Student name- Shalini Rai, Age- 40 years . I am over aged not eligible for upsc or upsc examinations. Please refund my money if you are trusted or honest for your students. My sister is using your program because she is only 26 years and eligible for all exam but I am not. So please try to understand my problem refund in my koi account by this I have paymented 20000 ₹ .     Is intimated that I had taken three byjus kits from

    Ms dipika gujjar
    ms Priyanka Tiwari
    Mr samarth
    Mr Rohit

    I want to raise written complaint against all the four above as I feel cheated . Following are my contention issues

    1. I was told that the kit will upto 12 STD free of cost . However as told by mentor that the kits are only for two years and I need to pay extra to add on.

    2. I was purposely given 7 inch tablet instead of promised 10 inch tablet. Inspite of my continuous request my tablet has not been replaced. The above mentioned counsellor have even stop picking my phone.

    3. Though I have made a one time payment of 130000 for the products . No cashback has been provided for rs 70000 till now

    I feel there is big scam going on among the employee of byjus who are cheating people by making false promises and then not responding to their calls. They tell something else on phone however they very cunningly changed their English in mail on behalf of byjus

    It is intimated that I have a complete call recording of communication as to how I was lure into it and now left without responses ..

    I being from army is in very sad state to see and request byjus immediate investigation into it. I request you to cancell my entire subscription of three kids and refund my money else I will initiate legal action with all call recording to consumer court.

    Details of kit are attached for reference all the kits have been taken in last 20 days time frame

      I was given interview yestarday in byjus online. I got selected for final round but I just got time of final round and My Final recruter Komal Arora (Sales and Development Manager) She take interview. As HR her responsibility that maintain time in Mail she just mail mi only join link without any call. I am trying to conncet from as i recived not allows mi in meet ok.

      After i join forcfully and she said that you are late sorry time late. I said you not maintaed my time there after she call me and give time to mi interview thats not over here.

      Komal Arora started to tale my interview and she behavior is mentally not ok. She ask mi questions i am giving all ans but due to network problem not voice is cleared actually so i reapet questions 3 times from her different times she is doing same with mi in attitude manner repeat mi i don't listen like ok. But she is angrly asking mi question ant not responding well. My video is recorded i request you to byjus member to have look on it. This behavior is not ol as employees i want answer of this otherwise i will do complain to senior. I don't care i select or not this is not way to talk.

        I have purchased byjus ias tab on sep 5 he told that i can return till 1 oct but i contacted him on 26 sep and he told that it cant be returned and he just blocked my number and then i contacted the returns and cancellations team and they r saying that byjus return policy is only 15 days and now it cannot be returned and then i started to call them daily mentioning everything what mentor has done to me
        So after that cancellation
        Department has not called me
        They are not responding
        They have cheated me
        I want the refund of rs 65000

          Due to the pandemic situation, I was requested on Tue, 22 Sep at 1:54 pm with the subject: " help regarding EMI" from registered mail id "[protected]@yahoo.com" regarding waiver of 3 months give an option for cancellation, they were not responded proper way nor they advised to concerning contact details, finally again myself on[protected] to know the status about the, they advised that, this is neither cancelled nor EMI can be stopped, moreover they don't have proper communication between corresponding teams. Even I have requested for, if 3 months is not possible for the waiver of EMI, at least postponed for 3 months, even that option also denied by them,

          Simply in the name of education, they are exploiting, which is against to EDUCATIONAL POLICY, based on this I request to you kindly take necessary action about this.

            My son Harsha N Koundinya had opted for a 2022 jee premium package .Due to some reasons we decided not to continue with the byjuis and on the 14th day of 15 days trial we asked them to cancel the package .But the cancellation team is postponing the process .We are not sure whether they are going to cancel it .Please see to this ans resolve the issue

              Hi, I bought subscription for my daughter in 2018 for five years . Mr Rohit ([protected]/[protected] ) visited our home and assured us that if we are not satisfied with the product we can anytime return it even after one year . We contacted byju s customer care after 20 days they simply refused that the subscription can be returned in 15 days from the date of purchase. Mr Rohit also assured us that the tablet can replaced if some Physicsl damage happens to it during 5 years course duration but I contacted customer care when the screen was broken they again refused that we are not liable for any physical damage. They are cheating the consumers by making false promises and just wasting our hard earned money .

                Dear sir/madam
                Sir because of lockdown we brought a byjus membership and just a week before my grandfather expired so due to this no one was willing to leave hear so we went out of state for a month and then only byjus send their products and then they call we use to tell them we are not at home and the person whom we have final the deal was knowing so the when kit was revived we told the delivery agent to give it to our neighbor so he handed them over and when I got back home and tried leading and I was unable to understand so I called them and after a day or two they said it has been more than 15 days so now you can't cancel the membership and you don't have any other option so you have to study with it.sir I am from a middle class family this much big amount we can not waste because sir when I am unable to understand than for sure it's a waste of money and time
                Sir/madam I request you to please help me in canceling my membership and returning my money back...

                When we have send mail to the company they said you will get a call within 24 to 48 hr and didn't received the call yet sir/madam I am scared of the day of Sumbmition is coming near and we don't have money to pay...
                Sir/mama please help us as soon as possible I just want my membership to be canceled and I can get my money back...

                  Byjus sales team contact me to buy their education course for 5th-6th, they asked me to pay inr 5000 as down payment and i did it (Upi) through the link they provided. Though, i asked them to cancel my order post knowing byjus feedback. But now they are forcing me to pay full amount first to refund the down payment which is very annoying. When i contact byjus support team on 17th sep and dropped a mail too regarding the same they told me i will get my refund and will get the call back from byjus cancelation team in 15 minutes but i didn’t get any single call till date, i’m continuously following up with company for last 10 days and drop number of mails to byjus. But they are not processing my return request.

