I have bought ur programme for std 12 then i canceled this deal, before 15 days (2nd july). Then i finally do my request for cancellation on fifteen day, which i record my call also. Then from ur side there was call for me but as u know i am a teacher so my phone was on silent mode then i have a tution so i could not reply you. After that the thing was forgotten because i felt that u will proceed my request. But unfortunately it was not done and my installment was deducted from my account in august. So i request u to proceed my application for cancellation and refund my amount as soon as possible.

    For the last 3 week i have been communicating with several byjus official for my tab replacement however non had resolve my issues, first of all i was not interested with any of the byjus course since its just the tab and its unworthy software course which will not help to learn at home without any physical instructor. After back to back complaints they had asked for tab's screenshot which i have sent 4-5 times however they never get back to me once i sent the pictures of the tab. Finally last week one person had called me and told me that the tab has physical damage and i have to buy a new tab.
    Byjus are thinking every parents are millionaire, he didnt eevn talk about repairing and other solution for rectification,, byju is looting the people like anything and i told, i have been force to pay the course fees on the day when your official came to my home when i was not there and brain washed my son and insisted me to do the payment on the same day, where i was very upset.
    I told byjus that to refund my course amount and i will refund a new tab otherwise i am not ready to pay single paise.
    In addition i have been telling to the official mr. Darshan that the tab never damaged and fallen down, they have not given the cashing but i bought a cashing for it and it was protected every time, i am also very surprise how the screen got hairline crack.
    Lastly if you are not going to repair than you deduct the tab amount and the balance amount you have to return because i dont have that budget to either replace the tab nor replace the screen. Please resolve my issue on priority

      Byju's is fooling people in india with their lucrative sales agent who comes up saying that ur kid has been selected for scholarship. But ultimately there is nothing called as scholarship and they ask you to pay some amount of 80, 000 inr. Please beware of such frauds, they will squeeze ur hard earned money. If they have that best curriculum, then why can't they open school, college and university in their own name and instead asking or i would say fooling school administration and kids parents.

          Good morning...
          The complain is regarding unnecessary charges getting deducted on 7 aug and 16 august... Want you all to look into the matter and help with the solution.
          My registered number is [protected] with byjus...
          I had a word with byjus executive regarding my emi which was scheduled from 15th of july as i was having some issue i requested them to start the emi from the month of aug and i received a call regarding this and they told it will start from aug but i got a call on 18th of july regarding the bounce of emi and they deducted amount of 51 rs as return charges.
          After speaking again they gave conclusion to pay the emi within 15 days to avoid bad cibil so i paid the amount within 15 days.
          Now in this month they again deducted amount 538 from my account on 7 and 16 of aug..
          I request you to look into the matter and help me as its effecting my cibil even after timly payments...

          I called the Customer care and requested a call back from them from accounts department regarding the deduction and they told you will get call within 4 hours but i didnt received any call back

            To byjus customercare,

            My son has been using byjus tablet for more than 1 year. We thought that this tablet was safe and secure and block him from external usage other than learning. At beginning you said that the tablet is in locked condition and blocks child from using it from things other than learning. But sadly we noticed that this 'lock system' was utter failure. It took only less than 10 mins for my child to unlock it. This tablet is now filled with more than 10+ video games, movies and other stuffs!... Tablet is now in a condition for normal use.

            We didnt expect this kind of things. We thought this was secure. We were told so. My child is now playing in it for almost 24 hours!

            We didnt pay you huge amount for making our son play variety types of video games. We need him to concentrate in his learning. You must havve to resolve this problem somehow. I hope that this tablet can be locked with password or other method. We need him not to play on this tablet once again. We need this thing to be locked and secured. I hope you will reply me in positive way.

              I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

                I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                  The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer.

                    I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                    Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                      They came to home just for explaining about the app. We accepted. After that they are compelling us to join. If we are saying no, they are not leaving home. Upto 11 that day they eated our brain. This is not fair. Finally we said ok. After that we again called to refund the money and we are not interested. Total response was shut downed. Tab not came and money not refunded. The person (Kasyap sreenivasula)who came to home also not responding. Customer care number is there but if we are calling they will say we will call with in 15 min

                        Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours.

                          A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

                                    Its the same trap many people explained already here. We were brainwashed to buy but we realised this is a cheat in few hours. I have cancelled the order made in just 13 hours. My order itself wasn't submitted and nothing processed. Still I had been following-up for refund till date and no use. They always ask for our numbers and later block them - every time need to call them using a different number to be picked. Anyway they will say they have escalated to the refund team. They are destined to cheat.

                                    But I have all the copies of documents and proof for incident. I will be challenging them in court and teach a lesson. My attorney is preparing the law suit and will be filed in a day or two. We are going to file a cheating case as well as one in the Consumer forum

                                      When byjus delhi sales person karishma with her colleague came to visit us, we thought we would be getting a good software for my child shyla and paid rs40, 000. However, soon we realised that they only have limited videos and few question sets that too not on the subjects getting covered under the shri ram school curriculum. Now we started raising this issue to byjus assigned person in bangalore. The lady kept telling us it would be customised but nothing happened. Then two weeks back another assigned mentor saniya, the poor lady finally confessed, the product is un-customizable and she would provide us the offline soft copies of the test papers for class iv. But this was precisely i didnt want. The value of byjus is to provide us the modules in interesting and funny manner so that child learn the fundamentals.

                                      As informed by byjus that it cannot match the course of shri ram we are now not keen to continue with byjus. Shri ram school is at present focussing on number system and if we only get practice sheets it simply doesn't serve the idea. It is not fulfilling its commitment to provide the full set of tablet based material covering the shri ram course for class 4.

                                      Henceforth, we demanded full refund of the fee paid to them. Now they say they will not refund. I feel cheated and duped here and plan to sue this cheater company for demotivating my child by giving modules which are above her understanding and zero customization.

                                        My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.
