When I bought the BYJU package in January 2020 I was not given the option for one on one session. I was told that it was part of package and I am getting 40 sessions free which will be flexible. I can take anytime. Then sessions started expiring. So my sales guy talked at back end and told me that it won't expire for me as he has taken special permission. Then covid started and schools closed then summer vacation. So, my son dint use. When he tried using few months back we were told that sessions have expired. I was told that when I paid Rs20, 000 separate for one on one session I was told that it is for 10 months. I said I paid lump sum and never opted for one on one session. After following up for 2-3 months we got sessions back with September 2021 expiry.
Now we are not able to take the sessions because of one or the other problem. In last 20 days we were able to take only 2 sessions
Then I wrote below mail to Mamtha of BYJU on 20th January 2021
Dear Mamtha,
The struggle to take one on one session is still going on.. Took 1 session few days back. It was a struggle then after wasting 2 full days on follow-ups with different people my son took first session.
Yesterday we tried to take 2nd session. We wasted around 3-4 hours trying logging in and kept talking to Amrita and following up with her till night. At night she said that it is done and there should be no problem and we can take session today. Today my son tried at 5pm.. again it dint happen. Emailed the screenshot to Amrita. She said that she is getting it done immediately. Its almost 6.30 now and nothing has happened. My son has his school assignments, projects, other activities and their assignments. We don’t have the luxury of so much time to waste 2 days for every half an hour session.
Its really terrible if I and my son both have to wastes much time in logging in problem and follow ups for every half an hour session. Hope you understand what a waste of time and effort this is. When you talked last time I thought it is being taken care once and for all. However, this is not the case. The case is as pathetic as it was then. Only the problem has changed.
Please let me know what is to be done for smooth functioning of one on one sessions.

This was my mail and she keeps saying that she will call me but hasn't called. My son has taken only 2 sessions in last 20 days as he is not able to take and whenever we try we waste 2-3 days following up for 30 mins session. Now I don't want to take.
I have the audio recording of the sales guy who is telling everything clearly but I am not able to attach it.
Please help me get the refund of Rs20, 000 as I have been cheated into this. First of all I never opted. Secondly now I am frustrated and tired of all the problems associated with one on one sessions. Don't want to take anymore sessions.
