I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get.

    I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

      Hi,

      I have taken the byju's 15 days trial pack scholarship plan for my daughter surabhi suhas kognole for class iv and v and based on our observation we decided not to continue with the product and raised the cancellation request
      On 18th july 2019. After that we have taken multiple followup with byju's team and every time i explained my complete story and the problem area and each time i got same answer that we are looking in to your request and we will get back within 48 hrs but this was never happen.
      Now i am very much frustrated and just want to get refund of our deposit amount rs. 3500.
      Also the important factor is, application got disabled from our tab after 15 days i. E on completion of trial period. Also on 2nd august 2019 my first installment also got deducted from my bank and still i am paying to the byju's for disabled application.
      I request byju's that we don't want to continue with byju's education application any more and want to get back my deposit amount and paid installments deducted by the capital float.

      Also want to notify that this looks like all marketing policy, because for getting the first appointment BYJU's takes multiple followup in a day and do their best to get the appointment with the Parent.
      On their visit they only tells you the things which are more enough to attract a parent and child and not clarifies the hidden policies of the BYJU's with the customer.
      Customer keeps trust on the wording and the promises given by the sales executive/ or the Councillor.
      They completes the all process of making the ECS and payment of deposit amount very fast and promises that he will be their to resolve all queries and doubts.
      The executive says that you can use trial period and if you feel that you don't want to continue you can cancel the order.
      He takes followup till you get the welcome kit along with a Tab.
      After some days if you want to cancel the product you will not get any response even after multiple followup call he cuts your call and no single call back after this.
      And once you cancels the order you have to take multiple followup to know the status of you cancellation request and refund of your money and you got to here multiple surprises in the form of the BYJU's policies.

      This is not happening good considering the India's Primary education system. Company is forcing their policies to the customer. This policies must be reviewed by the Ministry of Education and should take proper steps on this strict polices regarding the cancellation of the product services.
      Had purchased byjus. the response before selling the product and after making the payment is totally different. I suggest not to go for the byjus as is not o[censored]se and worst and wastage of money. If anybody has money to waste and make future of there child blank they surely can go for byjus.

        I bought the app for my kids in 4th and 5th. The app has some games and challenges which test their brain power. They can unlock the next chapter/topic if they answer all the questions correctly. Sometimes the brain power suddenly reduces to zero and they get upset because of this. Also, the app shows their names wrong. When they complain to us, it is difficult for us to deal with these as we don’t know what needs to be done. Students who are 15 years or old would know how to resolve these issues, but this is not the case with younger students. They should seriously look into this

          I have ordered a sd card along with tablet of lenovo of 11-12 jee. But the tablet that i have received is of another company and is used one in the box of lenovo. I have called the mentor but there is no response.in fact the app is also not working properly on the tablet. The same thing happened few months ago one i have ordered for my sister but at that time the tablet was replaced but this time no one is correctly responding. I don't know why the same the same thing happened twice and no one is correctly explaining what to do next. It had been huge inconvenience.

            I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-10 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of ib board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

              I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab last month. They claimed that they take only 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed from the date of delivery then also i didn't got my order. Every time i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes. I have also made the entire payment at the time of placing the order, now i have lost all the hopes and i feel duped by them.

                I bought the product recently for my son and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                  Have purchased the tablet application inflienced by byjus councellar shivam and took the money through credit card. He said that your money willbe hold for trial version. As my son is not taking interest so i called byjus helpline as well as councellar to cancell it but not resolving the issue and not refunding money. Cheated badly. They are not professional and making fraud statement to cheat families. Please lock this kind of institute.

                    This is to bring to your attention that we have requested for understanding the whole concept of byju so the concerned team called me around 20 days back and they scheduled a demo class on 14th july but we have neither received a call nor they arrived at the given time.

                    Somehow my child started using the byjus app so a person named mr habib khan called us stating that as per the usage of the app we want to give the demo although i manage only higher standards still i will come to give the demo to which i agreed and fixed the appointment for today (07.08.2019) at 7:30pm and he asked that my husband should also be with me at the time of demo as he will be offering the scholarship and we need to take the decision there and then.

                    We doubted the way he spoke to us as this was more of marketing rather than satisfying the customer’s requirement.

