My name is pratham gaur. I have purchased a product from you. Your counselor said that within 15 days if your wish to return tab so you can return it. I had send you more than 10 email. But in last email you don't reply us. And without informing us you given us loan. We not need the product so why will pay it. So take it back and refund your loan amount which has withdraw from our account.

      I received byjus lenova tablet but as per condition i inform to mukul jain and rishabh under 15 days as per condition apply than mukul jain tell me ok i cancelled your contract and emi from icici bank last 15 days i tried to contact mukul jain and rishabh but both person don received my call mukul jain mobile no-[protected] and rishabh mobile no -[protected] and i received many calls from other no for payin emi my contact no is [protected] pleas solve my problem

        Sir, we have purchased byjus ias course program on 22/06/2019 for three years i. E 2022 which was received by us on 07/07/2019 and used by us. But on 13/08/19 it was closed for there side and even after several calls and emails no action was taken by them. Thus, we were forced to ask for cancellation of this course by an email on 19/08/2019 but no action is been taken by them till date. We have already returned tab and books though courier on 05/09/2019 which according to the courier service it was result by them on 07/09/2019 and 11/09/2019 respectively by them. The courier was send to the company's provided address. We have already paid about 25000 rupees (Including registration and emi). We request you to kindly, resolve this matter at the earliest possible time as it is hampering our everyday life process.

        Not Resolved but why it is marked as resolved. Isn't it a fraud with the complainer
        I hard reset the byjus tablet because i dont know the password then i downloded the apk file after reset then open it and asking pin validation for class 7 idont know

        I request to please solve my problem as soon as possible

          I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

            I have paid the full amount to byjus, i had been told that i would be provided a new sd card but they are not sending the replacement. They are simply giving reasons saying my phone is not reachable, they are delivering today and all that, it has already be more than 20 days since they are not doing anything regarding this. I need some resolution on the same. I think they do not want to send so are giving reasons.

              This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

              We have took the course for 4th std on 16 January 2019 and one o[censored]r company member has visited ur home for Some details after that we took an course they told that it will arrive in 15 day but the students kit and our money has not yet refund till now date[protected]

                Product Cancellation - Refund- Ref - 4097315

                Dear sir

                I was forced to avail the Byjus Product educational product for my daughter, for 76500/- by paying Rs.11, 500/- through NEFT transfer and remaining through RBL with a loan amount of Rs. 65025/- with emi of Rs.5400/- .

                Marketing Executive pushed myself and psychologically manipulated with my wife saying offer of Rs.5000/- with immediate enrollment, without giving time for thinking. He not even explained about cancellation policy and taken the sign in papers, went off. He hardly spent 30 minutes, his focus was in collecting the money and dumb the product on the Innocent parents like me

                Nothing was done from there and then when I pushed them where is the product and they dispatched late. I have filed product cancellation on 09.11.2019, till now no resolution was carried out, they keep calling, intimidating and use tone of voice to scare us, psychologically manipulate.

                I have requested to cancel the product and subscription at the earliest, for return and refund as I was not satisfied with their response. The were manipulating the cancellation request is with in 30 days! I was completely disappointed with the attitude and the tone of your voice, Mr.J.Deepan, Senior Manager, as representative of Byjus As well as Byjus ! ( Byjus, Boast in the field Education service, which is unlikely, with the motto of pushing customer at any cost!) and he had threatened that its my fate to pay the money, SInce I availed the product, no matter I use it or not, I need to pay. I told him, why I have to pay for service which I have not used, and asked for cancellation and refund.

                Byjus marketing person didn't explain anything about cancellation policy, just asked me to sign papers. There should be fair business practice, and not with a intention taking advantage of clients and looting innocent parents money.

                Everyone works hard to earn even a single rupee. I hope after reading this mail, ByJus come to senses, give proper resolution for me.

                I have given false promise and does not comes under fair business dealing or policy, it's kind of trap for parents. If there is no proper clause, revise the product and subscription policy, so that parents like me are not taken for granted. Please ensure Byjus follows fair business policy from now on, not to take advantage of parents..

                I have given request for cancellation of my product as well as subscription, and refund (₹.27, 500/-) by collecting the product from my end.

