The sales executive aayushman sharma made a promise that if for any reason you can't continue with product, you can cancel it at any point. I also raised a cancellatiin request with in 15 days but nothing was done about it. My money of around 36k is stuck with this fraud company.

Writing from last one month to byjus, to resolved my issues as discussed with his representatives. But he anable to solve my issues and also not refund my money back....

We took a product in the mid of may this year and since our child is not responding well we cancelled the subscription within 14 days. Since i cancelled it i didn't put any amount in the bank accout. I have enrolled for byjus classroom program 2020. It was told the validity is dec20. But now its told not so. The classes are not even completed with many subjects pending. And also issue with optional subject where we are not provided with memory card but few others are given the same. The commitment and reality are not same....
