While demo and selling it was told that chapters in the 2nd standard of icse will be there. However it was not there, after followup again and again it was told another set of study material will contain the chapters. But its not there. Now after excedding 15 days they are not agreeing to refund. Now i want to retutn the kit as i am cheated giving wrong information. F there was not false promise given initially that content will be there i would have simply returned the product. But just by keeping hanging things and saying that 15 days period is over is a cheating. after telling false information about the content of product and promise of getting the same from counselor avinash kumar now i am informed that the product cannot be returned as it has exceeded the return period. However, from the day i received product i have not found the content which was told for standard 2nd and it was promised that it will be there that's the reason i have not asked for cancellation at that moment.

    I want to complain for the manpower exploitation that is going on in the lucknow byjus branch... Is there any timing for the office hours.. Or the employees have to dedicate their lives for few bugs... Does company expect the fact that proper rest is necessary for doing work efficiently... If the company expect their employees to work like a robot... Then kindly start hiring robots and pay them...

      I have purchased a byjus tab for my son after lots of convincing session of byjus sale person because he promised me that if i got dissatisfied by the product they arrange the return of tab but lam tired of trying and requesting byjus team to take the byjus tab return. These byjus company is trapping the customer by doing such kind of irresponsible act. Now it's a time to take legal action against the poor cancellation policy of returning and refund of byjus. They are not allowed to force the customer to pay. If a customer is not satisfied they must approve the return of the product. So, byjus team kindly please contact registered mobile no. [protected] and initiate the cancellation of loan and arrange the return of byjus tablet.

        Byjus is not doing good in field of education they are only making money. This fraud company creating pressure on parents to buy and in the end they sale the product for long duration time and they don't even refund the money.

        This is not the revolution for country they are a demise for education.

        Because of them education is deteriorating more.

          Dear sir,

          Due to medical emergencies and crisis i had cancelled my order worth rs 70000 and as per the policy if we cancel the order with in 24 hrs we will get refund. Comapany name is buyjus.

          A manager called us next day and he confirmed not to accept the tablets and book then it will go back to company and the refund will be initiated. He stated that he will drop an email to confirm cancellation, but later i did not receive any email.
          After a day counselor (At the time of payment he was too polite and now he was too rude) to whom i paid the money he called us stating that we dont refund money and you have to keep the order its no way out for me when i told him that as per the policy time lines you have to refund. He said that policy is fake.

          By any chance can you please help me or can you connect me with some one who can assist me. I can share further details as well.

          I got my refund. Just a suggestion for Byjus, they should hire eligible conselor who doesn't threaten their clients.
          Our counselor called me and he was threatening to keep the course and they wont refund money. its not good for company's reputation.

          Any Way cheers to BYJUS Refund Team.

            I, arnav kanude, subscribed for byjus and recieved the kit on 8 sept. 2019. After some time i started facing difficulty in understanding the lectures. Now i want to cancel the subscription and as per the rules given in the student's copy i have complaint regarding the issue within 15 days. It has been two months already after the complaint i have registered, but still the company is not responding and the emi is still deducting.

              We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday.. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                  does not load the videos

                  I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                  Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working....

                  I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                    totally fraud took loan on my wife name

                    Byjus is a fraud company they approached my wife and told they are taking online class and monthly fees will be 4k now i called and told them to cancell there is no use of it now only we came to know it's and these fellows getting sign in all documents and taking loan and threatening people plz take further action. They have got signed papers for loan purpose now we r not intrested in byjus no more but they are giving pressure for payment...

                    DearTeam,

                    I have purchased Byjus class 4 to 8 product for my son From Mr. Aman representative of Byju's after ensurance from him if we donot like the product we can ask for cancellation with in 15 days and get back our money . Got this Product on 5 aug and finding this of no use, so ask them for cancellation on 10 Aug . Afterwards got call calls from their representatives, finally after all discussion with me and my kid, they asked me to send mail for cancellation . I sent mail to byju's on 17 Aug for Cancellation . Ms Arushi and Mr. Shantnu is finally agreed for cancelation, but to my surprise, they are illegally deducting payments through ECS, when i asked they are refusing to refund my money back . I was asking shantnu to arrange a call with his senior then he said he is the only authority to response back and He clearly asked me DO what ever u want to do . I


                    Kindly help to cancel the whole package and to get the refund amount.Attaching mail for reference .

                    Meanwhile, if anyone has escalation metrics, please share with me.

                      The product was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
                      My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
                      Please help us in resolving it asap.

                        I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product.

                          On october 2018 miss madhumitha from chennai byju’s sales sold learning app with tab for total rs 55000, by rs 10000 as cheque and balance rs 45000 as loan from capital float.
                          She informed me that the company will debit my savings account directly for rs 4500 per month to a tenure of 10 months totally without any intrest.

                          We had finalised and closed the deal and given a cheque for rs 10000 and signed some documents for rs 45000 loan. After that she handed over the app and tab in working condition still it is working properly.