                I have made number of calls and mails from my registered email id. I could not get proper response.

                I received call from RBL finance (Byjus) informing me to talk to Byjus to resolve the matter at the earliest. RBL Person informed with confidence Byjus would resolve it today. Different BDs call daily and tell me they are from RBL, asking same question daily, they were like collection agent, calling from call center in bangalore.

                Since i am work from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm, i hardly get time to visit your regional office to hand over the product, more so I am 40km away from the regional office, unable to request my wife to visit your office.

                So, I request your team to collect the product, refund the money in cash (₹.27, 500/-) and to collect the product, along with RBL loan cancellation official letter signed by Byjus, at the earliest.

                Kindly send this email to concerned officials, who might be aware of the issue.I also need an apology from Mr.J.Deepan for his threatening tone, and egoistic attitude towards me as customer.

                Looking forward to resolution at the earliest.

                Daily I am getting 3 to 4 calls from call center, and they say they are from RBL bank (BYJU's) and why I am not paying EMI, and keep asking same story!

                If this is the way Byjus conducts business in earning money and market leader in IT enabled Education Sector, no matter where they go, even if they go global, and they will not succeed and definitely meet with failure.

                Respect the customer and don't take customer for ride, cheating innocent parents is not a good sign.

                Cancel the product and loan, give me the refund of Rs, 27, 500/- .

                Even today I have been spammed with SMS saying you have missed your EMI. Immediately pay your EMI to avoid penal charges and negative credit score. I keep getting calls from the customer care executive, when I pick phone, and they keep the phone down. They are keep intimidating. If they are really care about customer, and for education Service, they should resolve the issues, and give refund. You can't push and dump the product on a customer, who does not want your product or service.

                Daily getting calls from BYJUS (They introduce themselves calling RBL Finance) and keep asking why I have not paid the EMI. I think they have set up office like collection agent, and torture clients or customer, milk the money from them at any cost.
                This is not the way business operates. BYJUS cancel my product and subscription, Refund Rs.27, 500/- and collect your tablet from my home.

                I am not in a position to visit your regional office in Mount road, as I work from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm. I can't ask my wife to visit for return, as we are 40km from your regional office, also when you wanted to sell, you send your Business Devloper to home, why don't you send your BD to collect the product and refund the same.

                Kindly do the same, and I will mark the complaint resolved and withdraw my complaint immediately.

                Looking forward to hear from you soon. Not to hear from you rather cancellation and Refund from you (Rs.27, 500/-).

                Yesterday 22.11.2019, I have received call from BYJUS support team.
                The person Informed me that they were trying to help the customer in best possible way. I was informed that they will cancel the RBL Loan immediately and I need not pay anything further and they will convey the same to RBL.

                I am waiting for the official cancellation of loan from BYJUS and RBL (Loan cancelled) through email.

                Hope they will send the cancellation to [protected]@hotmail.com

                I never seen worst customer care. One of the Worst Education Service.

                I was absolutely wrong and I written update they have called me and they trying to resolve, and they promised to cancel the loan and refund.

                No they are not. They keep Intimidating you with number calls, asking same question and again. Different people call and tell you " Sir, we are seeing you have not made the payment, when you are doing to pay?" They will keep calling and telling same story, you will speak to different people from the same customer care office in Bangalore, as they will exchange the list within themselves, so that we get to speak to different people from different numbers.

                I believe they might have 500+ Business Development Executives and you will keep getting calls from different person and with different numbers. When you have so much patience, attend every call, tell them politely, same story from beginning. Still they keep picking on your nerves, and finally tell "sorry sir we didn't promise anything like that, and you need to pay the same at the earliest"

                There is Other Department : Collection Department (BYJUS/RBL)

                They will say they are calling from RBL Bank. They say" Your name is highlighted, why you have not paid your EMI?"

                You keep explaining and again they tell sorry sir, we didn't get any cancellation of Loan from BYJUS, and you need to pay!!
                How come it shows all problem resolved from ByJus? My problem is not resolved yet

                26.11.2019 - I Lost my Health with in 2 weeks, and Given Medical leave for 3 months!