                        Sir i getting two tablets from byju's after deposit 10000/-. And byju's told if our classes not understand then u can return within 15 days.
                        Sir my children are not understand well then children told to me return tablet and quit. Then i'll inform to byju's within 10 days by email i want quit and cancelled but byju's not care and he trouble to me for payment and continue. So i request to you please quit and refund my fully 10000. Rupees. My mobile number [protected] which register in byju's.

                          My brother downloaded this app but didn't pick up calls of customer care for two or more days. So one of them called and started yelling on my mother and sister. When I confronted that guy. He was so ignorant about that thing and instead of apologising he started saying anything to me. Like is your brother that small?? and is anyone in your ever been to IIT (this was said to my mother)?? If you're not satisfied delete the app!!! All this was said to us just because my brother didn't pick up their calls.
                          Is this how the customer "care" service works in byjus?!!!
                          Literally the worst experience of my life with these so called customer care services. This is the number of that customer care person -: [protected]
                          I still do expect that a customer's voice will be heard.

                            I applied for byjus course under the influence of the mr abbas for cbse class 9-10 and tablets k-12 lenova tablet rs. 34500. I paid down payment rs. 5000 on dated 20th april 2020 and rest amount in emi. He said you will receive your parcel within 10 to 15 days but i received my parcel on dated 21th may 2020 (After 1 month). At the time of registration he said that you can check with your school result if your son not responding or if he can’t understand byjus course then you can cancel the registration or byjus will return your amount or cancell the subscription.

                            From the june 1st week i told him that my son not study properly and he can’t understand from videos and also i can’t check his result because schools not started. So please cancell the registration but he force me to please continue the study i will help you… and they deduct my 1st instalment. After 25th june i continue forcing him to please don’t deduct my emi i am not able to pay this and my son also not understand your course.

                            Sir, still byjus continue deduct my emi and i am not able to pay it please help me

                              What behaviour is this, soo unprofessional. Whenever we rate the chat as bad or unhelpful the counsellor just closes the chat leaving us with the same query. And adding on whenever we ask for some details, i never get satisfactory answer. Everytime i get irritated by this. Please improve in virtual communication.

                                I have purchased your byjus's courses for class-ix and class-x (West bengal board) for my son from mr. Bikas tyagi, senior educational counsellor (Is my known person) and his mail id - vikas. [protected]@byjus.com and his mobile no. [protected] &[protected] on 5th august, 20.

                                Before, i registered my enrollment for the above courses, i have clearly told him on 4th august, 20 (Night) that if you provide me history & geography (I. E. Sst) subjects in beta version then i will ready for enrollment for my son otherwise not. For confirmation, he was mail me in details about covid 19 scholarship program courses on 4th august, 20 night at 9.01 p. M

                                But. I am sorry to inform you that till now i have no history and geography added in my son's byju's leaning. Now, he was not picking up my calls for last three days.

                                So, you are requested to add history & geography in beta version as priority basis because in west bengal board's final examination for class-ix will held after dipawali festival. So it my heartiest request to all of you do the best from your end so that my son will avail courses as early as possible.

                                  Fraud and cheating company.

                                  I have taken this for my Kid 9th standard matric syllabus. While taking up this course they promised there will be an online session to interact with their experts to clear doubts. But after receiving the tablet there are only the recorded videos available. Also no matric syllabus. It's totally no use to my Kid. So I wanted to cancel it but I received calls from customer support offering some additional syllabus of CBSE, I don't even understand what logic is there by offering this. After this I contacted customer service many times but there is no response. So I cancelled the bank ECS stating this complaint. After that I am receiving too many calls from customer service from their HR team legal team. Moreover everyday I am getting too many calls from each department and torturing me. Are you people trying to threaten me? What you doing is purely cheating and fraud works. Very poor service. You are not at all concentrating on child education. This company is only money minded. I called your customer support before, but there is no proper response, now after cancelling it I am getting calls from all the departments. If you try to threaten or take action through legal ways you can do it. I will solve it through legal ways as well.If it reflects to my cibil i will deal with it. So stop your calls and refund my payment and get your product back, it's useless for my kid.

                                    I bought the product in may and then the salesman has told that this course can be cancelled anytime. I got the tablet on 1 June but I am not satisfied with it so I think to refund even within 15 days and they said your cancellation was done but after 1 months I got to know that it was not done and still I am paying a huge amount of money as EMI. Now they are telling that this course can't be cancelled. Please help.

                                      My father bought the byju's premium kit for my brother in March.
                                      The sales person somehow convinced him to buy the kit for a 15 days trial. The amount to be paid was 88k, which the sales person assured would be returned in full after the trial if my brother doesn't find the kit to be useful.
                                      The lockdown started after 4-5 days. My brother dropped two mails to byju's stating that he doesn't want to continue with the membership. He was told that he can keep using the kit as it was not possible to return it in the lockdown and the return process can be resumed after the lifting of the lockdown. But he didn't use it.
                                      This happened before the completion of the trial period.
                                      After a few days, when my brother again talked to byju's, they told that the trial period is over and the kit cannot be returned.
                                      My father tried to talked to them so many times but they are not ready to listen.
                                      My father is a small town man and bought the kit considering byju's fame.
                                      This is fraud!
                                      Look into the problem or we'll have to take legal action against you.

                                        We ve purchased byju's for 15 days trial . Within 15 days we informed them we dnt need it and sent mail. Nothing happend. We are constantly following up with them. And they behaving like crooks simply saying higher authority checking will get back to you wait for one weel etc etc..every month emi is taken too..Krishnanunni was the sales representative.he is not even picking the phone now.
