I have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

    I am ias student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

      I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

        Please note we have purchase your education tab on 03.06.2019 and received the same by courier on 16.06.2019 and we informed to byjus on 28.06.2019 by mail but did not any respond from precipitants end, also we had called mr, hiren sojira (Emp. Id no[protected] but he did not reply positively. After that we had mailed many times regarding cancellation but no any reply from your side. We request you to please collect your tab and refund our money and close our loan.

          Dear sir, on 24th aug 2019 i had made payment of rs. 54, 000/- to byju's. Subsequently on 28-29 aug'2019 we received the one tablet for education app for our child of 4th standard. On 31st august 2019, we sent the email to the company for cancellation of above app. And requested for refund of our payment as per their terms mentioned on clause no. 9 of application form. We are repeatedly requesting for refund of our payment as we are not able to use the app. Due to various reasons given. However, till date we have not received the refund or any reply from their end. Please advise further course of action from our end to get back our payment.

            Sir i became interested in the canvasing technique of your envoy who came to my home for counselling just three months back. He assured me that the team of byju's are always available for the same and they will look after the learning process and no tuition is required for the kid. After much rapport the team byju's is just saying he is watching the video clips which has been embedded in the gadget. After being provided this we are just keeping a watchful eye on the kid and he was watching and we came to know by his deteriorated performance in his class test fa. I never witnessed such a poor performance of my kid. Hence sorry to say that i am not interested in it any more. My financial strength was not that good enough to afford one but i thought if it is useful to my son i can bear. For my dismay your staff were also not kept with me.
            What is the procedure to cancel the membership. My son's name is arjun s and he is in 9th class. I don't want to spoil the calmness of my family for this gadget. So i request you to collect this gadget and stop my emi. As it is not yielding to my kid.

              I applied for cancellation within byjus policy of 15 days. Gave few key reasons to cancel to the cancellation team. But they are not refunding money and trying to convince not to cancel. Any reason i gave they are saying they are not convinced so can not give money back. This is sounding like cbi investigation to me. Even they interrogated my daughter the same way and were sounding like to be forcing not to cancel. I need my money back.

                Hi, on 24th August 2019, A basted name Mr surendar Gupta, who came home, ### gave a unfalse matter, demo took my card details by unknowingly saying that he is going to show the package details, by believing him I gave my card, but the basted swiped my card with total amount of 72, 500/— with interest as he said there is no interest for me to pay.. Now that bloody fool is not lifting our call even not responding for messages also.. If my money is not going to get back within couple of days, I'm going to make suicide and going to post my suicide video in fb, YouTube etc.

                  Surrender/ cancellation of my subscription receipt no.- tn[protected] dated 27/03/2019

                  I want to surrender/ cancel my subscription of tablet learning program (Cbse 11-12 commerce). Please collect back your tablet and refund me my already deposited amount in my registered bank account with you. While using your product i realised it was not completing my objective and i am not able to understand anything through it. Therefore, now i have to opt for coaching classes and this product is completely waste for me.

                  Please collect your product and refund my money at the earliest also discontinue the deduction of ecs from my bank account.

                    There is no such so called customer service center... Every time they ansered same thing... Our team will contect u within 2 hrs... Totaaly frand company... Without my any sign they aply loan for 22500 for me... And now assk me to pay smae to loan department...

                    I already cancel my order within just 2 day after order... And write all mail to cancel the product and cancel my loan... They cancel my order but still i received my...

                    I want to cancellation of my order. I received your tab on dated 20/08/2019. My child is not interested your application. I requested to cancellation this order to concerned officer/manager but no response from byjus. I request to byjus with in 15 days. The counselor told that we cancel this deal with in 15 days. The employer of byjus are cheating with me.

                      Please do not buy any of the services from byju... they just cheet people... i order one course from byju... and just cancell before 2 days... they still ask me for full amout... can any one belive this????.. i have full cancellation propcess on mail... even write more than 30 mails for this issue that i dont buy any product from byju...still they ask me to pay with penalty...and more thing to add now byju team say that there are some problem with capital float team and byju... they just use bad language in phone... i suffer from last 1 and half month without any reason and mu fault... plz do not deal with byju

                        I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                          I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                          Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                            The tab provided by byjus is not working properly. The video gets stopped abruptly which breaks the flow of study. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch that is happening and give me a standby tab for the timebeing so that my study does not get hampered because of the gap.

                            Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Byju's should change their logistic partner as the current one does not know how to behave with a customer or even a normal person. The courier guy who came to deliver the tab i had ordered does not know to talk properly, also he was giving us the lecherous eyes. This was highly inappropriate behavior shown by him and byju's should take proper action towards it. I am not saying they are at fault here but they should know who they are working with; who can create a bad name for them also.

                                I have ordered for the tab and its been more than 15 days but it has not yet delivered. This is highly unprofessional, if you are saying that the tab would reach me within a week then it has to reach me within a week. I have been calling the poc but they keep on stalling me. What is this apology and saying it will reach me soon. Have you guys even dispatched it?

                                    Hello team,

                                    I have purchased the byjus course of 4th class on 4th may 2019. My child downloaded the app by mistakenly clicked on the register part. A salesperson visited our home and told about the product. He informed that you can use for 15 days trial and had enrolled for the product. He placed an order and after 1 month what we saw a message in which it was mentioned that " greetings from iifl! Your loan emi of rs 5063 is due on 10 aug 2019 for your loan number (Xyz). Please keep your bank a/c funded for successful payment. I have contacted iifl when i asked about the information they told us that the loan has been created for rs 60750. That is not a professional policy to create loan.

                                    Now, when i place the cancellation request they denied stating that the product can only be canceled within 15 days of purchase. We have followed various time but nothing happens.

                                    I want to initiate a request for refund because i do not want to continue further as its service is pathetic and the app also not work correctly. They fooled me. This is not a professional service they are providing.

                                      We have been fooled by byju's. They are misleading customers by using kids future as a tool.

                                      Our emi was deducted earlier then it was told by ms. Sneha tiwari (Ahmedabad sales executive of byju's, and since then she has stopped taking our calls or reply on messages.

                                      We were promised monthly tests to review the progress of each child but no such thing happen.

                                      We also tried to contact support desk but no body is bothered to reply.

                                      It seems like old hindi saying - "khel khatam, paisa hajam"

                                      Poorest customer services and grievances services has to be of byju's. And in addition they are trained not to revert anything on mail.

                                      Kindly help us to get our services cancelled and no further deductions to take place. So we don't lose our money any further.
