On jan 24, 2019, we were approached by some ms. Abhiti sharma from byjus.

The person called ms. Abhiti sharma (Abhiti. [protected]@byjus.com) was very talkative and was quite smart. She approached us first saying that she wants to analyse my child. We being gentleman allowed her for 3 hours at our house and in turn she convinced us that we should enroll our child in think and learn programme of byjus. We agreed.

We had been persuaded to make a payment of rs 24, 645/- towards that. Later on we had suspicion regarding her personality. So, we searched for her on social networking sites like facebook, linked in and found that the person was not found.

First of all she told that he was a b tech from nit and she will be mentor of my child. But we later found that this was untrue.

Secondly she told that she had come from bangalore and on the same day she had to return also. But later we found out that so many byju's sales people tell so.

The question is, if byjus classes has teachers like this, what they will be teaching to the child. And is byjus classes telling it's employees to make impact on their customers by means of lies, cheating and fraud.

Was really frustrated and decided not to put my kid in an online and unethical program that makes relationship based on fraud, cheating and lies.

A request was made for cancellation and refund on 14.05.2017 but they did not respond properly. After that started a series of torchure. They show so much reluctance in cancelling your order.

On 17 august 2019, they sent the courier to us for the course material. However, same was returned by us as we had already applied for cancellation on 14.05.2019 much earlier.

Thereafter, a lady told us that she was a senior manager called mahima. She had promised to us that the course will be cancelled and we had asked us to initiate a refund. We had asked her to send the confirmation of cancellation on the email. She had verbally confirmed on the phone that she will send the confirmation email. However, no email confirming the cancellation and refund was received.

It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating.

We are repeatedly requesting for refund of our payment. However, till date we have not received the refund or any reply from their end. Please advise further course of action from our end to get back our payment.

    I had taken byjus for my son in class 8 on 13th jan 2019. I was been told that there will be a cash back of 10, 000. But i have not received it till date. When i raised this complaint earlier, i was been told that i will get the amount soon, but its been around 2 months since then.

    It is very shameful that byju's is de-faming sharuk khan who is the promoter for this product.

    The finance team is not good at byju's, can someone in byju's look into this seriously and refund my amount. Have taken the course with the below number in name of 'arav bansal'

      I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

        I purchased byjus tab and sim for class 4 to 7. But from last 2 months it is not working. Hardware is damaged. I called byjus several times for the same. But no call back from their side. They are not trying to solve the problems. Now i am requesting them to take the product and refund the money that also they are not doing. Still i am paying for the product of no use. I informed them if you are not solvi g the matter furthur payments will get delayed. Really very bad service.

          We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

              I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                I have ordered byju's tablet on 10th september for my son who is studying in class 9th as a person named rahul from the organization came to us. He told that it will be helpful for ntse and olympiad preparation. We received it on 16th september. The product we got is not up to the mark. It doesn't consist of anything related to olympiad. Moreover he told that we will get two mentor also. But still they didn't provide us any details about any of them. It is not helpful for my child of class 9th. So we want to return it. And want the refund also. Please help us.

                  Have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                  I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.

                    I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product.

                      I am a student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                        Sir i enrolled with your cat tablet programme. Your education counselor told me you will get the order in 1 to 2 days after enrollment. But i did not receive it yet. I am trying to ask your counselor but he is not being responsive after my enrollment. Because of this reason i am not able to start my preparation. I am sure you will find time to resolve this problem in your busy schedule. Thanks

                          Im very much satisfied with the study which is done by byju's in there videos. They made my concepts really clear. But i want that byjus must introduce s. St in the course which include history, geography, political science and economics). Specially the lines written in the book of history is very boring and hard to learn and if byju's will introduce the same all o[censored]s will really be benifitted.
                          If my request is taken in consideration then our nation will do more good as sst is a major problem of students of ncert.

