I am contac for cancellation of my daugheter S.G.Yashasvini, course for novermber 2019 till date they not cancelled the course and not refunded till date, I AM PAID 4 MONTHS EMI, This product is not useful for my daughter. In this regard 15.03.2020 also speak with Shalini over phone. She is informed they will assure me to refund process within week.
but till date not reply.

    I was learning with byjus on my tablet for the past few days but today when i changed certain settings i was asked to give the application a verification code of class 9-10 cbse but i couldn't because i don't knew that.
    Therefore solve this problem and give this code to me so that i can continue with my course. Please handle as soon as possible. You are kindly requested to solve this problem.

      I had purchased a byjus 9-10 state course for my son. Later i realised that my son is unable to utilize the app efficiently. I believe, it is not the right method for him to study. I tried to cancel the subscription many times, but the customer care kept repeating the word "terms and conditions".
      I strongly feel that it is not right to force a customer to use a service and make him pay for it. Especially in these times of economic crisis, as a farmer i find it very hard to pay for a service that i am no longer using.

      The subscription number of the course is tnl[protected]
      I kindly request the competent authority to look into this matter and stop byju's from looting the money from me.

          After using of 4 month this app my daughter is not finding and benefits from this in her studies.
          And this app is also forcing her to study same thing again and again.

          If we are calling for any help regarding her studies they are just ignoring it so i want to cancel this app.

          From next month payment for this should be stop.

          Hope so it will cancel soon as possible.

            I want to say that i have taken a trail for byjus learning app for 15 day we are not some misconceptions about the day that is my bad they have taken 20, 000 rupees from us and now they taken loan on my father’s name now i had been one month we are interested to this further we are facing some financial problems we are enable to pay emi i have requested them to cancel many times but they never respond properly please help me please get me out of this

            I bought a plan for my kid from Byju but he is not taking interest in that. I requested to customer care of byju to cancel the plan. But they're not canceling it and forcing it to continue it. I am very helpless now, can somebody suggest me how can I discontinue or cancel the plan because they're not listening us anymore.

              Hi i am damini nikhare i want to complain against the byjus because they are not cancelling my subscription the marketing couseller had given me word that they will ask me if i want to continue or not but they didnt call me and they also didnt solved my issues regarding the study. I told them i have a financial issues and cant pay the emi but they just dont want to listen the cause fully and told me that cancellation will not be processed. First they told me that cancel hojaega but then they said that we didnt spoke to you about this i really am going through trauma because they are giving me dhamkis that court notice will be sent to you. I cant focus on my study dur to all this please help me my mistake was just that i couldnt cancel the product before 15 days i called them on 15th night just that. Please help me cancel.

                I rajiv sharma father of diya sharma who registered for the byju's product and received the package on 27th feb'20. Unfortunately the content i couldn't find fruitful, and hence would like to get the product returned, and this i have planned after rigorous attempt to view all the listing and documents available on the app. I have been informed that in case i am not satisfied with the product, there will a no question ask policy and this would be taken back. Now from sunday since i registered my interest in cancellation i have been continuously being harassed. I have got calls, they hung up call on me without giving me any update on cancellation. It is my hard earned money and the commitment on return policy is not being adhered. Please suggest. My receipt number of purchase is tnl[protected].                   We were approached by some mr charan from byjus. Day before yesterday we had received a call from byjus regarding the same. The person called charan was very talkative and was quite smart. He approached us first saying that he wants to analyse my child. We being gentleman allowed him for 4 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should enroll our child in think and learn programme of byjus. He sent us a link and we made a payment of rs 3300 towards that.

                  He told that he had come from banglore and on the same day he had to return also.
                  We were quite impressed but later on, through social networking sites only we came to know that he had come from hyderabad only and this also he told that he was lying to make an initial impact on us
                  The question is, if byjus classes has teachers like this, what they will be teaching to the child. And is byjus classes telling it's employees to make impact on their customers by means of lies, cheating and fraud.

                  Was really frustrated and decided not to put my kid in an institute that makes relationship based on fraud, cheating and lies.

                  A request was made for refund but they did not respond properly. After that started a series of torcher. They show so much reluctance in cancelling your order.
                  On their website it is written that if the payment has been done through internet banking it will automatically be debited to the byjus. It seems they want to make me tired so that i stop following them up and they eat m
                  It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating.

