Hi all,

I purchased byjus product in the month of november-19, product was delivered in last week in same month. Product is working fine. As they promised content is not much helpful.
Finance part:
At the time of counselling, staff promised that emi is interest free, i have raised complaint after first emi is being charged with interest, till now no response.
Support:
Call back facility is good.
Tutor/mentor to students:
As promised tutor/mentor help is not up to the mark, they change frequently.

Conlusion:
Don't make false commitments when they cont be fulfilled. I request you to take back device and make full refund.

Please don't buy this product.

    We took byjus product for my 2 kids while taking the product the guy who came to our house he forced me to take the product, i told him that 15 days is not enough to take decision whether we can go the with the product or not, then he convinced me that you can get 20 to 30 days time if you don't want continue, i have called that guy on 13th feb to cancel the products, he is not responding properly, after taking the product we got some technical issues also, tab is not working properly for 3 4 days. After calling the customer care they are saying that with in 15 days only they will cancel. We don't want to continue with product.

      I had registered free demo course from byju and the same day they came for registration.
      That day i was not present at home and they get the papers signed from my family members without providing any full information.
      Non disclosure of policies.
      And now i have to pay the subscription amount forcefully and they don't have any cancellation policy.
      I am financially low so i am not able to pay the future subscription.
      I request them to cancel the subscription but they are not listening to me and not giving any proper response. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        I can’t pay nowadays i’m financially broke. And the consultant from byjus did not said about cancel the subscription. But now byju’s say we can’t cancel the the subscription you have to pay at any cost. What should i do? I can’t pay. I don’t enough money to pay and byju’s consultant never told me about that. They are doing fraud with me. They never clarified their terms in the past.

          My son mr. Jatin who has taken a byhu's education and they convinced us to take it upto puc by showing some price difference and offers and we also agreed and succeed in convincing us. There after some time my son education was not uptp the mark and he getting fail in his school test as well then i decide that i wasted my money by trusting this byju's so decided to discontinue and requested them to stop this to till sslc only where i have taken this upto puc. The point i request to stop is where i have no confidence of my son can pass his sslc so its no point of paying for puc where he didn't pass his sslc only. But they are not agreed and said which is not possible. Forced us to pay for the entire for puc also which is very difficult to me also where i am the single parent to my son. Then threatening me in the name of cheque bounce charges where i use to pay in installment. Even now also i am suffering to pay month on month still i am paying only bcoz of scare to face legal again i am single parent women. Finally i am helpless and still paying with my burden. But here i would like to suggest dont do business in the name of education bcoz which is our dream about our pain. Hope at-least i will get justification where i am not able to bare the emi which is still i am baring. Indira -=91-[protected], =91-[protected]

          I'm not satisfied with BYJU'S and also given cancellation report but they are just forcing us for keeping the course on and also forcing for paying EMI. Everytime sending threating messages and calling. Disturbing everytime for keeping on the course and to pay EMI.
          So cancel my enrollment and refund as soon as possible.

            We took byju's class 11-12 pcmb subscription for my sister. After receiving the product due to some circumstances we wanted to cancel it. So, we requested for cancelation before 15 days of delivery via email and call both. Now it's already a month and they are just delaying, not taking the responsibility and just delaying by unnecessary things like asking for same information many times and still not canceling order. As well as they are directing it towards other company members i. E asking to contact to different mentors, customer care etc. Please cancel our subscription and refund us asap.

              Hi, i have to constantly remind my mentor as the person who takes other queries to get back to me whenever i have any query related to either doubts or any other issue as such. Persistent calls and emails seem to be not working at all as they all are unresponsive. I have enrolled for cat classes and there was been no concrete response from any of the mentors assigned, let alone giving any proper mentoring advice. This is a huge disappointment as the exams are 2 months away and i haven't received any proper guidance to as to how to go about writing my exams. I hope it is resolved as soon as possible or i would like to request for a refund if this case continues with no useful response from any staff at byjus.

                My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me. My studies stopped because of this.

                  I had purchased a byjus course and due to my accident i was unable to cancel the product. But when i get well i asked to cancel my order and they rejected my complaint regarding cancelation while i am ready to pay one month emi.. But they are not answering me in a well method. So kindly help me in canceling my order. As i had tried all of ways but they had only
                  One word "terms and conditions". But what if i am not liking way of study. I can't waste my money worstly without any cause. They should cancel my order. Plz help me in getting order canceled as i belong from middle class family and can't afford a great loss. And as an indian we have consumer right to cancel order or course if we had not damaged product and giving the fine of late report.

                    My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment, the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too. Please help us in resolving it asap.

