Please do not buy any of the services from byju... they just cheet people... i order one course from byju... and just cancell before 2 days... they still ask me for full amout... can any one belive this????.. i have full cancellation propcess on mail... even write more than 30 mails for this issue that i dont buy any product from byju...still they ask me to pay with penalty...and more thing to add now byju team say that there are some problem with capital float team and byju... they just use bad language in phone... i suffer from last 1 and half month without any reason and mu fault... plz do not deal with byju

    I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

      I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
      Kindly check and see what is to be done.

        The tab provided by byjus is not working properly. The video gets stopped abruptly which breaks the flow of study. Kindly issue a new tab and exchange this or fix the glitch that is happening and give me a standby tab for the timebeing so that my study does not get hampered because of the gap.

        Therefore, i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

          Byju's should change their logistic partner as the current one does not know how to behave with a customer or even a normal person. The courier guy who came to deliver the tab i had ordered does not know to talk properly, also he was giving us the lecherous eyes. This was highly inappropriate behavior shown by him and byju's should take proper action towards it. I am not saying they are at fault here but they should know who they are working with; who can create a bad name for them also.

            I have ordered for the tab and its been more than 15 days but it has not yet delivered. This is highly unprofessional, if you are saying that the tab would reach me within a week then it has to reach me within a week. I have been calling the poc but they keep on stalling me. What is this apology and saying it will reach me soon. Have you guys even dispatched it?

              I want to cancellation of my order. I received your tab on dated 03/08/2019. My child is not interested your application. I requested to cancellation this order to concerned officer/manager but no response from byjus. I request to byjus with in 15 days. The counselor told that we cancel this deal with in 15 days. The employer of byjus are cheating with me.

                Hello team,

                I have purchased the byjus course of 4th class on 4th may 2019. My child downloaded the app by mistakenly clicked on the register part. A salesperson visited our home and told about the product. He informed that you can use for 15 days trial and had enrolled for the product. He placed an order and after 1 month what we saw a message in which it was mentioned that " greetings from iifl! Your loan emi of rs 5063 is due on 10 aug 2019 for your loan number (Xyz). Please keep your bank a/c funded for successful payment. I have contacted iifl when i asked about the information they told us that the loan has been created for rs 60750. That is not a professional policy to create loan.

                Now, when i place the cancellation request they denied stating that the product can only be canceled within 15 days of purchase. We have followed various time but nothing happens.

                I want to initiate a request for refund because i do not want to continue further as its service is pathetic and the app also not work correctly. They fooled me. This is not a professional service they are providing.

                  We have been fooled by byju's. They are misleading customers by using kids future as a tool.

                  Our emi was deducted earlier then it was told by ms. Sneha tiwari (Ahmedabad sales executive of byju's, and since then she has stopped taking our calls or reply on messages.

                  We were promised monthly tests to review the progress of each child but no such thing happen.

                  We also tried to contact support desk but no body is bothered to reply.

                  It seems like old hindi saying - "khel khatam, paisa hajam"

                  Poorest customer services and grievances services has to be of byju's. And in addition they are trained not to revert anything on mail.

                  Kindly help us to get our services cancelled and no further deductions to take place. So we don't lose our money any further.

                    BYJU's team approached us for DEMO. We denied but they are persistent. My Snehil Singh ([protected]) from BYJU's team approached us and we agreed for demo. They assessed my kid and we were okay to go for trial period. he said for 15 days we can use the product and if we do not like it we can return it. We called him back after 15 days that we do not need to product. They said they will arrange for pick up. And then no response. After my next followup in 2nd Aug, they said it has crossed 15 days and they will not accepted the refund. I have all the mails and details saved in my mail box. Request to take this up with BYJUs team.

                      Sir,
                      Myself a byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                        Hi,
                        I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                        Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                              As i bought a byjus course, and at the time of selling this product to me byjus team has promised me to provide all the possible services but as i am using there product, i am not getting a good service.
                              I have raised this issue a no of times but no solution is coming from them. Thats why this is my last resort to make them listen to me. Please resolve.

                                I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

                                  I have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                                  I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                                    I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

                                      Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                                        The byju's online classes is not responding to my continuous complain about their defective app loaded tab which is not working. The tab was sent to me with class 6 sdcard in it and no class 7 app which they say will be sent to me next year. Which i find weird since they are having the money for both the classes in advance then why they are holding up the sd card for class 7.
                                        Tab + sd crad was sent to my with payment mode as cash on delivery but on invoice it is written prepaid which makes the thing more weird and doubtful though i still have the invoice but there is no mention of byju's classes on it. The only proof i have is their sd card. Please help me to get back at least half of the money of class 7. I dont want to continue with their classes.