                BYJUS Team,

                I am really tired and exhausted with you. I am really stressed for the past 10 days and my health is completely lost with in 2 weeks of Intimidating calls. This is not the way you approach business Especially Education Service, You need parents to be alive.Due to this constant intimidation, I applied for medical leave for 3 months, and I don't have income to take care.

                If you care about parents, Cancel the Product Subscription and the Loan Immeditely, and Refund the money Rs.16, 500 /- (3 Paid EMI), unfortunately, I need this money for my medical treatment just for standing for my right. Immediately cancel remaining 9 month EMI. Send me official Letter to me and to RBL Bank.

                I will be fair and keep the Tablet with me (Rs.11, 500/- paid through NEFT) as its being used, which I can't return.

                I hope there is someone out there or responsible person read this update and do the needful immediately.

                I am exhausted and Tired.

                Unhappy and Severely traumatized unlucky parent.

                Hello Team,

                My account is in the name of Student Name- Aliasgar Bohra. I have been constantly calling the concerned team for a refund and cancellation of my account and have not yet received any positive response for the same. I was sold the product and not provided any details about the refund policy by the Counsellor and now it has been more then 15 days and the counselor has yet not responded to the escalation raised by the mentor. I need someone to address the above issue immediately and provide me a solution for the same. I have been mislead by the counselor and need to cancel my amount at the earliest. I do not want anyone to call me who cannot take a decision for my issue.

                I am really frustrated now and following up on the same since more then 2 weeks I will not be paying a single penny until my concern is sorted out.

                  Dear sir/ madam,

                  I am attaching the whatsapp conversation with byjus employee - mr. Kumar raj which clearly indicates that interest amount will be beared by bijus. This was also assured by your team mate mr. Raj during his visit at my home.

                  I am regularly asking raj for it & very first day he is saying that it will be resolved. After no reply from him i have started this whatsapp conversation with him & this was sent by him. You are just wasting my time & money.

                  I again tell you that you are having following listed faults & you have to cancel the order & refund all my money back to my account.

                  1. Emi was only to be beared by me & all interest was to bear by byjus. This is clearly depicted in attachment. They have already cut my interest so refund me all interest alongwith interest you earned on it. As i am closing it so refund all my emi too & close the emi pending immediately.
                  2. Syllabus sent by byjus team is not matching with the inside annexes. This was intimated to mr. Raj on 20th october & even snaps sent to him with all details. Also these snaps were sent to cancellation department too. But now you are just ringing the mobiles & assuring me. This 1 month they have wasted by emi amount.
                  3. No mentors are contacting to our children. Now when i am sending the mails then i am told that their mentor is on leave from 2 days. Ok... But what from 20th october when my query started no one contacted. Just mentors are fooling us & nothing else.
                  4. No. Parental control.
                  5. Mr. Raj has told that the syllabus fro class 4 & 6 will be sent monthly but only we receive the syllabus for class 4.
                  6. No visit of any mentor at home as per assurance by mr. Raj.

                  So at the last i have taken the decision to close it as byjus team is just not interested to resolve the issue. They are just writing queries in conversation & i am tired giving reply.

                  I have requested them to close the emi but they say that the 15 days period is completed so they cannot refund it. It is clear cheating with us as product is not matching with our requirement. However, from the day i received product i have not found the content which was told for class 4 & 6 and it was promised that it will be there that's the reason i have not asked for cancellation at that moment.

                  Also the interest part they are not ready to return.

                    Hello,

                    We were sold the byjus service by ms geetika moolchandani in mumbai, invoice byjus[protected]. During the presentation she informed that a promotion is going on and we will get 1 month to cancel the subscription if we are not happy.
                    We informed her about the cancellation verbally within 15 days of getting the tablet but sent a cancellation mail only after few days of not receiving any feedback on our cancellation request. However this was done within the 30 period that we were offered. We got a response from byjus that since we have crossed 15 days period cancellation cannot be processed.
                    Ms geetika confirmed that she has sent a mail to the cancellation department confirming that 30 days period was offered and cancellation can be accepted.
                    We have now been following up with her and the byjus support team since over a month who keep passing the ball on one another. Support team says they haven't received any email from geetika and geetika says she has sent several emails requesting to cancel our subscription and refund the money charged.
                    This has been going on since over a month. Attached is a sms conversation wherein geetika has mentioned that cancellation approval has been sent. We shared a snapshot of this conversation too with byjus support team, still they are going on saying that they haven't heard from geetika.

