I made an initial payment of 5000 Rs where the marketing executive Chetan working in Tirupati office. After that as promised he did not provide any and he started asking for 72000/-. Since nothing done with the initial amount paid and demanding more. After reviewing about Byjus complaint from different postings/ forums, I decided not to continue. We asked him to return our money and 1 year over he is telling stories and finally he said he left the job which is not true. This is how Byju's is working. For 5000 they are playing cheap trick and behaviour just guess what is the condition of the other who paid complete.

Regarding Byjus there is nothing good about this. Nothing new. Youtube is better platform than this for secondary school people they are providing kinder garden curriculum is designed.

    Im using the byjus app from many days. I have changed some settings in the app.
    And now it is asking me the pin validation code. Give me that as soon as it is possible. So I can continue my studies.

      I purchased byjus SD card last year, till then it was running perfectly in my new samsung M31, but after the UI3 update, i forgot to remove sd card during update, its not working, when i asked for replacment, the new provided is also not working, showing SD card corrupted.
      I checked it in my different device which is 1 year old, and this phone also showed that new sd card is corrupted.
      But when I tried to use it ina 3 year old phone which was update 12 months ago, sd card is running properly.
      Pls explain this that sd card working in 3 year oldphone but not on the 6 month or 1 year old phone?
      Also my phones having a lot of data in my M31 so also cannot format my device.

        I have registered for 9th grade package due to the health issues of my father he was unable to do the work. So we are not able to pay the EMI I have asked the byjus to cancel the package on Jan 27.1.2021 and I have payed the emi for Jan month. And now they are asking to pay the EMI for this Feb month but I asked to cancel the classes last month itself.now from the byjus finance team they are threatening my parents to pay the emi especially a person called (Parthiban).

            I opted for IAS for 3 yeras and was told I will have 15 days to evaluate the kit. Now despite multiple follow-ups, my study materials were delivered late, i.e, on 5th Jan 2021. I took 7 days and reached to a conclusion that it's not of any significant help to me. Hence I requested a refund on 12th of Jan. Since then, I have been constantly contacting Byju's, receiving inappropriate response.

            I want this course cancelled as I have asked for the refund after 7 days of delivery. I will approach consumer court if needed and fight till my last breath untill I receive the refund. Also I won't pay a penny of my EMI, no matter what!

            After I posted the complainant here, the very next day I got a call from Byju's feedback team who followed up with the refund team about my request, who achknowledged my request and approved it on grounds of late delivery of study materials.

            Hello, Please call them and explain the legitimate cause of return, they will surely help you out. You have to be consistent and follow-up multiple times if needed and stand your ground.

                I have called byju's support a lot of time saying that I byju's is not helping anymore, and also I can't afford the emi payments. Deactivate my loan account, I'm not using byju's anymore

                After so many attempts byjus not giving me any confirmation or call for cancellation of my loan. Even they are not giving me a call back for the same.

                    I had pursued ias course from byjus but I have requested them to cancel my subscription but they are not doing so and forcing me to pay emi and to study from them they are troublling me and my family they are not cancelling my subscription and forcing me to pay when I don't want to pursue ias

                      Sir,
                      My friend G.Venkata Rathnam had opted for BYJU's subscription in his son's name G. Srinivasa.(studying in +2 Maths stream) He took the annual subscription during the month of September 2020. He had paid Rs.5000/- for the TAB and an EMI of Rs.3916(Rs.4083/- including taxes). He had been paying the EMI on 7th of every month till January. During Corona time, due to lock down the subscription was useful but now, post covid times...the colleges are open and here in ANDHRA PRADESH the residential colleges will not allow the students to carry their mobiles and other study materials. Hence, the subscription is of no use since, December 2020. We tried several times through different means to stop the subscription but in vain. It is very difficult for my friend to pay both the college fees and Byju's. Hence, we kindly request you to cancel the subscription and stop sending request for payments to my SBI account.

                          I purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms Monika contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 500 per month as EMI . Now i don't want above product because no body will responding. They are cheater. Please cancelle the application and refuno the amount.

