I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.

We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. I was contacted by byju free lancing agent. He was regularly contacting me and following up for appointment. I have purchased the byju's classes from 9th to 12th. I received the byju's kit on 10th july 2019. After going to the content in the tablet my child said that i am unable to understand the content. Then on 23rd of july 2019 i made a request for the cancellation of my subscription and requested the byju's for the procedure of returning the kit. But byju's didn't responded.
Please cancell the product and refund the amount.

They will ask you to take trial and will say that you can cancel the trial at any time and your money will refund to your account

But when you take trial they will usually not reply to your calls or ignore you all the time
Don't get into this fraud system
Its big scam byjus customer service will forward your calls to mentor which will ignore your calls at the end so beware don't take this scam service...

Vishal was extremely aggressive when his house visit was denied. He used words that "you are afraid" and try to say in manner that one can not stand and give up to buy product. Kindly take care. I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.

The delivery of the happened last evening we tried to use it today but i find it to have installation issue. The content is corrupt and the video stops after every 10 sec. The amount that we have invested on the product is huge and it is a direct lose for us. Please understand a middle class works very hard to make things available for their child....

Byjus employer has take initial fee 5, 000 with receipt. Rest to be paid when we confirm the order and tab will be delivered.
But after a week i tried to cancel the order and get the initial fee back.
None the classes been taken, i haven't even seen a teacher's face nor got any tab. For the first time this employee came and collect initial amount. Now we are struggling to bad to get that amount back.

I want byju's to take the tab back and the material too. I paid for maharashtra board, instead of that they have sent cbse board. The materials are of no use anymore to me and my son. I have also called the customer care and the guy who came for the demo class, but no help yet. Lets just be very clear and take your tab back, and give me my money back since you guys are not interested in replacing it with the right product....
