    The sociology optional teacher sucks, he really sucks and he can’t teach properly i don’t like watching his videos and preparation for the exam has gotten stuck, i’ve paid a lot of money to byjus i think i made a mistake and should have consulted more people. The guidance is extremely bad and it’s only based on the motivation of the student.
    I think it has to more inclusive than just watching videos and learning.
    The teacher should know the weaknesses of the student and aim at developing them, here there is no such thing it is somewhat impersonal.
    Firstly the guidance counceller had asked me to give her money to meet her and she was that busy.
    It’s really horrible the guidance i wish i saved my money.

      We took one byjus kit for my son residing in hyderabad, in dec'2018 for rs 67, 000, paid cash of rs 4, 000 and paid rs 9000 through cheque.
      For remaining rs 54000, your counselor advised for an emi of rs 4500 per month in a tenure of 12 months (January 2019 to december 2019)
      We accepted the same. And we at the time of acceptance strongly conveyed that we can't pay before 15th of any month.
      But he assured your emi shall not be bounced and shall be taken care of himself personally. And in the process, your counselor has taken my cheques and bank statements for required processing. During processing, he said that you are unable to process though my hdfc bank account and took my husband account details and processed through my husband's rbl bank account.. At that time (On 11th dec 2018), i asked byjus counselor that we received messages for nach process for both of my account and my husband account also. He responded that he first tried in hdfc account and it was cancelled in hdfc.
      In the months of january 2019 and february 2019, amount paid through my husband's account that is rbl account.
      But in the month of march 2019, we received messages for 2 accounts again and processed for hdfc and rbl accounts. We didn't pay this month emi due to this issue. We sent my account statement to byjus finance department and i am penalized 1180 rs because of byjus team. We have tried to reach byjus counselor, but he was not responded to our calls, he responded for our message on march 11th and replied that he resolved the issue. But still issue remains as same. Again byjus team processed for ecs on hdfc account on 18th of march, so i am penalized unnecessarily for which i am confidently informed that from day 1 my account has been cancelled for an ecs form. After so many calls and complaints and mails, then they checked and told that counselor who came to my house created 2 accounts in the name of my son.
      Byjus team cancelled my hdfc nach account and at the time also we strongly mentioned that after they settles the penalty charges only we will pay march 2019 emi.
      But till now they haven't called and spoke regarding the march2019 emi and for refund charges.
      From april 2019 to december 2019 we paid the remaining emi's. After that we called to byjus finance team to please settle the penalty charges and close the issue for march 2019 emi. But surprisingly told that we are due for 2 emi's for the months of march 2019 and april 2019. After so many calls also they stated as we are due for 2 emis's. We sent april 2019 statement screenshot in the whatsap of some of byjus team. We wrote mails to proiritysupport of byjus also but there is no progress from byjus team.in the month of january also we are penalised 600 rs.
      Everyday byjus finance team calling me and my husband to pay the amount and everyday we are complaining about this and asked them to update the april payment.
      We already told to byjus finance team, that after receiving confirmation in the form of mail we are ready to pay the amount. Please help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We don't want to prolong this issue.

          Ref: my previous unresolved complaint dated 18th november 2019

          Sir,

          The complaint mentioned above is not yet resolved.

          They offered me a refund of the amount if i return the product. I asked them to refund my amount first and close the concerned loan but they did not respond to that mail. I asked them to receive the loan payment status from their finance partner (Iifl) to ensure that i have been making the payment regularly.

          I am still receiving threatening sms of legal action for nonpayment of emis but i have been regularly making the payment. I am also receiving calls although i have been blocking those calls. I have asked the byju's people pretending as iifl recovery agent or officers not to communicate by mobile or telephone. There are many documentary evidence of cheating and fraudulent calls from byju's in the past and i have informed them about the issue. Byju's customer support service is also requested not to communicate by mobile of the telephone so that those frauds can be avoided.

          Byju's is still sending smss to threaten me and that is causing tremendous emotional stress in my family. They are asked to provide me the loan sanctioned letter and loan status. But they remain silent and not yet making transparent and honest communication. I have been claiming that the sanctioned loan is illegal. But byju's is not able to clarify my issue.

          In the past, i have raised the issue that byju's employees are involved in the forging of my signature to register nach mandate in npci which i have canceled through the destination bank. They have no answer to those illegal practices. There are many documents of evidence of fraudulent call recordings, smss, emails, whatsapp messages.

          Please resolve the issue and ensure honest, and transparent communication. The issue of illegal loan is raised in rbi. The issue of two consecutive mandate registration with the forged signature of mine is also raised in npci regulated by rbi. It is my moral duty to inform the income tax department that an sme loan was sanctioned illegally for purchase of a byju's product (Order no:[protected]. Otherwise, the automated system of the income tax department will issue an inappropriate itr-4 form in my e-filing it account. I will have to submit the balance sheet of my nonexistent business which will create many inconvenience and difficulties to me and i need to refer the iifl loan linked to my pan. All these possible concerns were intimated to mr vishnu khanna, senior academic counsellor, byju's in the month of august' 2019. Iifl has reported my loan as personal loan in npci and the cibil record is showing my loan as a personal loan

          I, therefore, request byju's to be sensitive to all the issues i have mentioned in all my emails, to be honest, and transparent to the customer to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. This is my gentle request to byju's to resolve the issue in true spirit.