                              The staffs members of byjus are avoiding my request of cancelation of the course (11 th and 12th Jee) although having in still trial period only .So basically they are trying to postpone my request till the trial period ends .
                              The tablet from byjus was delivered to me on 17th Jan 2021 and Today's date is 29 Jan 2021, So i am still in the trial period (As they have 15 days of trial ).

                              Since I can't edit the attachment or statement which i have written here now
                              So I am attaching today's date and the delivery date below

                                I have ordered for 5-7 course on Feb 2nd 2020.
                                Paid 7500/- as token amount.

                                I cancelled the course as I changed my mind before the delivery itself.

                                The order got cancelled but still the amount of 7500/- is not refunded.
                                I even contacted the customer care number 40+ times.
                                But the response is zero.

                                Each time, each. Person is responding stating that will receive a call in 30 min.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    When I bought the BYJU package in January 2020 I was not given the option for one on one session. I was told that it was part of package and I am getting 40 sessions free which will be flexible. I can take anytime. Then sessions started expiring. So my sales guy talked at back end and told me that it won't expire for me as he has taken special permission. Then covid started and schools closed then summer vacation. So, my son dint use. When he tried using few months back we were told that sessions have expired. I was told that when I paid Rs20, 000 separate for one on one session I was told that it is for 10 months. I said I paid lump sum and never opted for one on one session. After following up for 2-3 months we got sessions back with September 2021 expiry.

                                    Now we are not able to take the sessions because of one or the other problem. In last 20 days we were able to take only 2 sessions

                                    Then I wrote below mail to Mamtha of BYJU on 20th January 2021

                                    Dear Mamtha,

                                    The struggle to take one on one session is still going on.. Took 1 session few days back. It was a struggle then after wasting 2 full days on follow-ups with different people my son took first session.

                                    Yesterday we tried to take 2nd session. We wasted around 3-4 hours trying logging in and kept talking to Amrita and following up with her till night. At night she said that it is done and there should be no problem and we can take session today. Today my son tried at 5pm.. again it dint happen. Emailed the screenshot to Amrita. She said that she is getting it done immediately. Its almost 6.30 now and nothing has happened. My son has his school assignments, projects, other activities and their assignments. We don’t have the luxury of so much time to waste 2 days for every half an hour session.

                                    Its really terrible if I and my son both have to wastes much time in logging in problem and follow ups for every half an hour session. Hope you understand what a waste of time and effort this is. When you talked last time I thought it is being taken care once and for all. However, this is not the case. The case is as pathetic as it was then. Only the problem has changed.

                                    Please let me know what is to be done for smooth functioning of one on one sessions.

                                    This was my mail and she keeps saying that she will call me but hasn't called. My son has taken only 2 sessions in last 20 days as he is not able to take and whenever we try we waste 2-3 days following up for 30 mins session. Now I don't want to take.

                                    I have the audio recording of the sales guy who is telling everything clearly but I am not able to attach it.

                                    Please help me get the refund of Rs20, 000 as I have been cheated into this. First of all I never opted. Secondly now I am frustrated and tired of all the problems associated with one on one sessions. Don't want to take anymore sessions.

                                      My son Sangik Ghatak is a student of Adamas International School Kolkata. He had received invitation to join BYJU's Discovery contest and attemd the contest.
                                      Today, we have received call from BYJU agent [protected] to attend a councilling session at 6PM through Zoom. They had send the link. But due to urgent class of Abacus, my son cant able to attend the session that we informed BYJU person while he calls on 6PM.
                                      But at 7:08 PM today, I got a call from this number [protected] mentioning himself as a BYJU central team member and did misbehave towards me. That fellow told I have no responsibility to my child and I am irresposible. My son will be irresponsible and duffer and will send me to Old age home.

                                      Now my qus is to BYJU, is this the culture or way of business that they claimed as World class training ??
                                      I am very shoked that BYJU agent can told this type of words to parents and their child with slang languages.
                                      Never promote BYJU to all for the children as BYJU cant give knowledge to their sales agents the way of talking...
                                      Need ultimate resolution.

                                        I have to cancel the subscription, order id[protected].i have already complained to your finance team also sent mail but finance team told me to pay last EMI of month of Dec-2020 then it cancell .so now I paid your EMI amount of month of Dec-2020.so please now cancell the subscription .