                    We received a call at 7:23 pm stating i will be there at 8:00pm to which i disagreed and said that my child will go to bed at 8:30 so we cannot manage this time. He started misbehaving with me and he started saying that “ u are so much educated lady u cannot say this as i have fixed the appointment for today” i asked him not to call us again as he cannot pressurise us the way he wants.

                    As a growing company i need to bring to your notice that these type of employees is bringing down the brand name as i will never go for byjus neither will recommend it to anyone also will be communicating it to my child’s school as well as they were trying to promote byjus.

                    Pathetic experience. This needs to be improved.

                      I have paid a sum of 3800 initially and got the pack and the rest of it to be paid as EMI through zest money. They seller told that there is 15 days time rule to return it and the amount will be refunded. I had issue of my son learning with digital mode and cancelled the order sending a mail clearly to them multiple times. After which I had a call form cancellation team tried to convince but still I told to cancel. Now the amount of 23k has been deducted monthly which offlate I realized. The pack as not been taken from me even though I tried contacting but the calls doesn't connect. I have done my job but the cancellation team did not follow up frequently to do the needful. This is something very bad and cheating as they took so much interest in selling the product with repeated calls but the same not shown while we need to return. I want some action to be taken and refund my hard earned money

                        My son, mst anirudh rajan, 10, first installed the byjus learning app after seeing commercials on television. Following this, the byjus team got in touch with us to fix a meeting with anirudh to tell him about the app. Mr. Bipin balan, met anirudh and told us in detail about the byjus learning kit and had us convinced that it will benefit our child. Mr. Balan also clearly stated the 15 days refund period of the service. We thought of giving your service, a try and made the complete payment through an online transaction. We received the kit a few days later on the 20th of july 2019. Anirudh initially enjoyed the app but found it difficult to manage both, the tutorials on the byjus app and his ongoing examinations at the time which included other subjects than math and science. We decided to terminate the service and contacted mr. Balan, telephonically on the 1st of july 2019 (Before the 15-days trial period). He extended the period to another few days asking us to not worry about the refund period and to freely continue the app and said he will take care of the refund if we are still not comfortable with the app after further usage. We made a mistake of trusting his words this time. Anirudh was still unable to manage and even complained of irritation in his eyes and stopped using the byjus tab completely. We made a final decision to discontinue with the service and contacted the byjus team again. This time mr. Balan asked us to send a mail and officially initiate the service termination process. We sent the mail regarding the same on the 7th july 2019. After a few mails back and forth, one mr. Girish bhagat contacted us on 27th july and requested us to continue with the service but we were not willing to continue with the service and requested for the refund of the amount paid, to which he did not respond affirmatively and he told will take necessary action within 7 days but till today he didnt contact me. We are genuinely in a fix right now. We trusted mr. Balan also because he was a fellow malayalee and because we expected byjus to be a trustworthy educational service provider out there. We are sending this mail to you out of sheer helplessness and continue to have faith in the senior management of byjus.

                            I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved in 3 hrs. But still waiting the team to revert but yet i don't see a sign of their effort.

                              Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                              I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help.

                                  We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. This product was worth 13 k. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                                    I was contacted by byju free lancing agent. He was regularly contacting me and following up for appointment. Once i agreed for trial subscription and paid rs.9000/- my son felt that it not required as of now and trial kit may be returned for refund. My request no is 3030153. I have been following up for the last 3 weeks but there is no action from byju. His local representative is also not responding on cell. I feel cheated by byju.

                                      I have purchased the byju's classes from 9th to 12th. I received the byju's kit on 10th july 2019. After going to the content in the tablet my child said that i am unable to understand the content. Then on 23rd of july 2019 i made a request for the cancellation of my subscription and requested the byju's for the procedure of returning the kit. But byju's didn't responded.
                                      Please cancell the product and refund the amount.

                                        They will ask you to take trial and will say that you can cancel the trial at any time and your money will refund to your account

                                        But when you take trial they will usually not reply to your calls or ignore you all the time
                                        Don't get into this fraud system
                                        Its big scam byjus customer service will forward your calls to mentor which will ignore your calls at the end so beware don't take this scam service
