A byjus sales executive visited my house and told my son to do ias. We accept it afterwards, he ask for initiatial down payment of 8000 and then he didn't told us about iifl that he is providing us loan if we knew at that time i will never took loan of rest subscription amount now iifl is calling me again and again he gambled us. Now, i am in a big hurdle i want to cancel the course he forced to do signs.

    I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

    Please assist and close the same at earliest.

      I have received byjus product last week. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plugged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

        We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.
        Byjus team, you should understand these people represent your organization and no cx can take this harassment when there is no fault o[censored]s. Ideally the courier guy should have the change as per the requirement not as per his feasibility.

          The tab was delivered to me this afternoon. To my surprise when i unpacked it i found the product to be in damaged condition.
          My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for the course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.
          Please help us in resolving it asap.

            Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

              Hi team,

              My sister was forced to take the byju's for her daughter and she later had cancelled the program at 17 days, since then we are following up with no luck.

              She recieved call from the mentor for only couple of days and when she stopped using no reached us to assess the kid performance.

              Initial rep forced us to take this and did not give any free trail version to see if the kid can use this application.

              Now i am very disaappointed with kind of responses i am getting from the team, as they deny to escalate any further up.

              Please look into this and do the needful asap

                Sir i had ordered for byju premium on 27 july but they told that i will receive my product within one week but today about 20 days have passed today its 15 august but i have not received my product. Buju team is just making promises but they are not providing the product. Sir please help. Sir i was promised again to get my product by wednesday but wednesday has also passed and yet i have not received my product. My exams are very near sir please help.

                  Hello,
                  This is complaint/fraud regarding returning of product to Byjuc's. Person Name Mr. Ansh from Byjuc's (Ph- [protected]) visited our house regarding selling of Byjuc Study material Tablet(INR 37000) as he told us if we didnt like product so we can return product interval of 15 days. We have given amount approx INR 4000 to him & rest of amount through EMI after confirmation of product, he said all right & we signed 2-3 papers. After receiving product our child unable to understand the study materials, its not worth to us, So we called Byjuc's after 5 days to cancel this Tablet then they are continuously denying to get it back. Even we called many(15th day & 16Th day) times discussed with mentor also to get it back we we are not interested in this, & refund our amout. Now after a months bank calling us for EMI. Pls cancel this product & return our amount. we are not interested anyway. This is fraud done by Byjuc's with us. I am also going to file complaint in consumer forum court.
                  There is request to please try to sort this complaint, it will very helpfull to us.

                    I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product.

                      I bought this byju tablet this week. I opened it today. The date is old. So videos are locked. I am unable to access videos. Message is displayed that correct date by connecting to network. But since nothing can be done in this tablet, i cannot change date and hence videos are not working. Mentor details are not provided by salesperson even after multiple follow ups.

                        I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                          I bought the app recently for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy. He has finally started to show some interest in studies. If issues like this persist for a longer time, they will lose interest in such things.

                            My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                              We have been trying to cancel our BYJU'S course since 11 july because we are not interested in it. We were just one day late from calling their team Due to vacations but after then we are trying continuously to cancel our course. But the #byjus team is not at all cooperating with us and forcing us to pay the loan emi. This has given us alot of mental Stress. Please cancel our course and Refund our money.

                                Pls note that one Counselor from BYJUS came to us in last month.
                                Name- Nikhil Behal

                                We agreed to take the course on his words that we can try and within 15 days time if we dont like we can return it back and amount will be refunded back.on his words we took it. After getting the Tablet on 20th July we tried for few days and after USING it we understood that itwill not be suitable to our son. Son on 27th July itself i called Mr.Nikhil Behal to inform that we want to cancel the course and want our money refund.

                                He said that you should not be in hurry and try more and i myself will talk to the student and try. if then also u feel u want to cancel there is no issue i will cancel it. He assured to us be assured that it is my responsibility that it will be cancelled but let me try. One or two times he called and talked to my son within 1-2 days for studying.

                                Finally we were clear that we have to return it back. then again WE tried to call MR.NIKHIL BEHAL before 15 days only but now he started to avoid our calls and finally now sent one message that since time is over now it cannot be returned back. After that he blocked our mobile numbers as we started calling him.
                                With one new mobile number i called him which he was not knowing. on that number he called me back and after knowing that it is me he said i am out of india and he cannot do anything and u have to call customer care only.

                                THIS WAY CHEATING IS DONE AND TRUST IS BREACHED OF CLIENTS BY FALSE COMMITMENTS.

                                IT IS MY REQUEST TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINT THE COMPANY
                                ( BYJUS) FOR SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR AND CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS.

                                  I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                                      I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                        I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                                        Kindly check and see what is to be done.