                    Simple, discontinue the policy very rude behaviour of the counsellors at the time of after sale services.settlement of the policy is required but no one pick the call, if that happens very bad behaviour. stop making payment of my installments and no further dealing related to money and not been intrested in education process also

                        Hi all,

                        I purchased byjus product in the month of november-19, product was delivered in last week in same month. Product is working fine. As they promised content is not much helpful.
                        Finance part:
                        At the time of counselling, staff promised that emi is interest free, i have raised complaint after first emi is being charged with interest, till now no response.
                        Support:
                        Call back facility is good.
                        Tutor/mentor to students:
                        As promised tutor/mentor help is not up to the mark, they change frequently.

                        Conlusion:
                        Don't make false commitments when they cont be fulfilled. I request you to take back device and make full refund.

                        Please don't buy this product.

                          We took byjus product for my 2 kids while taking the product the guy who came to our house he forced me to take the product, i told him that 15 days is not enough to take decision whether we can go the with the product or not, then he convinced me that you can get 20 to 30 days time if you don't want continue, i have called that guy on 13th feb to cancel the products, he is not responding properly, after taking the product we got some technical issues also, tab is not working properly for 3 4 days. After calling the customer care they are saying that with in 15 days only they will cancel. We don't want to continue with product.

                            I had registered free demo course from byju and the same day they came for registration.
                            That day i was not present at home and they get the papers signed from my family members without providing any full information.
                            Non disclosure of policies.
                            And now i have to pay the subscription amount forcefully and they don't have any cancellation policy.
                            I am financially low so i am not able to pay the future subscription.
                            I request them to cancel the subscription but they are not listening to me and not giving any proper response. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                              I can’t pay nowadays i’m financially broke. And the consultant from byjus did not said about cancel the subscription. But now byju’s say we can’t cancel the the subscription you have to pay at any cost. What should i do? I can’t pay. I don’t enough money to pay and byju’s consultant never told me about that. They are doing fraud with me. They never clarified their terms in the past.

                                My son mr. Jatin who has taken a byhu's education and they convinced us to take it upto puc by showing some price difference and offers and we also agreed and succeed in convincing us. There after some time my son education was not uptp the mark and he getting fail in his school test as well then i decide that i wasted my money by trusting this byju's so decided to discontinue and requested them to stop this to till sslc only where i have taken this upto puc. The point i request to stop is where i have no confidence of my son can pass his sslc so its no point of paying for puc where he didn't pass his sslc only. But they are not agreed and said which is not possible. Forced us to pay for the entire for puc also which is very difficult to me also where i am the single parent to my son. Then threatening me in the name of cheque bounce charges where i use to pay in installment. Even now also i am suffering to pay month on month still i am paying only bcoz of scare to face legal again i am single parent women. Finally i am helpless and still paying with my burden. But here i would like to suggest dont do business in the name of education bcoz which is our dream about our pain. Hope at-least i will get justification where i am not able to bare the emi which is still i am baring. Indira -=91-[protected], =91-[protected]

                                I'm not satisfied with BYJU'S and also given cancellation report but they are just forcing us for keeping the course on and also forcing for paying EMI. Everytime sending threating messages and calling. Disturbing everytime for keeping on the course and to pay EMI.
                                So cancel my enrollment and refund as soon as possible.
                                When I changed the tablet to new one, Byju’s premium is asking PIN for the validation of SD card. Kindly resolve I as soon as possible

                                  We took byju's class 11-12 pcmb subscription for my sister. After receiving the product due to some circumstances we wanted to cancel it. So, we requested for cancelation before 15 days of delivery via email and call both. Now it's already a month and they are just delaying, not taking the responsibility and just delaying by unnecessary things like asking for same information many times and still not canceling order. As well as they are directing it towards other company members i. E asking to contact to different mentors, customer care etc. Please cancel our subscription and refund us asap.

                                    Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

                                      My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

But when i get well i asked to cancel my order and they rejected my complaint regarding cancelation while i am ready to pay one month emi.. But they are not answering me in a well method.                                         One word "terms and conditions". But what if i am not liking way of study. I can't waste my money worstly without any cause. They should cancel my order.