          The illegal activity is continued. The loan is illegally closed (payment made) by Sunitha Krishnan, Asstt. Vice President, Byju's and submitted the forged NOC document to the customer. The document is also submitted by one Prjeet Muralidharan whose identity is not disclosed. Mr. Prjeet Muralidharan used the IIFL email domain but not responding to my emails. He is another suspicious person. Both Byju's and IIFL are silent about the issue. They are doing illegal activities in coordination and that is why the customers become confused.

            I had taken the buju's disney edition for grade 2 for my child.

            The tab worked alright for the first one month. So the cancellation term of 15 days was over.

            Since the last 2 months the tab is not working, there are sd card errors for which i have personally wasted several hours with their technical team to resolve it over the phone.

            Eventually, the sd card was replaced. Even the replaced sd card did not work and showed the same error.

            Since then, i had reconnected with the counselor who had visited our home to sell the product. She assured me that the needful will be done.

            I took me over 2 weeks to get her to answer my call in the first case. After that she has stopped answering my calls or responding to my smses or messages on whatsapp.

            The assigned mentor also never calls when she commits to do so.

            In short, i feel really duped and have demanded full refund. I have lost faith in them as a brand and so not wish to put up with this for years now.

            Kindly help me to get my complete refund.

            I received a call from [protected]. One gentleman named Rahul called saying he is from the online complaints department of Byju's and surprisingly without much argument agreed to provide a refund.

            He asked for the bank from which the payments were made and asked me to give Debit card or credit card details associated to that bank. He asked me to give complete card information like the credit card number, expiry and CVV number.

            When i raised doubt about providing such confidential information and probed him more about his authenticity, he hung up the phone.

            I REQUEST THE INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM TO TAKE NOTE OF THIS AND HELP US GET A REFUND FROM BYJU'S WITHOUT BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH FRAUDS.

            PLEASE INTERVENE.

              I get a call from byjus the learning app on 1 dec. 2019. They convinced us a educational counselling to be done on 8 dec. So we agreeed, in the session of 4 hrs. The sold their product by assuring us that if we are not satisfied we can return it. But now when i contact them don't listen and keep on procrastinating and argues. The are not ready to accept that i am not satisfied. And don't ready to process return

              i also received a call from byju for counseling after that they convinced us to take a 15 days trail after that if we are not satisfied we can return the tab.but after 15 days trial firstly they don't take any observation within 15 days and after that when we try to connect them they doesn't respond any way.now they told its not possible but I'll try to resolve but it takes at least a month. very dissapointing .. don't be so fool by accepting their proposal.

                I was purchased program on 11/10/2019, with mr. shubham mehra, while purchasing he is committed for one time payers there will be a pay back of total 15% . in that 5 % immediately and 10% after 20days.5%of amount i got immediately and 10% i have not got till now . i have raised mails and phone calls till now i have not got any response. i am keep on calling him till now he dint pick up my call from 15th of December 2019. this is my invoice number

                  I am not satisfied with the product the councellor did not tell us about the terms and conditions of the product and he was so much in telling about himself i had such a bad experience with byjus i dont want to pay them anymore but they are forcing us every person has right to information but they dont follow that. Every customer have that right but they dont tell us during visit and after that when customer ask them for cancellation they always backout they are forcing us for emi even after knowing that we are unable to

                    Respected sir, i purchase the tablet course for my daughter but we don, t know that our emi loan is only for 1 year. We thought that our emi loan is for 5 years so, we slowly slowly fill the loan amount.

                    But they don't cancel our order till today, we complaints many time to byju's customer care or ankit jaiswal which is come my home for giving us byju's plan.

                      I purchased byju’s plan for my son for std 5, 6, 7and 8 as it was under a good scheme. I paid a down payment and after that i received tablet and kit from byju’s.. After that i paid my first emi. But now my son is going to hostel for further studies so i consulted byju’s team for help and to cancel my further emi’s as i am not going to use the application anymore so its useless for me to pay emi’s.. I told i dont want refund but plz cancel my plan so i can get rid of paying emi’s but they are telling they dont have any such policy from their end. So plz help me

                        I have purchased there product i have contacted councellor sevial time for cancellation even i have requested them to cancel but they didnt they are such a cheater they ar e actually cheating in the name of education i have contacted them under 15 days i have send lot of email regarding cancellation but they didnt cancel and now asking for loan such a huge bussiness

                          I got a call from Byjus stating that I have been shortlisted for the role of learning and development specialist. The very next day I was scheduled for an interview through Zoom app and it went well. At the end, they told me that I will get a call from HR as soon as possible. But I didn’t get any call for the next two weeks. I mailed them regarding my job status. They told me to wait for one more week. But also I didn’t get any reply. I mailed them again. They told me to wait and for three more days and told me that they will give me an update. Its been a month now. I’m mailing them everyday and they are so irresponsible. They don’t even have the courtesy of replying back to the mails. Because of their irresponsible behaviour, I lost many opportunities. I thought I will get an opportunity since they told me to wait. Now I regret believing them. Dear Byjus people, please have some courtesy over people. Thank you.

