My son is not using the tablet anymore and it has some problems occasionally. During lock down there was no use of it at all. Requested to cancel over call multiple times but did not help. Expecting to cancel this service and refund remaining amount. And there was a emi deduction even though was a constant ask for cancelling [protected]

    I was purchased the product three months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms ashok contact but she told refund is not possible because already three months is over but i am paying 10000. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

        I am veerapandian father of Roshan Aditya. We took a 15-day trial period for the 9th and 10th byjus program in January. But till now only one class has been taken. We applied for a refund but there is no response from the organization. We tried calling but it is switched off and not reachable. The response from them is very poor. Solve this problem as soon as possible.

          Sir I had applied for byjus cancellation but the cancellation team is not responding.
          The counsellor had cheated me that you can apply for cancellation only after the delivery of the product but the fact is you can apply for the cancellation soon after the registration . I had paid 5000 rupees for the registration. Please give justice for me

            When ever I try to contact my mentor then they will say to wait 15 minutes, but after 1 hour also I can't get a call back. Because of this issue I have not attempted 1 month classes .please solve this problem.

                  I have ordered my kit of byju's they told me that this will be refunded if you don't like it my order delivered my home in 5 January and I and I told byju's that I don't want this at 16 jan.but they send the address of byju's at 31 st january I am posting the kit but now they telling to pay the emi because of financial issue I can't pay
                  it. they are telling to pay the EMI else they will complain it to police. Please take any action regarding this and help many o[censored]s.

                    This complaint is regarding order cancelation of the product of Byjus but by the byjus side they are not responding. They are not updating me the status. Only on daily basis I mailed them regularly but they are not showing any intrest in that. On regular basis they do only talk about 5 minutes and delayed the process daily by daily.. approx 20 days completed about all the whole procedure.
                    I am attaching some attachments but I have more attachments regarding that.

                      I wanted to change class timings for my kid optional class from Sunday Morning 8:30 AM to Tuesday Evening 9:15 PM. I called around 23Jan for this request and Ashiwarya my kids mentor said this will be done, next week post 26th Jan I called up again, I was not able to connect to Aishwarya but some other person attended and said that this will be done, and post this later my wife received 2 calls stating that this will be done, and based on this confirmation i booked my kid for Sunday morning tennis classes. However the change did not reflect on the app, and I followed up again and again got a confirmation through mail that this is done and will reflect on tab soon. However till today this is not done and kid is loosing classes. Mentora Aishwarya/ Jibin/Pavithra are absconding, despite several calls and mails there is no response. Every time I call to the center they give false info that the call is being arranged in 15 minutes, but its been more than 15 days and no resolution in site. The mentors have mails saying they are no longer mentor for my kid. The company has been highly unprofessional in handling a basic case.

                        Your senior counselor told me that this is a complete IAS course but this is not & tablet always hackThere is no preparation for answer writing at all.There is no preparation for answer writing at all.The course is not exactly the same as your Senior Counselor said

                            I made an initial payment of 5000 Rs where the marketing executive Chetan working in Tirupati office. After that as promised he did not provide any and he started asking for 72000/-. Since nothing done with the initial amount paid and demanding more. After reviewing about Byjus complaint from different postings/ forums, I decided not to continue. We asked him to return our money and 1 year over he is telling stories and finally he said he left the job which is not true. This is how Byju's is working. For 5000 they are playing cheap trick and behaviour just guess what is the condition of the other who paid complete.

                            Regarding Byjus there is nothing good about this. Nothing new. Youtube is better platform than this for secondary school people they are providing kinder garden curriculum is designed.

                                I purchased byjus SD card last year, till then it was running perfectly in my new samsung M31, but after the UI3 update, i forgot to remove sd card during update, its not working, when i asked for replacment, the new provided is also not working, showing SD card corrupted.
                                I checked it in my different device which is 1 year old, and this phone also showed that new sd card is corrupted.
                                But when I tried to use it ina 3 year old phone which was update 12 months ago, sd card is running properly.
                                Pls explain this that sd card working in 3 year oldphone but not on the 6 month or 1 year old phone?
                                Also my phones having a lot of data in my M31 so also cannot format my device.

                                  I have registered for 9th grade package due to the health issues of my father he was unable to do the work. So we are not able to pay the EMI I have asked the byjus to cancel the package on Jan 27.1.2021 and I have payed the emi for Jan month. And now they are asking to pay the EMI for this Feb month but I asked to cancel the classes last month itself.now from the byjus finance team they are threatening my parents to pay the emi especially a person called (Parthiban).

                                      I opted for IAS for 3 yeras and was told I will have 15 days to evaluate the kit. Now despite multiple follow-ups, my study materials were delivered late, i.e, on 5th Jan 2021. I took 7 days and reached to a conclusion that it's not of any significant help to me. Hence I requested a refund on 12th of Jan. Since then, I have been constantly contacting Byju's, receiving inappropriate response.

                                      I want this course cancelled as I have asked for the refund after 7 days of delivery. I will approach consumer court if needed and fight till my last breath untill I receive the refund. Also I won't pay a penny of my EMI, no matter what!

                                      Hello, Please call them and explain the legitimate cause of return, they will surely help you out. You have to be consistent and follow-up multiple times if needed and stand your ground.