                          After 10 months the loan must have come to an end.

                          But they debited for the eleventh instalment also,
                          I enquired about the same to the coustomer care officer and asked for the details
                          She had clearly told the documents submitted by their sales person madhumitha is showing that i had taken rs 55000 loan, after that i came to a shock i asked to het to show the application via email she had forwarded the same.

                          I found the first page is filled by myself and the second page which i had filled was changed totally and the signature and the name of the applicant is also not matching.

                          I would like to get justice and return my money.
                          As soon as possible.

                          On any doubt they can check the signature of myself on the advance cheque and the application totally differs.

                          Hope this is a striking criminal offence.

                          Please help in this matter.

                            Dear sir/madam

                            With reference to above noted subject, i would like to inform you that on being allured by your advertisement came across by me on website and thereafter by the misrepresentation and inducement given by your authorized representative mr. Sanaan ahmed i opted for registration of my kid namely shivika sharma in byju's learning programme. It is noteworthy that at the time of paying registration fees and signing the documents, i was made aware of my right to recall the registration at any point of time on being dissatisfied by the mode of learning programme.

                            After being registered, i alongwith my kid found the learning mode and style to be unsatisfactory and hence i approached sanaan ahmed within 15 days and after [protected]@byjus.com, mss srilekha navale nd agn [protected]@byjus.com to get the registration cancelled.

                            In the meantime, i have received a call from fullerton bank that an ach mandate has been attached to my account. On coming to know about this, i was shocked and surprised.

                            In view of above, i had sent email cum request letter to you the addressees to suspend the process of ach already instituted and redress my grievances in a proper manner as i am completely dissatisfied by your learning programme and had informed you about it.

                            I have been repeatedly requesting and reminding you to cancel my ward's registration with byju's e-learning programme bit till today my request has been left unheard and unredressed. I have further requested you to suspend the process of ach already instituted but the same has also not been paid any need.

                            Sir/madam, by not cancelling the said registration of my kids with you and by initiating the process of pulling funds from my account by ach transfer mode, despite my repeated requests to stopping so, you are misusing the authorization taken from me for the said transfer which is not fare enough and is a monopoly being practised by use.
                            By this email, i would like to again request you to cancel the registration of my kids with byju's learning programme within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of this email, failing which i shall be constrained to initiate legal resources against you the persons responsible. I further request you to stop the misuse of my authorization for automatic money transfer from my account with immediate effect as the said authorization is hereby withdrawn from the date when i firstly approached you to cancel the registration.

                            As my authorization for such money transfer stands withdrawn, if any amount is pulled out from my account or any charges for declined transaction is levelled against me, it shall be treated as unauthorized money transfer and hence you the peesons/officials of byju's shall be held responsible for such monetary loss and other damages.

                            In anticipation of cancellation of registration of my kid namely shivika sharma in byju's learning programme within 7 days of receipt of this email, i am hereby tendering my thanks.

                              I took byjus ias tablet course and i got it on 23 october 2019 and used it for over a week and i have not found byjus ias course much relevant for my preparation and i am not comfortable with lectures and wording used in lectures on maximum of the subject of ias course hence i do not found suitable for preparation and according to refund policy of byjus within 15 days
                              But i did not get any response from byjus team

                              There service are so poor after purchasing a product they not contacting you you have any problems

                                I have already informed byju to cancel my package multiple times to customer care and per phone as well. Also, i asked to refund the ecs amount asap.

                                I tried to get in touch with byju representative "tanmay", emp id: 21827897 over his phone, however, he never bothered to pick up the call. Perhaps company standards and customer support are trained in this way to not respond at all.

                                Kindly help to cancel the whole package and to get the refund amount.

                                Meanwhile, if anyone has escalation metrics, please share with me.

                                  Hi,
                                  On july 21, 2019, i purchased byjus learning package for my daughter who is in class 9. On august 2, 2019 i placed the request for cancellation of my order. Till the time of cancellation, the product was not delivered to us. Byjus people started chasing us to accept the delivery as we had refused to take it after the cancellation request. The byjus team member assured that the product could be returned even if we accept it. Frequent phone calls forced us to accept the delivery though we had already requested for cancellation.

                                  Now byjus's financial partner iifl has been running after us to pay the first emi applicable from october. I tried to explain that we have already cancelled our order 3 months ago, we are not liable to pay any emi. I also informed iifl that byjus's has assured during the tele conversation i had with girish (Senior manager from byjus bangaluru office) on 26th oct. That we do not require to pay emi. After a very long communication, finally my cancellation request was accepted by byjus and refund of advance payment is approved. We have sent the product back by courier to byjus bangaluru office.

                                  Now, iifl is running after us and forcing us to pay first emi of rs. 3079 which is not a liability of ours.

                                  Therefore, it is my humble request to iifl to pl stop chasing us regarding the payment and contact your partner (Byjus) for clarification and update on our account.

                                  For more information, i am attaching screenshots of communication i had with byjus till date.

                                    A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.
