We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

    My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

      My name is ashwani kumar chaudhary ([protected])
      On 30th aug2019 i got a call from byjus representative to by buy a course for my son and he gave the quote of 45000 for that. The chat with him is attached. On 2nd of sep another guy karan sharma came to my house and filled up order form for that and ask me to do initial payment of 4500 rs.
      I did that and screens are attached for references.
      After 1 hr he came back and said the quote sent to me was wrong by mistake and i need to pay 60000 for this course. I told him that i agree to buy course in 45k if thwy cannot provide then get my order cancelled and give my paid money 4500 rs back to me. He said ok course cannot be deliver in 45k and iam sending cancellation and refund to myjus office. After that i
      Followed up with him for 15 days and he said i have done cancellation request on 4th sep so i need to talk/mail with byjus cancelation team.
      Related chat is attached.

      Now almost 1 and half has month has gone and i have tried to follow up this matter several times over their customer care no [protected].
      I also received calls from byjus team members (Old mentor raksha shetri) by saying they are looking the matter and asked for payment reference detail for refund. I have provided that also to her.in next follow up she said i will talk with senior manager over this and update you back, but unfortunately she didn't call back and matter still pending. After that i had a discussion on this matter with their manager amit sharma and he said he will personally take this matter with refund department and i will get the money back. Today itself i tried to communicate with them and old mentor raksha told me that i need to be more patience even after 45 days, because they don't have my order details and they need to talk with sales team over this why order is not punched after payment received.
      So the moral of story is they don't take customer phones/mails seriously and don't have defined process to resolve customer problems/issues. Iam attaching the details of all communications i had with them in this issue.

      At last i request to take this matter with bujus and get my money back from them.

        I ordered byjus' tablet around 17th september, 2019 and received it on 1st of october, 2019.
        After having a experience, i filled a return request for the tablet on october 6th. Their first reply was quick. After that, they asked for the informations. After i provided that, i got a reply soon. But after that, they ignored my back to back 3 mails. Their salesperson or so called 'mentor' also was try to change my decision by constantly telling about their faculty. When i refused and asked to tell ne the exact process for their product's return, he started to ignore my message and phone calls.
        I then contacted their priority service. Got a reply at first, but no reply from them too over a week and i've already received message that money will be deducted at the time of emi payment from my account.
        Please, i want my refund.

          I applied for byju's educational kit wroth rs. 65000/- for class 7th to 10th syllabus and paid rs. 6500/- advance via online through credit card. Apply for educational kit ensure that kit is heldful for kids and if not satisfied then return your money easily. I received kit from courrier. But after receiving found that kit is not heldful for children & i talk on customer no. But they speak rudly & pressurize me. So i make complaint online on dated 10-09-19 & my complaint no. Is 02477182 but i not received any satisfactory reply. I m disappointed & want to refund my earliest money. Plz solve my problem.

            Dear sir/ madam, we need your help. I am sanjay shukla, father of aaryansh shukla want to share my concerns. Byju's agent mr. Sanjay (Mobile no.[[protected]] approached us and we bought byju package for our son for class 4th paying a amount of rs. (27000/). At the time of deal, we were said that if you don't find our product satisfied, you can return it within 15 days and the amount will be refunded. After receiving the package, my son studied from for about 12 days and he wasn't satisfied at all. We called the same person (Sanjay) about returning the product. He told the period of 15 days over so now returning not possible basically before 15 th day i called him but 2nd october holiday so byjus not working next day he told tomorrow he will respond but later he closed 15 days over. We even approached their customer care but didn't got any sufficient response. It is my request to please solve our issue. Dr sanjay [protected]

              As discussed kindly send me complete address where I can ship the Tablet provided by you, as my daughter is not at all comfortable and satisfied with it. So want to give it back and want to get back my refund as per BYJUS policy.!

                I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

                  This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better.

                    I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                    Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                        I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                          I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                              I called customer care of byju's regarding unlocking the ipad whose password was forgotten by my son. I made 4 calls in the day and every time i received the same response "someone will call you in 15 minutes" i also explained them that i am calling from 2:06 pm, 2:33 pm, 4:12 pm, and 4:39 pm.
                              It is really frustrating to hear "someone will call you in 15 minutes" and nobody will call you.

                              Those who care for their children, do not buy this product as once you buy it they will not provide service.

                                I purchased byjus tablet course on 21 september 2019 after 1 week my child does not understanding anything through this programme
                                I also done email for byjus for cancellation but they not responded and also micro sd card in tablet for this coarse is corrupted
                                I want to cancel this coarse and i want money refund of 5140rs which i paid starting instalments

                                  I am nishant bhardwaj purchased 10th, 11th and 12th kit for my son garv bhardwaj.
                                  As per discussion with sales executive mr. Manish (Indore), i have transferred the agreed amount in byjus account and waiting for kit since last 10 days and mean time he has given login and password to study.
                                  Now he is telling, right now it is not possible in agreed amount because i have given combined package with some one but that person had withdrawn so you have to pay additional cost.

                                  Initially i had made clear statement that if not possible in this amount then not call me but now byjus team started cheating.

                                  It is very disappointing as if i will not purchased then it will create bad impact on my son.

                                    Since Asish is finding it difficult to use the material we want to return the product.
                                    We are constantly in touch with your customer care team since 16-Aug' 2019 but unfortunately not getting any closure.

                                    Kindly make immediate action to return the money. We appreciate your efforts to help students through this app.

                                      I took subscription of byjus IAS Coaching and after i paid them 1.27 lakh through credit card, and now i dnt want to subscribe soo i called to customer care and told them, i want to un subscribe they told we will call u, daily they r saying this they are not responding at all .The counselor talks very sweet before subscription after they wont do any work..they are frauds cheating all innocent persons...please help me in this regard..

                                        Recently a representative from byjus called arjun (From chennai) came to my house for to talk about byjus, he made me buy the product and he said if i don't like it in one month he would refund the money. I contacted him in one month and said i was not interested but, he ignored me and started taking money from my bank account without asking me.

                                        I tried to call him several times but he just blocked my number. Once he attended my call when i was calling from another phone number, the moment he realised it was me he hung up the call. He is not responding at all, i have lost 7000+5275 =12275 because of this rascal.

                                        I have not even used the tablet they provided and i am not interested in that too. I want by 12275 as a refund because it is a fault from byjus side and i don't want to continue this course, but they are allowing me to discontinue. Every time i contact the byjus team to discontinue they just ignore me.
