I have written my mails and made calls to Sr. Manager SUBHAM Bhardawaj and also to cancellation department of byjus center but they are not cancelling my registration, as my registration number is [protected] with name Vaishnavi verma. They are forcing us to continue my registration but I can't able to continue and at the time of purchase they told me that I can cancel my registration any time I want to.
Kindly take some earliest action.

I have purchase BYJU'S kit for class 1 and 2 rs 35000. Sales person send me email in written if you not satisfied this product you can return it within 15 days date of receiving but after receiving we have call customer care sales person for cancellation but everyone always say I will call tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. I have also drop mail [protected]@ byjus.com but no response from other side. This is a big cheater company. Please everyone beware before buy BYJU'S product.

I Swarnajit Chaudhuri s/o Nirmal Chaudhuri at Khatra dt. Bankura Pin 722140 WB. I complained with in 15 days after registration on 25/11/2020.But they trap me in their word to avoid cancellation. Now I am in totally depressed and forced by Byjus team to pay emi, even of I do not study their course . I am a student of west bengal board of class vii. I come of a needy family. I live in rural area. Kindly cancel my emi otherwise I will face a monetary problem. Please help me and solve my problem emmidiately.

On 24th jan 2020 byjus team had a zoom meeting with us and asked me to do a trial for 15 days with their product with 5000 initial payment for trial period. I agreed and paid amount. They called me after two days ans asked about my bank detail gor emi processing. And they said after the emi process only they will send the product. I said i dont have such account detail to process the emi. The replied that Without emi initiation they cannot send me tablet for trial period. I wanted to cancel my previous order. Now they are not taking phone calls. And asking me to send mail after 10 days.. There is no response from their sales person who called me and made me the payment.. I want to get my money back. I didnt used any single facility from them.

We registered on a course of Rs 2000
For class IV on 28 Jan 2021 and on 1 Feb 2021 we requested to refund our course as per the company guidelines but they are not refunding nor even updating about the same.We have not used any of the material on their course and today is 12 Feb .
Please refund the amount.

I complained with in 15 days, but they trap me in their words to avoid cancellation ... now i m totally depressed and forced by byjus team to pay emi, even if i dont study their course please help me

I dont want to continue Byjus services. I have explained the reasons many times. Kindly initiate the process to cancel my subscription .

We have taken a subscription 10 days back by paying some amount and now we are trying to cancel it and for that when we called we are not getting proper response. We called around 10 times and in return they are telling that the call will arranged between us and the concerned team and yet no call has been arranged. I am fed up with this service. See this time we dont need this service but in future definitely we need this service but if i get this kind of service then i dont recommend Byju's and i will not refer to anybody to take it. So i request you to please consider my request with high priority and take action ASAP. Please do not force me to choose the other path like complaining to customer court and sharing in social media. It wont be good if i do that. Please take the action immediately.

I Have paid 5000 rupees for the Byjus admission purpose.But My son is not interested in learning with Byjus app So I decided to cancel the Byjus.During the admission, the counsellor had promised me that he will help me to cancel the Byjus courses.After knowing that my son is not willing to study in Byjus, I have applied cancellation. So I asked help from counsellor to cancel my courses.The counsellor told some methods to cancel. After that, the counsellor is not even responding to my call
He had blocked my number.This counsellor had cheated me.Whenever I call him, he send a message that he is busy.After that I had filed a complaint against byjus consumercomplaints.in.Soon after the next day the cancellation team hadcalled me.They have force my son to learn in byjus but he refused.After that also they are not updating about the cancellation.So please help me to get my 5000 rupees back.

My son is not using the tablet anymore and it has some problems occasionally. During lock down there was no use of it at all. Requested to cancel over call multiple times but did not help. Expecting to cancel this service and refund remaining amount. And there was a emi deduction even though was a constant ask for cancelling [protected]

I was purchased the product three months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms ashok contact but she told refund is not possible because already three months is over but i am paying 10000. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

I am veerapandian father of Roshan Aditya. We took a 15-day trial period for the 9th and 10th byjus program in January. But till now only one class has been taken. We applied for a refund but there is no response from the organization. We tried calling but it is switched off and not reachable. The response from them is very poor. Solve this problem as soon as possible.

Sir I had applied for byjus cancellation but the cancellation team is not responding.
The counsellor had cheated me that you can apply for cancellation only after the delivery of the product but the fact is you can apply for the cancellation soon after the registration . I had paid 5000 rupees for the registration. Please give justice for me

When ever I try to contact my mentor then they will say to wait 15 minutes, but after 1 hour also I can't get a call back. Because of this issue I have not attempted 1 month classes .please solve this problem.

I have ordered my kit of byju's they told me that this will be refunded if you don't like it my order delivered my home in 5 January and I and I told byju's that I don't want this at 16 jan.but they send the address of byju's at 31 st january I am posting the kit but now they telling to pay the emi because of financial issue I can't pay
it. they are telling to pay the EMI else they will complain it to police. Please take any action regarding this and help many o[censored]s.