                            Dear Byjus,

                            I made a purchase of you're product based on a very again marketing by your salesperson who visited my home saying they will give counseling.

                            I felt very pressured and went for a purchase. However when I researched online, I learnt about how I was duped.

                            I immediately within a few hours followed your cancellation policy guidelines and sent an email for cancellation and refund.

                            I had spoken with your customercare the next day who filled up the cancellation form and asked me to share the following details to [protected]@byjus. I did the same as instructed and also copied to [protected]@byjus as well. I am sharing the details below by removing my child name.

                            Since I cancelled within the deadline if 24 hours, I hope the money would be refunded into my account as soon as possible.

                            It's been more than 48 hours and I am waiting for some action. I have not received an be update and looking at all the complaints about byjus in this website, I am really wire worked now.

                            I hope the money would be refunded into my account as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                              I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                                Dear byju,
                                I have taken the byjus pakage on[protected] during one of your team member has visited at our place for my child tanmay sharma.

                                During conversation i have paid 5800 amount with my debit card and she said rest payment will be deduct from my credit card on monthly basis as she has done herself the procedure.

                                But i have received my credit card bill they have charged rs 2921 (Interest, late fee charges).

                                For that daily i am talking from last 10 days with byju customer care no. ([protected]) and discussing with mentor but not getting the proper response.

                                As it is not my fault so requested, kindly immediately adjust above amount and start emi on monthly basis to avoid daily interest and late fees charges by hdfc bank.

                                Requested kindly

                                1) immediately start emi as daily interest charges is adding by bank which again will come in next billing cycle.
                                2) adjust extra charges of cost rs 2921/-
                                Which had been added by bank due to lumsum amount.

                                Regarding this i am continuously mail to press, supoort, [protected]@byjus.com but it very surprising and disgusting no reply is coming from your side.

                                Also i discussed with mentor and mailed to her but not replying and giving any answer.

                                  We bought byjus for our son of 7 years as sales person said try for 15 days, if you don't like you can return everything and everything will be refunded. I said ok let's try.

                                  Then i asked sales person to extend the trial period to 2 months as 15 days doesn't give clear idea whether to continue for 3 years or not.

                                  Sales person told me ok he will request his team for the same and will get it done. Nobody contacted me, i asked again, he told me he will speak again but i understood after 15 days that he didn't request anyone about this as when i talked to mentor, she said nobody requested for extension and extension is against policy.

                                  Now, i want my money back and sales guy is simply cheater and must be fired immediately.

                                    Byju’s representative anurag mishra visited my house on 30th sept. 2018. He processed registration and get forms signed by me stating that it was registration formability. Also, committed that we will receive tab in 7 days but we received it 9 days later.
                                    By the time we receive it my son’s semester exam started so did not operate it in exam period. So it took more time for me reply on cancellation request. If i had receive product in time i could have reply in stated 15 days timeline. But since received product late and it all end up with submission of cancellation request after 16th day which is quite logical and justifiable. But byju’s seems not doing ethical business. They looks more interested in selling their product forcefully.
                                    I submitted cancellation request and assumed that now it will be processed. No communication even form mentor. As the product sold by giving wrong information under the name of scholarship. I had given request for cancellation but there was no response to the mail and on phone they are just misguided by saying that ignore the calls so i stopped that ecs immediately by the way. We are getting continuous calls from byju's finance regarding the payment and saying that they have no updates from cancellation team. As the communication is only from one side. Whenever we call helpdesk they do not provide any resolution on cancellation. Every time the new person calls and ask the reasons. Since from last one year i have communicated everyday with new person and given the reason about the cancellation every time with communicating 40 to 50 min. Which is quite traumatic as i have to explain everything newly to him right from start.
                                    It should be obligatory to byju’s to make call after 15 days to verify on processing request which is right & ethical way of doing business. Byju’s is big fraud and think twice before entertaining their fake sales persons. They will process your request and emi without any consent from you. I am still following up for cancellation and soon will file legal complaint against this unethical business firm.
                                    Please call if anyone want to join to file complaint jointly. Let people make aware of their unlawful working style and fraudulent business.

                                      I took byju's for two children and saqib at indirapuram sold me and took 1.17 lakh rupees from me. When i requested for cancellation within 13th day saqib told me that his grandfather has expired and he is unable to talk to me e and heading towards his hometown. I tried to call byju's cancellation department many times but they fail to cancel the request. Every time you call byju's cancelation department they say we will revert back to the don't know the process of refund.