                      In face book, i registered for free demo and byju's associate shahbaz also came explained and same day we have registered for tab and made payment of 20400. Tab came on 24th dec'19 and as they suggested we have logged in. And before taking the tab we clearly told to associate to that we are going outstation for christmas vacation. He told clearly we have 20 days to return the tab. We were back from vacation and my son was not happy to use the tab since he was not getting enough time to spend particularly to watch videos.in between we told to map the syllabus which my son is studying and they agree to customize the same also at the time of registration. Unfortunately they did not mapped and we told we will cancel. But they are telling we did not told for 20 days and they are not at all responding to us. Our first emi will start from feb20. Please help us to get the money back from them. Id is prince lemuel.

                          I have purchased courses from 8th to 10th by paying full amount through credit card. And got the advantage of interest free emis.

                          On the next day of the receipt of the kit i found that tab audio was not there. I have struggled a lot in contacting byju's team and done all the things as advices. But problem was not solved.

                          More than 20 call i received from team of byju's but not got the final conclusion of the problem.

                          My son had some doubt to clarify, so whom to contact and how to contact, that information was also not provided even after 15 days follow ups and email exchange.

                          So far as money is concerned, i was told that emis are purely interest free. So i opted emi facility. But in the first month credit card statement, after paying to byju's, i seen that the interest was charged in credit card statement and gst was also charged upon this.

                          Here also byju's team has sent official message that their finance depart confirmed that no interest is charged though it is clearly visible in statement.

                          Now i need full refund of paid money and interest charges and gst charged with kit return courier charges. Byju's team is not confirming my return request since more than a week.

                              The sociology optional teacher sucks, he really sucks and he can’t teach properly i don’t like watching his videos and preparation for the exam has gotten stuck, i’ve paid a lot of money to byjus i think i made a mistake and should have consulted more people. The guidance is extremely bad and it’s only based on the motivation of the student.
                              I think it has to more inclusive than just watching videos and learning.
                              The teacher should know the weaknesses of the student and aim at developing them, here there is no such thing it is somewhat impersonal.
                              Firstly the guidance counceller had asked me to give her money to meet her and she was that busy.
                              It’s really horrible the guidance i wish i saved my money.

                                We took one byjus kit for my son residing in hyderabad, in dec'2018 for rs 67, 000, paid cash of rs 4, 000 and paid rs 9000 through cheque.
                                For remaining rs 54000, your counselor advised for an emi of rs 4500 per month in a tenure of 12 months (January 2019 to december 2019)
                                We accepted the same. And we at the time of acceptance strongly conveyed that we can't pay before 15th of any month.
                                But he assured your emi shall not be bounced and shall be taken care of himself personally. And in the process, your counselor has taken my cheques and bank statements for required processing. During processing, he said that you are unable to process though my hdfc bank account and took my husband account details and processed through my husband's rbl bank account.. At that time (On 11th dec 2018), i asked byjus counselor that we received messages for nach process for both of my account and my husband account also. He responded that he first tried in hdfc account and it was cancelled in hdfc.
                                In the months of january 2019 and february 2019, amount paid through my husband's account that is rbl account.
                                But in the month of march 2019, we received messages for 2 accounts again and processed for hdfc and rbl accounts. We didn't pay this month emi due to this issue. We sent my account statement to byjus finance department and i am penalized 1180 rs because of byjus team. We have tried to reach byjus counselor, but he was not responded to our calls, he responded for our message on march 11th and replied that he resolved the issue. But still issue remains as same. Again byjus team processed for ecs on hdfc account on 18th of march, so i am penalized unnecessarily for which i am confidently informed that from day 1 my account has been cancelled for an ecs form. After so many calls and complaints and mails, then they checked and told that counselor who came to my house created 2 accounts in the name of my son.
                                Byjus team cancelled my hdfc nach account and at the time also we strongly mentioned that after they settles the penalty charges only we will pay march 2019 emi.
                                But till now they haven't called and spoke regarding the march2019 emi and for refund charges.
                                From april 2019 to december 2019 we paid the remaining emi's. After that we called to byjus finance team to please settle the penalty charges and close the issue for march 2019 emi. But surprisingly told that we are due for 2 emi's for the months of march 2019 and april 2019. After so many calls also they stated as we are due for 2 emis's. We sent april 2019 statement screenshot in the whatsap of some of byjus team. We wrote mails to proiritysupport of byjus also but there is no progress from byjus team.in the month of january also we are penalised 600 rs.
                                Everyday byjus finance team calling me and my husband to pay the amount and everyday we are complaining about this and asked them to update the april payment.
                                We already told to byjus finance team, that after receiving confirmation in the form of mail we are ready to pay the amount. Please help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We don't want to prolong this issue.

                                    The complaint mentioned above is not yet resolved.

