On their visit they only tells you the things which are more enough to attract a parent and child and not clarifies the hidden policies of the BYJU's with the customer.
Customer keeps trust on the wording and the promises given by the sales executive/ or the Councillor.
They completes the all process of making the ECS and payment of deposit amount very fast and promises that he will be their to resolve all queries and doubts.
The executive says that you can use trial period and if you feel that you don't want to continue you can cancel the order.
He takes followup till you get the welcome kit along with a Tab.
After some days if you want to cancel the product you will not get any response even after multiple followup call he cuts your call and no single call back after this.
And once you cancels the order you have to take multiple followup to know the status of you cancellation request and refund of your money and you got to here multiple surprises in the form of the BYJU's policies.
This is not happening good considering the India's Primary education system. Company is forcing their policies to the customer. This policies must be reviewed by the Ministry of Education and should take proper steps on this strict polices regarding the cancellation of the product services.
