I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying....

I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company....

I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
Kindly check and see what is to be done....

The tab that was sent to me does not look like a new tab but its an old tab repackaged and sent. I as told i would be getting a brand new tab and that is not case clearly which i can see now. Either charge less if sending an used tab or send new tab. Any which way, make it clear to the customers that such and such is the case. Do not lie and close a sale and then create a bad impression on the customer....

My registered no. With byjus is [protected], emi for my balance amount is rescheduled and around 2 months back i have been told that access amount (6000/) debited on behalf of my old emi will be refunded but stil not done. I m regularly calling and emailing them but refund is not done. Please arrange the same asap.

I am in touch with mr akhil in finance department, but he is only saying it will be done by concerned department...

I have ordered the product and upon receiving and using it for 2 days felt that it is not the suitable product for me and hence requested for cancellation but the customer care is not supporting for the same and talking rudely.
This is not expected from a company like byjus
This is really bad and i want to proceed legally
I will make sure that i will get justice and i encourage everyone to do the same

Ridiculous, disgusting services from byjus, at the time of selling the product, it was clearly mentioned by your representative, once the payments are released from the customer end, all the subjects would be activated, now when the maximum payments are released, you people are coming back saying we provide only 2 subject (Maths and science).

I am making it very clear, i am stopping all emis to be released to byju henceforth.br...

Sir i had ordered for class 11 and 12 with jee with books. Sir consellor came on 27 july he told me that i will get my product in 4 days that means by 31 but he punched my order on 30 or 31 july now its 9 august i have not received it yet my counsellor also talked to me very rudely. They are asking for more time sir please try to get my product delievered as soon as possible...

We had purchased std 9th and 10th byju subscription for our daughter on 12th january 2019 for a period of 1 year.
But we were really not happy with its content and we called up sales guy mr. Abhinav and he dint supported us for any cancellations.
Since this is of no worth to us as well as we have financial issues and its really not possible to pay for us from next month september 2019.

I have purchased a byjus learning kit for my kid. It was worth of 60k. We have paid total amount of 60, 000rs.
They also told us if we don't like this we can return it within 15days after a 25hours of study in the tab they provided with a kit. I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved...

I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get....

I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

Have purchased the tablet application inflienced by byjus councellar shivam and took the money through credit card. He said that your money willbe hold for trial version. As my son is not taking interest so i called byjus helpline as well as councellar to cancell it but not resolving the issue and not refunding money. Cheated badly. They are not professional and making fraud statement to cheat families. Please lock this kind of institute....
