I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

    I ordered byjus for my daughter for class 6, 7 and 8th. Byjus counselor mr-yash shrivastav came to my home and promised that currently he will delivered 6th and 7th class product and after one week he will delivered 8th class product. I made the full payment. After one week when i called counselor mr-yash shrivastav and asked for 8th class product, he denied and said you will get only for 6th and 7th class. When i called byjus customer care there is no response.
    When i asked to cancel my order and refund my money they denied to cancel it whereas i was told by the counselor mr-yash shrivastav that you can cancel it at any time you will get the refund within one week.

    This is a very big fraud running by byjus and they are not responding on mail.

    Please help me to get my money back

      I have taken class 9th tablet course from byjus just 3 months before and now when my child is not using it a little i called on to byjus to return that product and request them to please not deduct the fee anymore. But they denied directly, buts that's the govt rule that pay the fees until when you are studying.
      Please as a responsible and the company with great good will around the globe help me as also we are not much economically good to pay for what we are no more using since last 1 month.

        The company is frauding people, the sales agent came to our house and told that the tablet given will be locked and only be used for study but the child is playing games and playing youtube videos. We to return and need refund because we taken package of 11 + 12 class. The salesman name is prateek khandelwal his no. Is [protected]. Their notes and summary doesn't approve by the school teacher. The child failed in all subjects.

          We were given the belief that the tab that we are buying will have igcse courses on it. They never have the course content that they promised. We were misled again and again every time we complained. Since past 1 year or more, we have not received any confirmation against cancellation request made to their executives, who all seem to have left their jobs. The letters to ceo of byjus remain unanswered and the guys from capital float harass us every now and then saying that byjus will not respond since for hem the money has been paid for by them. We have lost the initial payment, not used the machine ever since it came to us since it doesn’t have the content required, my daughter is managing from other tuitions etc and yet we are being harassed to pay another 15000 to settle the matter. Byjus you are corrupt, you have wrong business pratices and completely customer unfriendly attitude. May god’s wrath fall upon you.

            Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
            I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

              Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                  First of all A counsellor name anubhav rawat came at my home for conselling
                  Then he started convincing to take subscription of a year for class 7th and he said during that time i[censored] have any problem to study after taking subscription I m here to take a guarantee to take it back and cancelled ur subscription at any time
                  But now when we are not satisfied with this subscription and my baby don't want to study by that tablet they are not attending the call and also now they are starterd abusing during call period nd they are now forcing us to take subscription and they are saying that it's more than 15 days it's too late
                  While I have all the screenshot of msg whatever I send to MR ANUBHAV RAWAT to cancelled that subscription and also have a call recording in which he said clearly it's just 3 days u have to take more time then I will cancel it but now he is also saying that I don't commit anything.
                  I have all the screenshots and all the call recording what they said on call or which kind of way of talking they use...
                  And also they are sending msg to cut the first EMI of ₹1568 approx after taking 2100 for registeration
                  And they are forcing to pay EMI while we don't want to continue the subscription.
                  We are very depressed by these and also my father's has lots of tension because of these EMI msgs.
                  Kindly help us and please take any action against these BYJU'S Company.

                    The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
                    They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them.                       As we purchased byju learning programme for class 10th to class 12th from the counseller (Atul dubey) on 25 august 2019. I met with my order after 15 days on 10 september 2019. After few days we called the team for support but there was no proper response. After this type of situation i am not interested with your product. I tried to tell my counseller for cancellation but i am having no response from him. After this i want to completely return your product as it is in the trial period of 15 days. So please complete the process of returning the course.
                      Also return my advance of inr 9000 and cancel nach mendate on my account as soon as possible.

                        On jan 24, 2019, we were approached by some ms. Abhiti sharma from byjus.

                        The person called ms. Abhiti sharma (Abhiti. [protected]@byjus.com) was very talkative and was quite smart. She approached us first saying that she wants to analyse my child. We being gentleman allowed her for 3 hours at our house and in turn she convinced us that we should enroll our child in think and learn programme of byjus. We agreed.

                        We had been persuaded to make a payment of rs 24, 645/- towards that. Later on we had suspicion regarding her personality. So, we searched for her on social networking sites like facebook, linked in and found that the person was not found.

                        First of all she told that he was a b tech from nit and she will be mentor of my child. But we later found that this was untrue.

                        Secondly she told that she had come from bangalore and on the same day she had to return also. But later we found out that so many byju's sales people tell so.

                        The question is, if byjus classes has teachers like this, what they will be teaching to the child. And is byjus classes telling it's employees to make impact on their customers by means of lies, cheating and fraud.

                        Was really frustrated and decided not to put my kid in an online and unethical program that makes relationship based on fraud, cheating and lies.

                        A request was made for cancellation and refund on 14.05.2017 but they did not respond properly. After that started a series of torchure. They show so much reluctance in cancelling your order.

                        On 17 august 2019, they sent the courier to us for the course material. However, same was returned by us as we had already applied for cancellation on 14.05.2019 much earlier.

                        Thereafter, a lady told us that she was a senior manager called mahima. She had promised to us that the course will be cancelled and we had asked us to initiate a refund. We had asked her to send the confirmation of cancellation on the email. She had verbally confirmed on the phone that she will send the confirmation email. However, no email confirming the cancellation and refund was received.

                        It seems that they have captured the entire education business on the basis of fraud and cheating.

                        We are repeatedly requesting for refund of our payment. However, till date we have not received the refund or any reply from their end. Please advise further course of action from our end to get back our payment.

                          I had taken byjus for my son in class 8 on 13th jan 2019. I was been told that there will be a cash back of 10, 000. But i have not received it till date. When i raised this complaint earlier, i was been told that i will get the amount soon, but its been around 2 months since then.

                          It is very shameful that byju's is de-faming sharuk khan who is the promoter for this product.

                          The finance team is not good at byju's, can someone in byju's look into this seriously and refund my amount. Have taken the course with the below number in name of 'arav bansal'

                            I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will...

                              I purchased byjus tab and sim for class 4 to 7. But from last 2 months it is not working. Hardware is damaged. I called byjus several times for the same. But no call back from their side. They are not trying to solve the problems. Now i am requesting them to take the product and refund the money that also they are not doing. Still i am paying for the product of no use. I informed them if you are not solvi g the matter furthur payments will get delayed. Really very bad service.

                                We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                                  I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                    I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                                      I have ordered byju's tablet on 10th september for my son who is studying in class 9th as a person named rahul from the organization came to us. He told that it will be helpful for ntse and olympiad preparation. We received it on 16th september. The product we got is not up to the mark. It doesn't consist of anything related to olympiad. Moreover he told that we will get two mentor also. But still they didn't provide us any details about any of them. It is not helpful for my child of class 9th. So we want to return it. And want the refund also. Please help us.

                                        Have purchased byjus product approx. One month ago. The tablet that you have sent is lenevo tablet 7 inches which has pathetic battery life. It works only for 2-3 hours even though it has 10% charge. I have to carry my power bank all the time which is not feasible all the time. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible...
                                        I really hope tablet that you guys have inventory is not refurbished ones. If this is the case its serious issue which has to be taken care of. Please check you inventory. I have been calling customer support for a while but to my disappointment nobody is willing to take the responsibility.