                    Now we only hope to get our cancellation processed and refund at earliest.

                      I constantly message or call to my counsellor... But he is not respondrnt to me... Then after i call to camcellation department... Then she told me that...in 24 hour i have receive the call from department but i didn't receive any call...

                      I have complaint within 15 days... But it is delayed by the byjus department..

                      I don't knw what they have policy... And what kind of service they provide to student...
                      If such money making policy i don't recommend that any one of you to take some stuff from the byjus.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        An interest free loan was sanctioned by a byju's employee (Mr. Vishnu khanna, sr. Academic counsellor, byju’s) for the byju's order no:[protected]On-spot enrolment at my house) and the respective iifl loan a/c no is sl2430349. I signed a blank nach mandate (Only one form) form for the emi of rs. 3375.00 for 12 months to iifl.

                        The umrn sbin[protected] for rs 40, 500.00 issued to iifl was cancelled on 22nd june’ 2019 due to drawer sign differ. I am not asked by any iifl/byju’s employee to sign any other mandate to resubmit the mandate to npci for auto debit of emi. I paid the first emi through payment link sent to me by personal mobile numbers of mr. Om kar mitra, accounts manager, iifl.

                        My signature might be forged for nach mandate and the following two mandates have been issued to npci without informing me (Violating the rbi guidelines):

                        Mandate with umrn sbin[protected] for rs 40500.00 issued to india infoline finanace ltd was created on 13th sept. 2019.
                        Mandate with umrn sbin[protected] for rs 40500.00 issued to india infoline finanance ltd was created on 18th sept., 2019

                        I have sent emails to iifl and to byju’s about the misuse (?) of my documents (Like signature) and registration of the above-mentioned mandates without taking my signature and without my consent.

                        I had to send request to the destination bank to reject those mandates (Being registered by using forged signatures of mine) and accordingly my bank processed and rejected those mandates (Umrn sbin[protected] and umrn sbin[protected]) on 24th september' 2019.

                        Many persons of suspicious identities even with some personal mobile numbers contacted me and send me emails to make the payment of the loan emi by payment links. For examples, abhinaba ghosh, accounts manager, iifl (As per my information, he is business development associate, buju's, think & learn pvt. Ltd.) talked to me and send me one email attaching the forged mandate to inform me that mandate has been sent to npci for registration. Another example is md. Adeeb damda, accounts manager, iifl (As per my information he is operations associate, byju’s, think & learn pvt. Ltd.) sent many messages to make payment by links. There are many other evidences of suspicious calls, smss, whatsapp messages and emails (From byju's domain). I have been receiving smss from many sms sending codes of buju’s (Like byjugs, byjus, finbjs, plutus, byjusc, arsccsa, cprpas) asking me to make payment. Few of these sms sender codes are highly suspicious. I have even got the message like “… we have initiated legal recovery proceedings for the loan amount. Demand letter has been sent to you address….” whereas i have been repaying the emis regularly and the same has been intimated to [protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com, vishnu. [protected]@byjus.com, mohit. [protected]@byjus.com, narendra. [protected]@byjus.com, tripti. [protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com, abhinaba. [protected]@byjus.com, and also to iifl customer care. Some of these email ids of byju’s are of accounts manager, iifl. Iifl employees are allowed to use the byju’s email domain to communicate with the loan customers of iifl.in such a work environment, the status of my iifl loan account should be immediately updated in the byju’s sms sending system to avoid the unnecessary messages to customer like me.

                        I have informed iifl as well as byju's regarding all these incidences and issues. But i have not received any satisfactory reply. I have been making the repayment of loan emi by using the payment portal of iifl website where in my controversial loan is registered without any intimation to me.

                        I was surprised to know that the loan sanctioned to me is sme loan but, i am not entitled to get an sme loan.in the cibil record the loan is reported as personal loan but, as per iifl terms and condition, i do not qualify to get any personal loan from iifl. This is illegal, unethical and injustice so far as suitability of a product or service is concerned (Loan initiated by academic counsellor, byju’s). The loan issued is inappropriate and protection of the need of the consumer is not taken care of. The persons who contacted me pretending to be iifl employee did not share any particulars and status of my loan. That is why presently i am not receiving any calls from unknown numbers.


