Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours.

    A byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me.

      The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer.

        I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
        Kindly check and see what is to be done.

          I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

            I am mr. Uday dodia, vadodara, gujarat, india, we have received your learning app tablet as on 29th july, 2019, after 15 days i had complained for cancellation of this our subscription as on 13th august so please take the action fast asap

            Management has to committed us within 15 days you can withdrawal for your enrollment, but now they have not give any answer for it
            So please taken necessary action

              Its the same trap many people explained already here. We were brainwashed to buy but we realised this is a cheat in few hours. I have cancelled the order made in just 13 hours. My order itself wasn't submitted and nothing processed. Still I had been following-up for refund till date and no use. They always ask for our numbers and later block them - every time need to call them using a different number to be picked. Anyway they will say they have escalated to the refund team. They are destined to cheat.

              But I have all the copies of documents and proof for incident. I will be challenging them in court and teach a lesson. My attorney is preparing the law suit and will be filed in a day or two. We are going to file a cheating case as well as one in the Consumer forum

                When byjus delhi sales person karishma with her colleague came to visit us, we thought we would be getting a good software for my child shyla and paid rs40, 000. However, soon we realised that they only have limited videos and few question sets that too not on the subjects getting covered under the shri ram school curriculum. Now we started raising this issue to byjus assigned person in bangalore. The lady kept telling us it would be customised but nothing happened. Then two weeks back another assigned mentor saniya, the poor lady finally confessed, the product is un-customizable and she would provide us the offline soft copies of the test papers for class iv. But this was precisely i didnt want. The value of byjus is to provide us the modules in interesting and funny manner so that child learn the fundamentals.

                As informed by byjus that it cannot match the course of shri ram we are now not keen to continue with byjus. Shri ram school is at present focussing on number system and if we only get practice sheets it simply doesn't serve the idea. It is not fulfilling its commitment to provide the full set of tablet based material covering the shri ram course for class 4.

                Henceforth, we demanded full refund of the fee paid to them. Now they say they will not refund. I feel cheated and duped here and plan to sue this cheater company for demotivating my child by giving modules which are above her understanding and zero customization.

                  My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                    The byjus premium app needs update. I am fed up using it. While watching the video i can't go 2 or 3 minutes back it is taking me at some other time. Ex : vector algebra class 12 there is a practice set of 7 hours mobile watching the video let's just say it's 30 minutes i have watched it now i want to go back at 28 minutes but it is not taking me back it is taking me at some other time. I think the atmosphere a little like youtube where we can go 10 or 20 seconds forward or backward please solve this problem.

They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details. If this does not resolve the problem, i will post details after two months

                        I purchased a test series ias prelims from byjus.com.
                        Even after calling for 7-8 times about refund status and mailing for a confirmation about refund process initiation, they don't assure anything.
                        They are so annoying, every time i call customer care, they say it is in process.
                        Please beware of byjus commercial classes. They are least bothered about students career.

                          Tablet is not working properly, videos are getting interrupted in between. Called 2-3 times at customer support, they said you will get a call back from tech team within 24 hours. But i haven't...

                          From last 24 hrs i am struggling with this tablet. I have wasted a lot of time on this, moreover its weekend (The only time when you get extra hours to read). How will compensate for this?

                            I did not want the above product but i was forced by the sales executive named akshay to buy. He did not give the time although i asked him to. Now i want the refund. My kids are using it which might hurt their eyes so i did not want from the very beginning. And i was not told by the executive that it has to cancelled within 7 or 15 days after purchase.

                                1 month back a byju's representative came to my house and offered iit+11+12th grade coaching for a sum if 54000. After using it for around 10 days i came to know their coaching is not upto mark and not worth the money. I was unsatisfied and i contacted their customer service after 20days and told them to take back their tab. They refused it and told me that i had only 15 days trial to check the tab but no one even the byjus representative who came to my home or the the customer service informed me about this. Now iam forced to pay an emi of 4500 per month for their unsatisfied coaching. I want to take the entrance coaching at my preferred institute near me and i don't have money to pay both for the byjus and institute. So please kindly take action and take your tab back.

                                  My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet...

                                    I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                                    Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                                      I recently ordered a byjus monthly trial pack for std.10th cbse.
                                      When i got the delivery, the product i got was 10th icse, which means that i ordered for cbse and i got icse. I called the customer care and they just kept arguing with me that cbse and icse are same and it is a foundation and the portions would be there in it. I said them that the portions are not same then also they just kept arguing with me about the same. Are the customer care people illiterate that they cannot even differ between cbse and icse.

                                        Byjus representative came to my home in may. He explained me course details on pen and paper and convinced me to buy the course. After 2days of that i told that guy that i dont want to purchase it for now as i was not sure about this and i had my exams that time. But he didn't to listen me and asked me to receive the product. He told me that i can cancel it in 15 days, i already informed him that i have my exams going on and i wont be able to check the product. After 1 month when i got free from my exams, i told that guy that i dont like the product and dont want to continue with this, i sent lost of cancellation mails and called many contact person but no one listen me. They completely ignored my request, at the time of first emi they convinced me to pay first emi of 4300 and said after this they will cancel it and i dont have to pay anymore. I also paid registration amount of inr 5800. But now again they are doing same. And i am stuck with them.

                                        my problem is not solve yet...stiili m survive this problem badly.. please help me. i am a disable girl. i have lost my both of legs in train accident... and byjus made me foolish.. and now no one listen my problem from byjus team..cancellation department totally ignore me...emi team daily call me for pay emi.. i can't pay emi.. my financial problem is going very crisis.. how will i pay 60000 emi... its very high amt.. i cant' pay.. please i want to first priority for me.. beacause i need your help very much... please help me..