                            Dear sir,
                            I abdul baseeth, have subscribed byju's learning product for my son parvez tariq and i have chosen emi payment. After trying for a month my son felt that the method and the system is not as what he required and no useful for his current study in grade-11 and he is informed us to discontinue. We contacted byju’s training center as well as cancellation team for cancel our subscription which they agreed. But after we found that they continue to charge using our permission given for auto debit without our knowledge, when we contacted again for refund they refuse and said they will keep charging us even after cancellation of their service..
                            In the above situation we request your good office to do the needful to provide us with the legal remedy to stop this unlawful charging and to prevent us from future deductions.

                              I have subscribed byju's learning product for my son and i have chosen emi payment. My son thinking it is not useful for his current study after entering grade-12 and he is stopped using the product class room. We contacted byju’s training center as well as cancellation team for cancel my emi plan and they come up with final settlement. I already paid through banking and got payment successful and got reference number. This is happened last month 18th august 2019. After my payment done, i am receiving almost every day i am receiving sms plus call.in stead o[censored]pdating from them, again and again they are asking why you are not paid your emi and they are trying to from my bank accounts and i got notification from my bank.
                              Please help me to resolve this issue.

                              They're not updated from their side and they are not interested. There aims is only money. When they called every time I explained patiently even they don't bother to update their system (they are telling systems not updated for money i already settled). Is there is any way to approach them. I am currently out of country.

                              Today and Last few days they're are disconnecting their calls within 2 to 5 seconds after this incidents i am decided to not responding their further any calls I think the Byju's educational institutions behavior is very worst and they trained their staffs well in the manner of pulling money instead of behavior respect. my big questions is how the students will grow from Byju's if they are not changing their attitudes.

                              Still not resolved and i am receiving number of calls now a days. they don't t care about our country law. how they supposed to call once final settlement done. every time same issue they are telling there system not updated my payment. if their system accept my payment and if it not updated that is their fault why i should care.

                                My brother has recieved tablet and has subscribed for 8, 9, 10 but the byju's people couldnt resolve the problem that my brother couldnt understand video from that. Also i did not like their services. Also given false commitment false hopes.. I want refund for it. It has been 2 months they have promised me a 1 to 1 conference call with my brother by one of their tutors to clear any doubts if the child has, and regular test and exams which never happened., there is no assignments, no regular tests. The entire system has made fool out of me. It been ages the team has called my brother to esquire about his doubt. Pathetic service. I have already called them for refund but they are behaving rudely and saying there is no written committment that we will do the refund although it was verbally done by counsellor

                                  We took 15 days trial of Byjus. We were told that we can cancel our order anytime within this period. Now we are following up for last one week for the cancellation and we are being treated Very badly. Not expected such behaviour at all. Now we want the cancellation confirmation at the earliest, otherwise we are left with no option other than going for consumer complaints and social media for this.

                                    I want to surrender/cancel my subscription of tablet learning program (ICSE 9-10 and 8-10).please collect back your tablet .while using your product I realised it was not completing my objective and I am not able to understand anything through it.therefore now I have to opt for coaching classes and this product is completely waste of time. And if I do not understand why I will pay the money.
                                    Please collect your product .Also discontinue the deduction of ECS from my bank account

I want to cancel my product and loan because if my child is not understanding wh i pay then money whenever i am calling them they are saying that we will not cancel them. If my child is not understanding then why i will pay the money. Please help m. Byjus is a fraud company they are doing false promise with me.

Please help me they are saying that they will not cancel it .if my child is not understanding from byjus tablet then why I will keep it product or loan of it. It is a fake company they are forcing me not to cancel it. Please help me. I am a agriculturist if my child is not understanding anything then how will I pay the money. please help

                                        As per byjus with in 15 days of delivery of material we can request for returning of material. When i called for returning customer care they are transferring call to each time to another person and they are not telling to procedure to returning of material. I made call more than 7-8 time. I also made email for cancellation but they are not responding because their intention is to pass time up to 15 days and after that they will deny for cancellation. Most horrible service from byjus. I paid money for 3rd std to 5th std but they providing only two year material. They are just cheating to people.

                                        I searched I found many same type complain. It means they giving training for fraud only
                                        Problem resolve but they not given transport charges or delivery charge .in telephonic conversation they reveal that they will refund all delivery charge.