                        In light of the above-mentioned points, i would like to inform you that there are many irregularities in the loan sanctioned to me. There are violations of the fundamental rules, regulations and rights of customer which is causing continuous and intense mental and emotional harassment to me and my family. Moreover, there might be some cyber crime attempt by some people from byju's as well as iifl by misusing the documents and signature that i submitted to the byju's employee 9mr. Vishnu khanna) at the time of on-spot enrolment of the byju's product and iifl loan processing. I was continuously pressurized to make manual payment of loan emi preferably by payment link. Many activities and evidences indicate that there is concerted effort by a group of people to put unnecessary pressure on the customer to make payments by payment links. I have been refusing to make payment by link as i found many of the loan recovery agents (Byju’s or iifl not sure) to be suspicious because their words and opinion were not consistent and logically correct about the issues of mandates and also about their real identities.

                          While demo and selling it was told that chapters in the 2nd standard of icse will be there. However it was not there, after followup again and again it was told another set of study material will contain the chapters. But its not there. Now after excedding 15 days they are not agreeing to refund. Now i want to retutn the kit as i am cheated giving wrong information. F there was not false promise given initially that content will be there i would have simply returned the product. But just by keeping hanging things and saying that 15 days period is over is a cheating. after telling false information about the content of product and promise of getting the same from counselor avinash kumar now i am informed that the product cannot be returned as it has exceeded the return period. However, from the day i received product i have not found the content which was told for standard 2nd and it was promised that it will be there that's the reason i have not asked for cancellation at that moment.

                            I want to complain for the manpower exploitation that is going on in the lucknow byjus branch... Is there any timing for the office hours.. Or the employees have to dedicate their lives for few bugs... Does company expect the fact that proper rest is necessary for doing work efficiently... If the company expect their employees to work like a robot... Then kindly start hiring robots and pay them...

                              I have purchased a byjus tab for my son after lots of convincing session of byjus sale person because he promised me that if i got dissatisfied by the product they arrange the return of tab but lam tired of trying and requesting byjus team to take the byjus tab return. These byjus company is trapping the customer by doing such kind of irresponsible act. Now it's a time to take legal action against the poor cancellation policy of returning and refund of byjus. They are not allowed to force the customer to pay. If a customer is not satisfied they must approve the return of the product. So, byjus team kindly please contact registered mobile no. [protected] and initiate the cancellation of loan and arrange the return of byjus tablet.

                                Byjus is not doing good in field of education they are only making money. This fraud company creating pressure on parents to buy and in the end they sale the product for long duration time and they don't even refund the money.

                                This is not the revolution for country they are a demise for education.

                                Because of them education is deteriorating more.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Due to medical emergencies and crisis i had cancelled my order worth rs 70000 and as per the policy if we cancel the order with in 24 hrs we will get refund. Comapany name is buyjus.

                                  A manager called us next day and he confirmed not to accept the tablets and book then it will go back to company and the refund will be initiated. He stated that he will drop an email to confirm cancellation, but later i did not receive any email.
                                  After a day counselor (At the time of payment he was too polite and now he was too rude) to whom i paid the money he called us stating that we dont refund money and you have to keep the order its no way out for me when i told him that as per the policy time lines you have to refund. He said that policy is fake.

                                  By any chance can you please help me or can you connect me with some one who can assist me. I can share further details as well.

                                  I got my refund. Just a suggestion for Byjus, they should hire eligible conselor who doesn't threaten their clients.
                                  Our counselor called me and he was threatening to keep the course and they wont refund money. its not good for company's reputation.

                                    I, arnav kanude, subscribed for byjus and recieved the kit on 8 sept. 2019. After some time i started facing difficulty in understanding the lectures. Now i want to cancel the subscription and as per the rules given in the student's copy i have complaint regarding the issue within 15 days. It has been two months already after the complaint i have registered, but still the company is not responding and the emi is still deducting.

                                      We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday.. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                                        I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.
