I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.....

When i got the delivery, the product i got was 10th icse, which means that i ordered for cbse and i got icse. After 2days of that i told that guy that i dont want to purchase it for now as i was not sure about this and i had my exams that time. But he didn't to listen me and asked me to receive the product. A byjus sales executive visited my house and told my son to do ias. We accept it afterwards, he ask for initiatial down payment of 8000 and then he didn't told us about iifl that he is providing us loan if we knew at that time i will never took loan of rest subscription amount now iifl is calling me again and again he gambled us. I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

I have received byjus product last week. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plugged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs....

We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. She recieved call from the mentor for only couple of days and when she stopped using no reached us to assess the kid performance.

This is complaint/fraud regarding returning of product to Byjuc's. Person Name Mr. Ansh from Byjuc's (Ph- [protected]) visited our house regarding selling of Byjuc Study material Tablet(INR 37000) as he told us if we didnt like product so we can return product interval of 15 days. We have given amount approx INR 4000 to him & rest of amount through EMI after confirmation of product, he said all right & we signed 2-3 papers....

I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product....

I bought this byju tablet this week. I opened it today. The date is old. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups....

I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. We have been trying to cancel our BYJU'S course since 11 july because we are not interested in it. We were just one day late from calling their team Due to vacations but after then we are trying continuously to cancel our course.