                                    They offered me a refund of the amount if i return the product. I asked them to refund my amount first and close the concerned loan but they did not respond to that mail. I asked them to receive the loan payment status from their finance partner (Iifl) to ensure that i have been making the payment regularly.

                                    I am still receiving threatening sms of legal action for nonpayment of emis but i have been regularly making the payment. I am also receiving calls although i have been blocking those calls. I have asked the byju's people pretending as iifl recovery agent or officers not to communicate by mobile or telephone. There are many documentary evidence of cheating and fraudulent calls from byju's in the past and i have informed them about the issue. Byju's customer support service is also requested not to communicate by mobile of the telephone so that those frauds can be avoided.

                                    Byju's is still sending smss to threaten me and that is causing tremendous emotional stress in my family. They are asked to provide me the loan sanctioned letter and loan status. But they remain silent and not yet making transparent and honest communication. I have been claiming that the sanctioned loan is illegal. But byju's is not able to clarify my issue.

                                    In the past, i have raised the issue that byju's employees are involved in the forging of my signature to register nach mandate in npci which i have canceled through the destination bank. They have no answer to those illegal practices. There are many documents of evidence of fraudulent call recordings, smss, emails, whatsapp messages.

                                    Please resolve the issue and ensure honest, and transparent communication. The issue of illegal loan is raised in rbi. The issue of two consecutive mandate registration with the forged signature of mine is also raised in npci regulated by rbi. It is my moral duty to inform the income tax department that an sme loan was sanctioned illegally for purchase of a byju's product (Order no:[protected]. Otherwise, the automated system of the income tax department will issue an inappropriate itr-4 form in my e-filing it account. I will have to submit the balance sheet of my nonexistent business which will create many inconvenience and difficulties to me and i need to refer the iifl loan linked to my pan. All these possible concerns were intimated to mr vishnu khanna, senior academic counsellor, byju's in the month of august' 2019. Iifl has reported my loan as personal loan in npci and the cibil record is showing my loan as a personal loan

                                    I, therefore, request byju's to be sensitive to all the issues i have mentioned in all my emails, to be honest, and transparent to the customer to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. This is my gentle request to byju's to resolve the issue in true spirit.

                                    The illegal activity is continued. The loan is illegally closed (payment made) by Sunitha Krishnan, Asstt. Vice President, Byju's and submitted the forged NOC document to the customer. The document is also submitted by one Prjeet Muralidharan whose identity is not disclosed. Mr. Prjeet Muralidharan used the IIFL email domain but not responding to my emails. He is another suspicious person. Both Byju's and IIFL are silent about the issue. They are doing illegal activities in coordination and that is why the customers become confused.

                                      I had taken the buju's disney edition for grade 2 for my child.

                                      The tab worked alright for the first one month. So the cancellation term of 15 days was over.

                                      Since the last 2 months the tab is not working, there are sd card errors for which i have personally wasted several hours with their technical team to resolve it over the phone.

                                      Eventually, the sd card was replaced. Even the replaced sd card did not work and showed the same error.

                                      Since then, i had reconnected with the counselor who had visited our home to sell the product. She assured me that the needful will be done.

                                      I took me over 2 weeks to get her to answer my call in the first case. After that she has stopped answering my calls or responding to my smses or messages on whatsapp.

                                      The assigned mentor also never calls when she commits to do so.

                                      In short, i feel really duped and have demanded full refund. I have lost faith in them as a brand and so not wish to put up with this for years now.

                                      Kindly help me to get my complete refund.

                                      I received a call from [protected]. One gentleman named Rahul called saying he is from the online complaints department of Byju's and surprisingly without much argument agreed to provide a refund.

                                      He asked for the bank from which the payments were made and asked me to give Debit card or credit card details associated to that bank. He asked me to give complete card information like the credit card number, expiry and CVV number.

                                      When i raised doubt about providing such confidential information and probed him more about his authenticity, he hung up the phone.

                                      I REQUEST THE INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM TO TAKE NOTE OF THIS AND HELP US GET A REFUND FROM BYJU'S WITHOUT BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH FRAUDS.

                                      PLEASE INTERVENE.

                                        I get a call from byjus the learning app on 1 dec. 2019. They convinced us a educational counselling to be done on 8 dec. So we agreeed, in the session of 4 hrs. The sold their product by assuring us that if we are not satisfied we can return it. But now when i contact them don't listen and keep on procrastinating and argues. The are not ready to accept that i am not satisfied. And don't ready to process return
                                        BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        i also received a call from byju for counseling after that they convinced us to take a 15 days trail after that if we are not satisfied we can return the tab.but after 15 days trial firstly they don't take any observation within 15 days and after that when we try to connect them they doesn't respond any way.now they told its not possible but I'll try to resolve but it takes at least a month. very dissapointing .. don't be so fool by accepting their proposal.
