopped from December 2020 onwards. Byju's support team said, they have nothing to do with the cancellation and I have to pay the rest of the amount as EMI. The due date of EMI is 07th of every month. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                                    Am really upset and lost my patient with the byju’s.brought the product May 28 2020, for my daughter to learn her 7thand 8th grade. After a month I changedmy international syllabus to State board in july From the day 1 of changing the new SD Card, the tab is notworking, every time when we tried to play the video, it come out of the app.From that day nothing is working and I am advice to remove the sd card andreinsert by the byjus tech support, but tab is not at all detecting the SDcard. So again I was force to search for a Lenovo service center they said SDcard is not inside the TAB. Again I purchased a new SD card for RS.1000, even that is not detectedwhen I insert the same card in my mobile phone it say SD is corrupted.I am paying every month EMI from day registered. I neverseen such a poor service, I trusted a lot but now I feel I wasted my hardearned money. Really I want a solution otherwise wanted to take a legal actionand to social media.Subashini Ruben.[protected]

                                      I have purchased online learning material from Byju's ( From Arohi Arora from Noida), I asked for class 4 & Class 5 materials but byjus provide for class 3& class 4. his is misleading information given to us recently & Byju's did not provide any documents which inform the same.
