Updated by Drsri Even today I have been spammed with SMS saying you have missed your EMI. Immediately pay your EMI to avoid penal charges and negative credit score. I keep getting calls from the customer care executive, when I pick phone, and they keep the phone down. They are keep intimidating. If they are really care about customer, and for education Service, they should resolve the issues, and give refund. You can't push and dump the product on a customer, who does not want your product or service.
Daily getting calls from BYJUS (They introduce themselves calling RBL Finance) and keep asking why I have not paid the EMI. I think they have set up office like collection agent, and torture clients or customer, milk the money from them at any cost.
This is not the way business operates. BYJUS cancel my product and subscription, Refund Rs.27, 500/- and collect your tablet from my home.
I am not in a position to visit your regional office in Mount road, as I work from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm. I can't ask my wife to visit for return, as we are 40km from your regional office, also when you wanted to sell, you send your Business Devloper to home, why don't you send your BD to collect the product and refund the same.
Kindly do the same, and I will mark the complaint resolved and withdraw my complaint immediately.
Looking forward to hear from you soon. Not to hear from you rather cancellation and Refund from you (Rs.27, 500/-).

Updated by Drsri Yesterday 22.11.2019, I have received call from BYJUS support team.
The person Informed me that they were trying to help the customer in best possible way. I was informed that they will cancel the RBL Loan immediately and I need not pay anything further and they will convey the same to RBL.
I am waiting for the official cancellation of loan from BYJUS and RBL (Loan cancelled) through email.
Hope they will send the cancellation to [protected]@hotmail.com

I never seen worst customer care. One of the Worst Education Service.
I was absolutely wrong and I written update they have called me and they trying to resolve, and they promised to cancel the loan and refund.
No they are not. They keep Intimidating you with number calls, asking same question and again. Different people call and tell you " Sir, we are seeing you have not made the payment, when you are doing to pay?" They will keep calling and telling same story, you will speak to different people from the same customer care office in Bangalore, as they will exchange the list within themselves, so that we get to speak to different people from different numbers.
I believe they might have 500+ Business Development Executives and you will keep getting calls from different person and with different numbers. When you have so much patience, attend every call, tell them politely, same story from beginning. Still they keep picking on your nerves, and finally tell "sorry sir we didn't promise anything like that, and you need to pay the same at the earliest"
There is Other Department : Collection Department (BYJUS/RBL)
They will say they are calling from RBL Bank. They say" Your name is highlighted, why you have not paid your EMI?"
You keep explaining and again they tell sorry sir, we didn't get any cancellation of Loan from BYJUS, and you need to pay!!
How come it shows all problem resolved from ByJus? My problem is not resolved yet

BYJUS Team,
I am really tired and exhausted with you. I am really stressed for the past 10 days and my health is completely lost with in 2 weeks of Intimidating calls. This is not the way you approach business Especially Education Service, You need parents to be alive.Due to this constant intimidation, I applied for medical leave for 3 months, and I don't have income to take care.
If you care about parents, Cancel the Product Subscription and the Loan Immeditely, and Refund the money Rs.16, 500 /- (3 Paid EMI), unfortunately, I need this money for my medical treatment just for standing for my right. Immediately cancel remaining 9 month EMI. Send me official Letter to me and to RBL Bank.
I will be fair and keep the Tablet with me (Rs.11, 500/- paid through NEFT) as its being used, which I can't return.
I hope there is someone out there or responsible person read this update and do the needful immediately.
I am exhausted and Tired.
Unhappy and Severely traumatized unlucky parent.
Expecting someone out there to do the needful for me
